This was me and my wifes second time here, we are trying to furnish a new home and are looking for multiple pieces, in this trip we found exactly what we were looking for, an over sized sectional, the sales associate Eric was very helpful! We we found the perfect one and were able to customize not only the sections we want but the fabric texture and colors right down to the cushions.Great staff, wonderful selection, and reasonable prices, we will most definitely be back.

Never shop here. Customer service is terrible. We ordered furniture and was told it would be delivered in 3-4 weeks. After about 15 unanswered calls and several emails, they finally let me know my order had been delayed an additional two months after it was already supposed to be delivered. They said there was nothing they could do to help me and then it took me following up multiple times again for them to actually process my refund. Your money and time is better spent elsewhere.

Please anyone reading this look into buying your furniture with an honest company. I honestly never leave a bad review and I was really trying to hold off on doing this.But this business has left me no choice.I understand every business is experiencing issues with items being on back order, and also the length of time it is taking items to ship. I would of been totally fine with that, if that was what was explained to me.I was told my couch would take four weeks tops for delivery. Even after expressing my concern with covid and delivery times. I was reassured multiple times, two to three weeks. I called after four weeks…. My couch wasn’t even shipped. After my weekly phone calls and urgency my couch was finally delivered after two months.The salesman that rang us up, undercharged by a couple hundred dollars. I was waiting for the couch to deliver in full before I paid the money. Long story short the owner guilt tripped me and my husband to pay the money before the couch was even delivered. We did not know that a part of the couch was “missing” or on back order, until the couch was delivered that week. No one informed us, I had to call to seek information. Even the delivery man said. “They did not tell you!?” We don’t know what to believe. We are so upset with this business. After four weeks we are still waiting on are missing piece to our couch.We appreciate honesty and fairness in a business, and i don’t believe this business embraces that at all with all we have endured.

Really bad customer service and wait time.When we purchased our sleeper sofa and two bookcases in May 2021 on Memorial Day weekend, we were told that things would take about 3-4 months to come in. We were ok with that, and decided to purchase. Our sales rep said he would let us know when our bookshelves came in, in case we wanted to pick them up earlier since they knew the couch would take some time. We NEVER got a call. I called the office number several times and left some voicemails, and still never got a call back, but instead an email from someone we had not worked with before apologizing that our original rep had not called us. Even after that, we STILL didnt get a call from the original rep.Fast forward to October, 5 months later and several back and forth emails that I had to initiate to find any information on our order, Im told over and over again that there is a part missing for the sofa and it will just be another couple of weeks and then the missing part should be there in the beginning of October. As I inquire about my bookshelves, they inform me that they have been there and are ready, after I mentioned them in previous emails twice with no response. Its now the middle of October. Ive gotten no new information on my sofa. At this point my patience is gone and Im furious with this company and lack of communication and care for their customers. As soon as they make the sale and youre out the door, they no longer care for your needs. I do NOT recommend this store.

Lynn was super helpful and friendly! She and the decorator helped me find the most perfect color selections and living room furniture fit for my space and the price was unbelievable considering the quality and customization options. I had been looking for a very specific shade of deep blue for my couch set for 2 months but after just 20 minutes in Klaussner I walked out with the peace of mind that I really found the right pieces for my new home.

I would have given zero stars but it wouldnt let me.Dont buy anything from this store. I bought furniture there last year. Some of it came some did not. Their follow up is horrendous. When I call the person I need is never available. Nobody else can ever help me. All I want is a refund and that seems impossible with them. They take your money and keep it and then you cant get it back. They act more like crooks than anything else.I understand delays its just that they dont communicate. They tell you one thing and do something else. Its a shame as they have nice furniture.I will not give up. I will get a refund.I wish I had believed the other reviews and just stayed away.My advice to anyone reading this is stay away!!!

I ordered a chair back in January. They reported it would take approximately 3 months. It took 4 months. I get that things get delayed, that’s fine. But it came in the wrong color, because reportedly it was not able to be made in the fabric I chose. It then took 2 months (almost to the day) for them to figure out which fabrics I could choose from. And they told me it will take another 4 months for the correct chair to be made/delivered. They are blaming the factory and claiming no responsibility and are not willing to provide any amelioration to the problem, but at this point it’ll likely be almost a year to get a single piece of furniture. Would not shop again or recommend.

Totally disappointed by the lack of customer satisfaction that we received. Would never recommend Klassner to anyone for furniture purchase. Their delivery team assured that our concerns would be corrected but that was totally untrue. Take your business elsewhere, I should have looked at Klassners reviews before making my purchase, many other customers with a similar experience.

Following up on a previous post from months ago. We still have not received our replacement furniture after months of waiting. It is clear after reading the other reviews, this entire furniture store is a scam. They will gladly take your money, then good luck after that. They have 1 (one) maybe person in customer service named Natalie. She will text you back every so often, with excuse after excuse, as to why your replacement furniture isn’t available. (Yes, we have literally been waiting months now for 2 couch cushions that were ruined within months of purchasing (ripped open on their own).Listen to all the bad reviews and STAY AWAY from this god awful furniture store. We have wasted thousands of dilates at this store. Terrible furniture that degrades after 6 months, and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with from a store, not just any furniture store, and store ever.This place deserves nothing more than to be shut down.

I had such high hopes for Klaussner. The quality of the customer service, and the communication post sale, is just horrendous.For starters, I ordered a custom sectional and upholstered ottoman on 7/26, paying roughly $6,000, which included a $300 delivery fee (we are located about 45 minutes from the Raleigh location where we made our purchase, and are a few minutes closer to their Durham location, and within an hour of their Asheboro location). At no point did anyone express concern or even comment on the location of our home relative to the delivery of the furniture. I was told that delivery would take 6-8 weeks, which is pretty standard for a custom piece of furniture, and I preferred to buy my piece in person and from a NC company, since Covid was causing shipping delays from overseas. I purposely avoided online companies because I believed the service, should there be a problem, would be BETTER.That could not be further from the truth. When they finally delivered my furniture, 12 weeks later, following no fewer than five phone calls from me (they gave absolutely zero updates on the product/delivery independently, every bit of information that I obtained regarding the products status was due to phone calls on my own end, and at the end, mentioned that I was difficult to schedule because of the distance to where I lived), the delivery men and my husband pointed out that one section of the couch was higher than the other in the back, presuming it to be due to incorrect legs being placed on the one section. The delivery men noted the issue on the delivery slip, and then put me on the phone with their boss, who explained that theyd immediately order the legs, and then their repair tech, Baron, would call me to schedule a time for him to come to address the issue.About a week later, my husband called to determine if the parts had arrived, but noting that the voicemail for the repair scheduler Natalie Weiss was full, texted her as per the instructions on the voicemail, including an image of the couch as requested. When he did not hear back from her, I emailed her on 10/28. She phoned me quickly, and asked me to text the photos again, which I did immediately. She looked into our account and saw that the legs had been delivered that morning at 10:34, and that shed look at Barons schedule and set us up for an appointment.Almost immediately she texted me back to let me know that shes have to talk to Baron and the store owner about this one because they dont usually send him that far out for legs. She wanted to know if my husband could put them on himself, because the store owner will get fussy. I replied I preferred that they send someone out, as theyd told me they would do (twice), and that if Id known it was such an inconvenience to deliver to me despite a $300 delivery fee, that Id have known not to bother them with my business. She informed me that I was right, and that shed get back with me with the dates that this Baron guy is available to come and fix the faulty furniture that they delivered to my house. Ive messaged her twice more since then, and her voicemail is STILL full, and Ive yet to hear anything from her or anyone at Klaussner. The dilemma we have now is that we plan to move in a few weeks, and I want to make sure its taken care of before then, while were still here in the same home. I am really disappointed and frankly, disgusted, that for that kind of money, theyd have zero communication and customer service. I shouldnt have had to track them down when my products were running late, let alone now that I need a problem corrected, they should have been keeping track of what products were expected and updating people on their end. Maybe I expect too much, but service after the fact is extremely important, and now that I know that I can expect the same lousy service in person at Klaussner that I can online, my next purchase will just be done in the comfort of my own home. Anytime anyone wonders why local businesses are floundering, this is why.

Customer service matters when you’re paying for expensive furniture. Stay away at all costs. I was a repeat buyer and can tell you they don’t care about their customers and are just trying to make sales. If you don’t believe me, go read the owners responses to people’s reviews in here. Short. Dismissive. Doesn’t really care.From sales to delivery (half a year later) they were silent, unresponsive, and drop you when the sale is over. Its not bad. The furniture is upper scale. But right now even if you bought today youd have a 4 month wait on the most of the furniture and the other designers are 26 week wait. You wouldnt get the furniture til Fall. Its better to keep on shopping.

The sales man Terry is only interested in the sale and not the follow through. We were delivered the wrong ottoman & pillows and they are not responding. The furniture was delivered on 8/14/2019 and today is 9/12/2019 and still no one will contact me to let me know when or how they are going to fix this. this is not a good way to do business.

We purchased a sofa sectional and had it delivered in June 2020. One section was shorter and didn’t fit well and noted it to delivery personnel. They said someone would be out to measure it and fix it. We called the store and scheduled and appt. They sent someone several weeks later that took measurements to fix it then we never heard back. It’s suppose to be a 6 week process, so you wait 6 weeks then never hear anything. We finally got in touch with someone at the store after waiting and they were not wanting to fix the issue but finally sent someone out again. By this time it was October 2020 and one of the seat cushion was losing firmness.Again wait 6 weeks for a call to return to fix the couch and we heard nothing.We have not been able to get anyone to return calls or follow up.So basically we paid $$$$$ for a defective sofa that the company is not willing to fix.I would not recommend this store for any purchases.

Decided to look for couches at Klaussner after unsuccessful trips to other stores. Terry provided exceptional customer service and gave us space to look around while being available to answer any questions. We quickly recognized that the quality of the furniture at Klaussner was what we were looking for so we spent a good amount of time in the store. After picking a set and fabric, we decided to sleep on it and come back the next day. Terry was patient and not at all pushy which I greatly appreciated! Their holiday sale made for some great deals. We ended up purchasing a beautiful set from this location that Im thrilled with, cant wait for it to come in. Thanks for all your help, Terry!

I would not recommend this store at all. We’ve been trying to get my mom’s lift chair, which is under warranty, repaired for 5 months now. She uses this chair not only to sit in, but for medical reasons as well.We’ve told there’s a hold up with the parts due to COVID-19 along with various other excuses. We never know what story we’re going to get with each call.Very disappointed in the lack of communication from the customer service department and the manager. We’re literally at our wits end with this.

Poor buying experience today. Found a floor model, sales agent Jean acted like she was doing me a favor having me buy the $1K couch. I realize furniture is in high demand low supply, but generally sales rep act like they are working in your best interest and do all they can to satisfy buyer (key word act - realize cant meet all demands). She had a poor attitude, was refusing to negotiate getting defensive like it was her own money at play, if you dont buy it someone else will. Everyone wants to leave having confidence in their purchase, if I left having confidence you were doing all you can and empathized with me having to furnish a whole new home, I would have left with a better impression. Sell me on the quality, reputation, etc. for justifying the higher cost. Funny at end of transaction I said thank you and she did not return the sentiment (didnt you just get a commission?) Now worried about number of negative reviews (see Yelp) if I made a worse decision than I thought...

I’m giving them two stars at this point, because of lack of communication from the store and a projected long delay in delivery from the manufacturer. We ordered a very expensive sectional in late October 2020 and were advised that it might take around 15 weeks for delivery to the store due to uncertainties during the COVID pandemic. Understanding this, we were prepared to wait until sometime in February. Having received no updates from Klaussner, I called today, 3/16/21, to check the status of our order, only to find out that the expected shipping date from the manufacturer is now between 5/07 and 5/21. That means we have to wait a total of at least 7 months to receive our furniture! At no point has the store given us any updates—I had to call them myself and I consider this very poor customer service.I will update this review if we ever receive our furniture and after we see what condition it is in, having read some of the reviews by other customers.

We will never use this store for any future purchases. The recent review given by another customer (Jeff) is almost identical to our experience.We also bought a living room set in the summer and at the time we were told it would take 8-10 weeks for delivery. We received in January after many phone calls. The love seat came with the wrong legs and we have been trying to get the problem resolved. Customer service is HORRIBLE!It is pretty pathetic that the store would require full payment at the time of the order, but after that occurs it seems that someone would have such an experience getting what they ordered in a timely manner.

I went to a total of 8 furniture stores in the area with my wife looking for a bedroom set. I am disabled and dont wear a face covering for health reasons. This has been a very difficult and stressful time for my family due to widespread judgement and discrimination from the public and private businesses. We try our best to carry on with our lives responsibly and respectfully. I remain cautious at all times, and try my best to be as friendly and personable as possible because its the nice thing to do, and makes my life easier. I have been accommodated at almost all of the places Ive been, after sometimes being asked to put on my mask, and explaining I wont for health reasons.I was accommodated at all 7 other furniture stores, being asked at several about my situation. The gentleman and woman employees (I wont mention names) at Klaussner who were supposed to assist us demanded we leave, and vehemently refused to accommodate us. I was exhausted, embarrassed, and angry. Even though they broke the law per Americans With Disabilities Act, and were required to make reasonable accommodations for us, we decided to just leave and not even go through the stressful process of reporting to The Department of Justice, who handles these crimes. Now that I have more energy, I plan on following up with them.I feel the store employees were calloused, ignorant, and disrespectful to my wife and I, and would urge others to not support them.On a side note, we found what we feel to be the highest quality furniture at Havertys, and bought a complete set there. They are definitely not the cheapest, but you can feel the difference in quality.

The worst experience buying furniture so far. We purchased a couch and chair in July. The estimated delivery date was 8 weeks. Due to COVID (no fault to Klaussner), there were extreme delays. We finally got our couch in Nov and chair in Jan. Klaussner never once called with updates, we had to make contact with the store to figure out the issues. Additionally, the couch came with a significant number of defects. The couch was so uneven it teetered when we sat on it, ripped fabric under the couch, and improperly installed feet. It took another several weeks to have someone come out to address these issues and some still remain.

Great selection, and our salesman (Terry N) was fantastic! We went in to buy a new seating set for our family room with two kids in tow. Terry was as efficient as possible and immediately responsive to our reactions toward or away from certain pieces, and we quickly settled on exactly what we wanted. Excellent sales and pre-sales service. We had a small issue with a seam and staple pop a few months after delivery. The warranty service was scheduled via email. Though I would have preferred no issues, Klaussner was easy to work with and honored their warranty. We also purchased additional furniture with no complaints.

I purchased an expensive couch over one month ago and was told it would be delivered by 1/4/2019. No one contacted me to inform me it would not be delivered by it’s promise date. When I contacted Klaussner they told me the couch was delayed, Due to the holidays. Klaussner said it as if they did not know, The holidays, were approaching when they sold me the couch and provided me with the delivery date. Lynn at Klaussner knew their company was going to be closed, Due to the holidays and she should have been proactive when promising a deliver date. Klaussner does not deliver furniture as promised and is unable to uphold contracts once the customer spends thousands of dollars.Update: The couch arrived one week after I was told it would delivered. I absolutely love the couch and it came as expected. It’s a very comfortable couch and I am pleased with the couch itself. I would change my one star review to a 4 star, however as one of the delivery men was walking out of the door he knocked my wooden stakes off of the wall. The stakes scuffed the wall, and one of them broke :( I’m an international traveler so my decor is precious. I contacted Mark with Kalsunner. Mark promptly came out to pick it up for repair. It’s been almost one week and I haven’t heard back. Although I love my couch, unfortunately, I don’t believe I will be shopping with Kalsunner or recommending them to my family.

I bought a very expensive couch here a little over a year ago. The saleswoman assured me the fabric was extremely durable, I told her I had a small dog. My couch looks absolutely horrendous. It looks as though I sit down on it with Velcro pants everyday. I reached out to them and all they said was they could sell me new cushions at the wholesale price...which after a few months would once again look terrible. I do not have children, one small 15 pound, calm dog. The couch sees very gentle use. I couldn’t be more disappointed with the quality and the fact the women clearly lied to me just to make a sale. They do not stand behind the quality here. Do not waste your money, shop elsewhere!Added: I just spoke with the saleswoman who sold me my couch. She offered to send me a “shaver” to shave off the pills. That is their solution for a $1400 couch

**Update: It took 5 months for our almost $3K couch to arrive and when it did, it had some issues. I had to repeatedly call the store to ask about the status just to be told later and later times. They did refund our shipping fee so I wouldnt cancel the order. However, I wish they would have called me to say it would be delayed when we were expecting it instead of me having to hunt them down and call. Customer service needs improvement at this location. Also scheduling was extremely inconvenient and rude. They blew up my phone while I was trying to put my kids to bed after 8pm (3 yrs and 9 months old) and then texted and said because I didnt respond it would be another week for them to deliver to my area. I scrambled to get back to them ASAP so delivery wouldnt be delayed any more. But I find it very rude to contact someone and expect an immediate answer for setting up delivery the very next day. Why couldnt they have set this up in advance?We paid in full at the time of purchase. Big mistake. Sounds like a spring disconnected hitting wood and makes a noise if you sit there. Some of the seams arent even on the couch arm and may not be noticeable to some but my husband and I both have an eye for detail. We are hoping its a quick fix on the spring but still a pain to deal with an issue for a brand new couch. We contacted the service person with a voicemail and texted a video/information, as well, and didnt hear anything back for 6 days. Called the store again and they said if I didnt hear back in a week to call them again and let them know. So they are backed up with service calls for a week and cant even confirm receipt of me contacting them? Not a good sign if they have so many service calls. This was our first major / new furniture purchase as a married couple and we wanted to support local. To say I am severely disappointed is an understatement and if I could return this couch, I would. Be assured that I will not make a mistake with another purchase.We had a great in- store experience over Labor Day weekend when there were a ton of people in the store. Had two kids in tow so we were looking around quickly. Our sales associate was awesome! She kept checking back with us and answered all of our questions. We ended up going back and ordering a leather sofa. Cant wait to get it!

It is pretty, though.Edit 11/26: still no couch, and the woman who I spoke with yesterday said there’s a good chance I won’t have it by the end of the year, which would be more than 5 months since I paid for it.ETA: they have done a price adjustment since I spoke to them last. But still no couch. Will update.I ordered a couch on July 19. Was told it would be 5-7 weeks. Then in August I was given a date of Sept 20. On Sept 20 I was told October 10. Now they’re saying November 20! I never imagined that when I ordered a couch in the summer that I might not have it by the holidays, and they’ve had my $2300 for months now. I know that Covid has caused issues, but I went with a NC company and paid more to avoid the stock issues other companies have had. And I’ve had to call to follow up every time—they’ve made no effort to reach out to me. They should really stop taking orders until they have this straightened out. I’ll update this review when I get the actual couch.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. No one returns calls, you have to call them over and over again and bug them to get a call back even when it’s about an order I’ve already placed. They have now led me on for 5 months pushing 6 when they said my order will be ready in 4-5 weeks. They did this by telling me it will just be another 2-3 weeks about 8 times now. So they’re either lying to me or they have noooo idea when any of their stuff is getting in and just telling customers arbitrary dates to try and keep their business so they don’t cancel an order. They are very unprofessional and an embarrassing excuse for a business. DO NOT GO HERE.

Sales experience went about as expected which is good, however sectional arrived without couch clips for one of the sections. Couch arrived 1 month ago and despite several emails and calls, we have yet to receive the missing clips. Additionally, no one will now even respond to our attempts regarding the clips. One would think that a $3500 sectional would come with good customer service. COVID-19 aside, they could at the least give us an indication or plan of how they plan to handle the missing clip issue.

The pre sale and sale were great. We love the look of our sofas and chair. But after a while one of the sofa frames began to Squeak. So we called and they sent out a service person to take a look. That was 3 months after we bought them. He tightened some things up. There was still a slight squeak. He said he was going to recommend that they replace it. Never heard back from them. Left messages. We purchased this furniture in August of 2019. It was delivered in October 2019. Now the fabric On one cushion is beginning to “pill’ and wear. Very unsatisfied.

BUYER BEWAREMuch like many of the folks reviews in the past 3-4 months, Klaussner is quick to sell you a couch, lie about the lead times, and not call you back to resolve the situation. We ordered the couch on July 30th and our sales reps, Eric and Terry, said that the Bentley couch would be 4-6 weeks. Around week 8, I called 3 times a week and didn’t get a call back until about week 10. We have an email from Eric on September 17th saying that we can get our money back and apologized about the long lead times due to COVID. We called to take him up on that offer but could not reach him for another week. Since, we’ve been back to the store and talked to the Manager, Charles, who informed us that there was nothing that he could due because it was not his call; it was up to the owner, Mark Helms. We have called every day and left Mark a voicemail this week. We still have not heard from him… In my personal opinion, their furniture it not worth the lack of customer service. Would NOT recommend not to anyone.

We worked with Charles, who is actually the sales manager of the store. He was amazing! He was not pushy AT ALL and he was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. We even came back again to change out our fabric choices and he made us feel at ease with that entire process. We just picked up our furniture - which ended up coming in earlier than they said too! - and it is gorgeous. We love how it looks! Highly recommend this store. Good prices and great customer service!

I came here to check the hours of the store and was surprised by the negative reviews. We ordered a very large sectional and the experience was wonderful. Kass was super helpful, there was a lot of help picking out fabric, and ordering was straight forward. The delivery team was prompt and super helpful getting the couch in place. Now we have an amazing couch that fits our space perfectly and we love it!

I bought a nice loving room set from them a while back, and recently, one of the springs broke.Luckily, there was a limited lifetime warranty covering the springs, so I called them up and asked to speak to someone about warranty service. She scheduled me for the next week, the repair guy came over on time and fixed my couch in my house, good as new!

We recently purchased a leather recliner for our entertainment room. Three factors led us to make the purchase from Klaussner - product quality, service and price. First and foremost, I was looking for something that would be comfortable and quality made. We decided to go with the benchmaster chair. They had plenty of options with actual leather. I was not interested in bonded leather. When I arrived at the store the sales team (Charles) was friendly and helpful. They provided the right level of support and also provided space to consider options. He took the time to answer questions and provide additional background on the product so I could make an informed decision. Finally, the price was reasonable especially compared to other stores near by (and without having to drive to high point). While price was a factor, I was more interested in finding the right quality, right comfort furniture; and was pleasantly surprised the price reasonable. Overall Im very happy with the recliner, sales and price. I will be going back to replace my dinning room table in the near future.

We found our couch here and worked with Ray. He was awesome! Just the right balance of help and stand back and dont bother us. This is a lot better than the salesman hovering over you. The store has lots of selections on couches and some of them can be configured however youd like and all of them have a huge selection of fabrics to choose from so you can get the couch you want in the fabric/style you want. Prices seemed pretty good to us. Id definitely go back.

He explained that the store was showroom only and also explained the delivery times and where the factory was located. We have not been satisfied with the sofa and Iove seat we purchased over a year ago. The electric foot rest on both have never worked. They do not stay charged for even a week - sometimes not at all.Sales person promised they last “months” without charging - yea, right. They have been here multiple times with no solutions. My wife loathes the day we purchased this set. Will not be purchasing or recommending this place. We like to support local businesses - but they must be reliable.

Bought a couch here, my wife and I took our time decided to look at another store and came back the next day. The staff was never pushy and very helpful. Because of the wait to make the furniture they gave us a loaner couch for no cost. We lived over 80 miles from the location but they still dropped off the loaner. Loved this store we highly recommend.

Bought a sectional fabric beautiful hope it will last. The corner of sofa sank terribly springs put in at angle causing the problem. When I called store they let me know that particular sectional was made that way. They need to construct it differently. They were trying to find a solution never. They never call me I had to continue to call them for 2 months. They have a habit of saying theyre gonna call but they never do. The service guy Baron and Eric in the warehouse were the only ones to ever call back. They really tried helping.Even when I called to talk to a store manager to let them know that Baron came out and I appreciated what he did they still never called back. That Raleigh North Carolina store I would never shop at again nor recommend to others. They have terrible customer service. Once they sell you something they dont care after.

Klaussner delivered our new leather power reclining sofa today. The two gentlemen who delivered were very professional, dressed nicely with Klaussner polo shirts, and did a great job delivering and assembling the sofa. I had a very difficult delivery because I had a very narrow door opening right off a hallway leading to a bonus room. They were able to get the two sections of the sofa up without any problem.

Went here to look for barstools. I could not believe the prices. We have been to many furniture stores recently in order to furnish our new home. Prices here were 3-4 times higher than other stores. They seem to be most interested in custom orders, so naturally those prices should be higher, but even the items on the floor on sale were still double compared to elsewhere. If you need that special piece this may be worth checking out, but if youre a shopper looking for a good value you neednt go here.

The sales team is great, but once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about you as a customer. The delivery men slammed our new furniture around our home like it was nothing. Our bed was put together incorrectly and we had to take it apart to redo it. They left our couch in the middle of the room rather than placing it where we wanted it. They left two gashes in the wall up our stairway, a gash in our banister, and several gashes in our floor. We hadn’t even moved into our home yet! They were very nonchalant about it and essentially shrugged their shoulders telling us to just call the store and it would be repaired. This was probably because they knew the repairs would never happen. It took three weeks to get our wall repaired, and, a full month later, we have heard nothing about our floor. It’s not just a surface scratch either. The boards need to be ripped out and replaced completely. We are never contacted first. It is always us calling and emailing just to get the same response that someone will contact us soon. We tried calling corporate, but this store is independently owned. We will not be going back.

We had an amazing experience with Klaussner!!! The salesman, whose name escapes me, was extremely helpful without being pushy and hovering. We felt no pressure to make a purchase, unlike other stores we had been to. When we came came in, he greeted us, explained how everything worked, and then led us to exactly what we were looking for without stopping to look at more elaborate pieces. We were able to get exactly what we were looking for, for a very reasonable price. It arrived on time and the delivery men were extremely nice, as well. I would highly recommend them!

Great customer service and great prices. We were able to find a floor model couch that was exactly what we wanted for a third of the price of other stores. Lynn, the sales associate, went around the store and measured every couch we were interested in to make sure it would fit our space. I would highly recommend Klaussner to anyone.

My wife and I had shopped many furniture stores with no luck in finding the furniture to satisfy our needs and price range. Finally we visited Klaussner Home Furnishings and were greeted with friendly staff who were very organized and knowledgeable. Their desks were even inconspicuously and conveniently located in a row in the middle of the showroom where the sales people could check on availability and furniture detail information without being far away and taking a lot of extra time. We were very impressed with the store and staff as well as the delivery personnel. The furniture has surpassed our expectations and we will definitely go back when we need additional furniture.

Excellent Experience! As we were shopping “furniture row” on Glenwood in Raleigh, we happened into the Klaussner Furniture store and have had a great experience with them. Elaine was tremendously helpful, helping us haul chairs from other parts of the store to see how they would work with a couch we had selected, and making great suggestions on pieces as well as fabric, and the prices were amazing. She said they were running about 4 weeks for delivery, and at 4 weeks and 2 days I got a call to schedule that delivery, which happened the next business day. The furniture is perfect, the delivery guys were great, and we love our new living room set. I don’t foresee the need for additional furniture for a long time, but when we do have the need, we’ll definitely shop at Klaussner.

I was initially very interested in tables that were available at Klaussner. However, despite our salesperson continuing to push the craftmanship and quality of their tables, it wasnt until we went home and researched the manufacturer that we were able to discover their teak wood was actually rubber wood. Their sales staff are either knowingly complicity or unaware that their own manufacturer is using rubber wood instead of teak.

Mike, the salesman in the showroom, was fantastic. He explained the concept of the store really well, and was super helpful without feeling like I was being followed. The floor sample we bought came next day and was in the same like new condition as when we saw it in the showroom. The delivery people, Chris and Jermaine, were extremely professional and cautious in the house. To date, buying from Klaussner has been a great experience. Hopefully, the furniture lasts a long time.

I spent over 4K on a new sectional couch here. When it arrived I was disappointed to see that the pieces looked as though they were different colors. Klaussner’s customer service was excellent. They sent someone out to look and evaluate and once agreed that something was wrong, they ordered me a full replacement. They let me keep the discolored couch while they made me a new one. Eventually I got what I paid for and wasn’t missing a couch while I waited, which I think is an alright deal. They clearly care about customer satisfaction.

The sales portion was great. I came in on a time crunch and my sales person Diane made it happen. I was told 6 weeks and it was exactly 6 weeks and one business day when I was contacted for delivery. I ordered a sectional Loomis with custom fabrics.Delivery is where I encountered my only problem. They contacted me and rather than asking for a good time they told me a day and time. Im a teacher and I dont have he luxury of leaving work for an hour or so to wait around for delivery people. So I told them that didnt work and gave them 2 specific days and times that did work. Well. They managed to make my time work but not the day. I was left a voicemail and called to confirm a Thursday after 3:15pm delivery time.Thursday at 2:40pm I get a call saying the delivery people are at my house waiting. I wasnt planning to leave school until 2:45 (which was already pushing it since we dont dismiss until 3). My coverage hadnt even arrived to take over my class yet. Once I was walking to my car they called a 3rd time letting me know that I wasnt home - this seemed to me like a warning call like get here ASAP or else. I told him that they werent supposed to be there until after 3:15 and he tried to say that he didnt know that hes just the delivery guy. Obviously the communication between store and delivery should improve. When I signed the delivery slip it clearly said in big, bold black sharpie across the order to deliver after 3:15pm so not sure how they missed it.I rushed home and the guys were super nice. Even moved the sectional over a bit to fit my vision in my head.The sectional looks great. I dont have any complaints as of yet as far as the quality.So aside from delivery being 40 minutes earlier than I could possibly be home this was a good experience! I LOVE my sectional!

First, excellent sales staff who are informative without the pressure. Ended up purchasing a custom leather sectional and a fabric swivel chair for the office. Theyre a little pricey but with the warranty, customization options and quality I believe its worth it. Was told 30 days, I placed order on August 1st and it was delivered September 1st. Everything exactly how I ordered. Only had it a few days but so far so good. Quality seems top notch and its beautiful. Will update in a year or so on how it handles the wear and tear.

Spent $3000 on junk chairs and the delivery guys said they couldnt take the chairs back with them I would have to deal with the store. Now the store will not call us back and the one that ripped us off is never able to come to the phone.
