Steve at the Cameron Village location was very professional and focused on the needs that I expressed regarding the mattress and adjustable base that I was looking for. This made the shopping experience less stressful and streamlined.

Our new mattress is great, and the sales gentleman was very helpful, however the adjustable base is horrible. For starters since we got a firm mattress it doesnt form well to the adjustment, and after using it we noticed the legs were angled/bending, and lastly its loud. With the bending of the legs on our hardwood floors we honestly dont feel safe using it for fear of metal fatigue of the support on an angle. We learned by reading the material only the mattress has a 180-day policy, not the base. So were stuck with an expensive, heavy, yet stationary base.

Just a quite afternoon I had been looking for a bed online at mattress firm. My best friend said multiple times that I need to go in the store. Hesitantly I showed up thinking I’d be turned away. Not even! Mr. Jeff here welcomed us with the special southern hospitality. Almost felt like I was a celebrity. From answering my questions to making sure I stayed in budget. So much so I was able to get more for 3.00 less. Which all in all is probably at least 200-300 less.Most importantly NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED!

We already knew the mattress brand that we wanted to purchase and chose the Mattress Firm store at Cameron Village after first calling the store and speaking with the sales associate, Steven. He seemed quite knowledgeable and asked the right questions to help him understand exactly what we were looking for. I’m glad we chose this location because it ended up having a much larger selection than we were anticipating, including many recognizable mattress brand names. It turns out that Steven was well-versed in the Tempurpedic line and he really helped to guide us with our selection. He was also quite friendly and allowed us to take our time. I would give 0 stars if possible. My husband and I were supposed to receive our mattress last week, then it was delayed until this week, and we received a call today that it’s not going to be ready until November 1st. We ordered the mattress 4 weeks ago. This is the hardest I have worked to spend $4000... and yet have still not received our mattress. This is absolutely unacceptable. If our expectations had been set when we were initially purchasing the mattress that it wouldn’t be available for 2-3 months, we may have made a different decision or would have been more accepting of the consistently pushed back deadlines. But do not tell me my mattress will be delivered on Sept 12th, then delay it until Sept 19th, and then call me that it won’t be until Sept 26th. And then DO NOT call me on Sept 25th to tell me the mattress isn’t available for delivery until Nov 1st. Please go somewhere else for your mattress purchase. Unless you want to be sorely disappointed.

Went in and got an awesome 10” Sleepys mattress at half off. Was debating between a couple of different depths and glad I went in and got to look at them in person. Associate was helpful and knowledgeable and made sure I didn’t forget anything (I.e. mattress protector and pillows)

Can’t say enough positive things about our experience. Steve is great, really knows mattresses and made a perfect recommendation for us based on our needs. A couple of days after I bought the mattress set (and before it was delivered), I realized I had made a mistake in ordering the box springs and needed a different height. Donny is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products (mattresses, pillows, covers, etc.), and recommends to the customer to get the mattress that is most comfortable (not necessarily the highest priced).
