Very knowledgeable and incredibly low pressure sales style. We price compared at a couple of places and Goodnight Sleep store ended up giving us the best value. Also incredibly patient when we it took us an eternity to make a decision. Would recommend to anyone!

Chris was great. He provided an extra discount even though we didnt come back after our first visit until it had expired. Hes nice and not pushy for any particular brand or style like many of the mattress stores weve been to in the past. He answers questions directly. Delivery was smooth and on time - he even accommodated the football kickoff schedule for me. We opted for the Tempurpedic, and he didnt try to up sell us on a more expensive option or the adjustable platform even though he was very patient as we played around with it. After a month we are well rested, the mattress doesnt have any temperature issues like older models of Tempurpedic, and people keep telling me my skin looks great.I cant guarantee youll get compliments, but if youre even considering a mattress, you should stop by and give A Goodnight Sleep Store at the corner of Six Forks and Wake Forest a chance. Got a new mattress here last month. The manager (cant remember the name for certain. Chris?) was super helpful in figuring out what type of mattress would help fix my back pain issues. We ended up spending a bit more than what we had planned to, but Ive been sleeping GREAT since. Back pain went away within a week of getting the new mattress. Id recommend!Also, the manager wasnt pushy, which was a big plus for me, and a welcome change from my previous mattress-buying experience.

I shopped around for a comfortable mattress at a good price. I was very pleased when Lucas was able to offer me both. I was even more pleased when he was able to arrange to have it delivered on the same day. I would definitely recommend this store.

I was looking for a basic mattress set for my two year old. The salesperson was very attentive and the delivery guys were great. The only problem was the secrecy around prices. I felt as if I were buying a car. There was sticker price and then but Ill see what I can do for you. Quality is good, but I ended up spending more than Id anticipated.

Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful with pricing and advising me of the different features of all the mattresses. Was able to honor a price from a prior sale event after calling for approval. Delivery was very efficient.

Wonderful Customer Service by my Sales Associate Lisa ! I learned more about the different mattresses, prices, and quality in 10-15 minutes , then I had in 30+ minutes at other stores. Lisa was very attentive to my needs (purchased a King Mattress and 2 twins) and wasnt pushy at all! I felt smothered at some of the competitors stores as soon as I came through the door, but Lisa let me look around and test out each mattress I was interested in. I received a fantastic deal buying 3 mattresses and I am so happy that I purchased from here.Would definately recommend EVERYONE in the triangle area stop by this location before you buy anywhere else!
