Standing here at 7:30 and the store is supposed to be open but the doors are locked and phone ringing busy. This is the second time no signs on the door. People waiting in the parking lot and the lady comes out nasty attitude we are closed no o e showed up for work.

Seems to be a long wait at checkout often. Isles can be hard to maneuver through when stock is overflowing. However, staff is usually friendly and it is convenient

Store is supposed to open at 8am, myself & other customers waited for 15 minutes for them to open doors. Most of us left, a note on the door or something if they cannot open so people are not waiting for now reason.

Service was excellent they did a point by point break down of required attention needed courteous.. Definitely 5star

The worst store in Southeast Raleigh. Never open on time. Ive been there twice for a phone and the people working dont even have access to the phones or just cant work a simple key and lock

Aisles were hard to get through. Slot of Christmas stuff totally scatteredb. They were already putting Valenines day stuff out. Hard to find basic items.

I love this store. They carry Rayberns sandwiches which I cant find anywhere else.

This Dollar General is probably one of the best updated stores in the triangle. The staff is helpful and the store has just about everything you need and more for a quick pickup. A young man who was running the register noticed a customer he had just finished up with left one of her items behind and picked it up and went to the door getting the customer’s attention handing her the item forgotten. That’s real customer service and serving the community well.

This is one of the rudest stores I have dealt with the ladies here are great the man boy with the curly bushy hair needs to get a little attitude adjustment

I love that this store gets regular shipments of the essentials that are nearly impossible to find anywhere else.

Well, I was greeted, so they are definitely working to approve their customer service. I have no problems when I shop this location. I guess, as any of the nearby stores, they need to work on register staffing. Lines can get long with one cashier.

I’m a mother with five kids and we patronize this Dollar General a lot. I went in the store and my daughter had to use the restroom. They then told me that there was not a public restroom. I was livid. Paying customers should have access to a restroom. I blame this on racial injustice. In an affluent neighborhood there could be issues with customers and how they take care of things but the customers that patronize the business are being treated with respect. This issue needs to be dealt with. I will be calling the news on this one. We have to learn how to stand up for ourselves and our communities and if we don’t who will?

This particular store has great customer service skills. Youre greeted with a welcome to dollar general as soon as you step into the store. They normally have everything that you are looking for but its a bit over crowded and disorganized.

I walked in and the smell was horrible. It smelled like someone had a bowel movement and didnt close the bathroom door. Not sure what actually caused the smell but it smelled like this throughout the store. Some of the aisles had things on the floor so I had to lift my cart up just to get by. Other than that, they had everything I needed for a reasonable price. Was able to get in and out quickly once I maneuvered around the obstacle course.

The line was so long and there were 2 other available cashiers. The what appeared to be manager or lead cashier was rude to the only cashier working and she was as polite and posed. BUT the manager lady wasnt considerate of the line literally 20 minutes long. She actually never opened up after 2 calls and pleads by her staff.

Newly remodeled, very nice, and they sell so many more items.

Good prices. You can find most stuff you need. Beauty products school supplies groceries etc. They take food stamp. Pretty organized

One of my favorite dollar stores, especially when I use the digital coupons which do not always work. Managers not friendly here.

I was immediately disrespected by the Burly Latina manager on shift when I asked for motor oil and she told me there would be some on the next truck. I asked where were the packaged Hanes t-shirts and she then told me they would be in on the next truck as well. So I left empty handed. Im just going to stick with the store in Knightdale, NC.
