I’m pretty fresh to the Land Rover scene and have been bringing my 01 Discovery to euro motors for a couple months now. While this is my first Land Rover, it is definitely not my first car and I can say that without a doubt, Doc and the guys at euro motors are the most personable and professional people I’ve ever brought a vehicle to. On top of that their level of expertise is unparalleled in the area, and the quality of their work is incredible. Prices are unbelievably fair and they always get everything done in a timely manner. Cannot recommend euro motors enough!!!

Ive been a loyal Euro Motors customer since 2017 and can sincerely say Richard, Doc, Dan and the rest of the Euro Motors crew have always provided the absolute best customer service for both of my Land Rovers. I trust them with any work required, from routine oil changes up to replacing the engine in an old Discovery 2 that I now daily drive. Doc always takes time to clearly explain his recommendations, reasoning and associated costs item by item before we agree to moving forward with anything. I frequently send my friends and family to see them because I know their rates are extremely fair and the quality of their work is unmatched by any other shop. 10/10!

These guys are the best friendly professionals. They took care of my 11 year old Audi towards end of its life. When I took my Audi to fix a fuel leak, they called me back saying, there is a factory recall and asked me to get it fixed for free at Audi dealer. How much more professional can they get?Their quote to fix my Tension belt was $300 less than Pep Boys. They advised me to get rid of this aging Audi, which aligned with my thoughts. They are the perfect Car Doctor. Thanks Justin and team. You guys are awesome

There is an overwhelming amount of positive things to say about Euro Motors, aside from a pleasant and respectful staff with a good atmosphere, I personally have enjoyed the benefits of Euro Motors knowledge and experience. Some cars are complicated these days, some of us don’t have time do simple things on our cars that we could handle and of course certain repairs or maintenance simply require knowledgeable professionals and this is the place to go for all of those scenarios. When you need a repair or maintenance on your vehicle that you rely on for whatever reason- the peace of mind you have by not worrying about the what if’s that happen at other shops is priceless. Speaking of prices, if you like saving money even if you don’t have to, receiving better-then dealer services at a better price is a win-win. To be fair- I don’t trust ‘drive-thru’ type oil change places, lots of other people must because they’re everywhere so again, personally I prefer to rely on Euro Motor’s knowledge and experience and they’ve serviced and maintained all of my vehicles. European and domestics and it’s always been correct and fair. Having a trusted mechanic is worth its weight in gold, if you know then you know. If you don’t, take the leap and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Ive taken my 2010 Camry to Euro Motors multiple times and each time Ive been satisfied with the quality of service I received. Most of my appointments/drop ins have been spur of the moment and each time my car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. The staff is friendly and will go above to figure out what I think lol is wrong with my car-even if my descriptions are way off or if I text after hours. I am a customer for life.

I am not a social media expert nor an avid reviewer as I prefer to remain private and when I find a place I like, I continue utilizing that business or restaurant etc. because I enjoy great people and service or great food, however Euro Motors is different, this establishment has brought me out of the shadows of not-reviewing and normally I would appreciate having them as my own little diamond in the rough but if I could help just one other person needing a solid, trustworthy mechanics shop by posting publicly well then I’d be satisfied. This is especially critical if you’re one of the maniacs that owns and enjoys ridiculous Land Rover products such as myself. Sure, you can go to your uncles cousins friend who worked at a dealer 20yrs ago and does the whole familys brakes on the weekend in the driveway and have your kids or wife in the car daily and never think twice. Or not. And I’m the person who would happily pay more to know it’s correct and safe. Thankfully, their prices are amazing and I dont have to pay more! I think the best advantage they might have is the honesty component and this might be undervalued by a potential customer, here’s an example, ever heard of the “if it’s not broken don’t fix it” saying? This is an incredible benefit of an honest mechanic! Think about it- Do you reaaaaaally know what’s wrong? What that noise is? Can it be fixed? Does it NEED to be replaced? Chances are, you need to rely on what the mechanic says as fact. And I can promise you as a ‘car guy’ with some experience (mostly common sense) that the what, why and when you get from Euro Motors are the facts. Literally an invaluable asset for our depreciating assets. And because I also suffer from the Land Rover disease and the bitter ups and downs associated with that affliction, Euro Motors has not only been truthful, sometimes brutally honest whereby I drive home moping about should I really sell this thing as suggested, but they have also simply done what’s right, every time. For reference, I’ve dealt with Land Rover “mechanics” from California to New York with over a dozen vehicles and to date nothing has compared to my experience with them. That means a lot to me which is why they’ve worked on my other vehicles and my family’s vehicles and every friend I have in the area Ive recommended to go there. Just because you have car doesn’t mean you should work on it too. Let the pros handle your baby or babys and enjoy a worry-free rest until they’ve completed the job.

I am honestly so disappointed in how rude and disrespectful they were. Whoever the “owner” was, was so disrespectful and couldn’t even uphold to their high standards of quality work. I have taken both of my Range Rovers and BMWs here and paid thousands of dollars to them and was a happy customer. I came back for their quality work on all my European cars. I come back to get it checked up because clearly Im not a professional, and they could not uphold the price that they told me on the phone. At this point the price is irrelevant, but its the fact that they got so hostile for nothing. Maybe it was race related, who knows. I will just say that I will never take any of my cars and will spread negative comments about this place from now on. If i could put no stars I really would. Thats how utterly disappointed I am about this experience.Update:I agreed to their price even after they told me that the price over the phone was not right. They stated that they would call the police to have me removed after I asked why they could not service me anymore AFTER I agreed to the price. Like I stated before, It was during that moment that they became very hostile and disrespectful. In their response back they state that they did not service me, I have been serviced there plenty of times before not solely w/ the car I brought in, but others as well. Clearly they do not care about their previous customers. I have both a 2012 and 2018 Range Rover that have gone there for serious problems. My 2018 even came back to me with the windshield cracked when it got an evap leak fixed. I didn’t even post a review because I was so pleased with their work. Yet, a simple maintenance check couldn’t even be performed on my 2012. Shameful.

Second time I have taken my Mercedes in to be serviced. You call and get an immediate appointment with someone that actually knows about the work, get there...they are ready for you...pick it up when they say it will be ready. It is always ready. The work is done at a fair price. I will never take my car to the dealership again. Just give them a try. They will do the work and make it easy on you.

I bought a Honda from Seth at euro motors and I love the car. The guys there are so nice and have been incredible when I got into a car accident, they worked with the insurance company to get it fixed. Richard was very good about keeping in contact during the whole process. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to take the car after getting hit.

I tried calling several times and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. When someone finally picked up I was put on hold again and nobody ever got back to me. It was very unprofessional, and just overall a rude experience. I won’t be counting on doing business at this place ever again….

EuroMotors recently performed the rear end collision repair of our 2014 Porsche Cayman. We were hit by a large commercial van bearing a smile with an arrow. Dealing with a commercial insurance company was a new experience for us. Many thanks to Richard Roberts,owner of EuroMotors, for handling our claim professionally and with diligence. We always felt that he was working on behalf of our best interest and more importantly customer satisfaction was his top priority.The finished product is flawless and better than new in spite of a difficult insurance adjuster. We would highly recommend EuroMotors for any minor or major repairs/service.

Ive had my car serviced there previously and was very happy with the turnaround and outcome. At that time, they had ordered a part for me which wasnt in stock. That appointment was over 2 months ago, but when I went to finally pick up the part today, they knew exactly where it was and for whom. With out fuss, Seths guys retrieved and installed it and had me on my way in just a few minutes.Please consider this local establishment if youve a European auto in the future

I moved here from out of state and got a recommendation for this location. I have an older model Mercedes. It was leaking some type of liquid.They found the 2 leaks and quoted a very reasonable rate to fix the problem.Im very happy with the service I got from them and they now have another lifetime customer.

Best place to service your high end foreign vehicle. They dont beat you over the head with pricing. All the guys there are nice and friendly. They told me exactly what needed to be replaced and had it fix within hours. Will continue to use Euro motors for all my repairs.

Took my Range Rover Sport here because of a broken hood latch. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue . The guys here really know their stuff and are real pros. I wont hesitate to take my RR Sport or my Disco 1 here for any other service or repair issue.

There are too many other reputable businesses here in Raleigh that will treat you with respect to waste your time and money at Euro Motors.My 1990 BMW had been rear-ended, a collision that shifted the engine back and caused damage to the coolant system. I had my car towed to Euro Motors for them to work with the insurance company and repair the damage. First, whatever was discussed with the insurance adjuster caused her to decline coverage for the engine damage. No big deal; that’s not necessarily on the mechanic, so I didn’t worry about that. Then, finally Euro Motors calls to let me know my car is fixed...After paying almost a thousand dollars, I’m excited to have my car back. Except for the fact that as I’m driving back home the car is rattling and making all kinds of noise. Because I had picked it up after work, they had closed and I couldn’t take it back immediately. So the car goes in the garage. When I return to Euro Motors to ask about the noise, the mechanic says, “Oh yeah, I forgot to put a part back. I don’t have the necessary bolts, but you can get them at an auto parts or hardware store. Not sure what size though.” Forgot to put the part back, what?!? Were you going to call me and let me know this?? Would I have found out about this missing bracket had I not returned to Euro Motors?Again, not a big deal. I can turn a wrench. So I bought the necessary bolts and put the part back on the car. The rattle continues...So, I return to Euro Motors. Granted it was an hour until they would close, but I was asked to return another time. They had my money and it seemed evident they weren’t in any mood to be helpful. They asked that I be more flexible and return another time, preferably in the morning. I’m sorry, you left a part off of my car, and screwed up something, and now you’re asking that I take a morning off of work. I was told by one person it should only take half an hour. Another said at least an hour, maybe two. So I asked the mechanic who had worked on the car and was told that I should take it somewhere else. So... that’s what I did. And I’ll never return to Euro Motors.

Excellent experience with these guys.I had service completed by Evan at Euro Motors about two weeks ago. He worked fast, kept me updated with phone calls throughout the day and gave me what I considered a very reasonable price. I mentioned to Evan that my sunroof drains were possibly clogged, he fixed the problem immediately and now numerous things started working on the car, most importantly my radio works now! I am so pleased and I also have no more water collecting in my spare tire compartment.This is a good group of guys and I feel like they would treat anyone who pulled on their lot in a non judgmental fashion.I highly recommend.

I brought a used car here from a dealership on Capital Boulevard to get a pre-purchase inspection. They squeezed me in on a Saturday, completed the inspection quickly, and the technician who performed the inspection described the issues with the car and advised me not to buy it. They provided a printout with an itemized list of the issues and were friendly and courteous. Great experience.

This was my first experience with Euro Motors and I found the staff extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I spoke with Kurt Collins to schedule the 75k service and a discuss couple of minor issues on my Range Rover Sport. He met me in the office when I arrived, he explained the repairs and maintenance as well as price and delivery time. They did the leg work with the claims group to get my warrantied parts covered and completed the project on time and within quoted cost. In addition, Kurt gave me a lift downtown to my office and then picked me up once the work was complete. Each time I have called to ask a question, or schedule a service, they always answered the phone.. no voice mails, or automation which makes the experience much more pleasant. Right now I have a replacement part on order and will be revisiting them once it arrives for installation. I will re-post if my experience changes, but from what I have seen so far, I think I have found a good place to do business.

We recently purchased an older LR3 from Euro Motors. Shane and Richard we very professional and answered all my questions as I had a few concerns regarding Land Rover. We spent the day in Raleigh test driving every LR they had on the lot and they were very courteous. There was zero sales pressure and Shane even put the LR up on the lift and went over some details to make me feel more comfortable. We ended purchasing a 2005 LR3 in great condition and the following week my in-laws went back and purchased a VW Jetta we test drove that day as well.

We had the dreaded check engine light on and we were nearing our inspection due date. I had previously brought our Passat to the dealership for another check engine light related problem and decided to give these guys a shot at fixing the new issue. As with any diagnostic issue, there are no certainties of what the problem is or what the fix could potentially be. Kurt was very communicative about the status of the vehicle as they worked to find the problem. In the end, we were dealt a fair price and a guarantee that all was well. I recommend Euro Motors if you prefer a non dealership experience. I know they care about their customers and take pride in a job well done.

We were coming four hours out of town to buy our car. We had our eye on a particular one and decided it would be worth the trip. It was a risk in case the car wasnt as described but we couldnt have been happier with the service as well as the car. It was a Saturday evening and Kurt was very open to our questions and went out of his way to please us. He made us feel very comfortable with the purchase. They went above and beyond to get the car cosmetically appealing (even re wrapped the steering wheel). Our phone died on the way there and he even provided us with a charger for our way home. It was definitely a pleasant surprise. Ibwoukd recommend this place. These guys are honest and go above expectation.

Bought a car from here and not even 2 weeks later, the clutch went out. I called and complained and heard nothing back for like a week. Finally they contacted me and said that I was burning the clutch while in the parking lot of their place which is totally false. The people here are rude and they do anything to sell you something. I ended up having to fix a ton of issues that they should’ve found before selling me the car. Ended up spending over 1500 just on repairs to make it drivable. Not pleased with Euro Motors at all. I would never go back nor recommend someone to go there. NOT A TRUSTWORTHY DEALER.

I took my car to these guys after I bought my car because the dealer recommended them. I had a few issues I asked them to look into, but I also asked them to look over the car and let me know if it was in good working condition. They reported that it was besides the 2 issues that I reported. 1 of the issues I was able to get fixed, the other they didnt know how to fix.Fast forward to today, about 3 months later, and I had a check engine light come on and I took it to a different mechanic to get checked out. The news was devastating, the repair costs to get the car into a reliable state is more than the value of the car. I trusted these guys to give me an honest assessment of the car, and they failed. I suspect collusion with the dealer, theres no other explanation.Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

Please dont leave your personal belonging in your vehicle and expect them to lock your vehicle. My husbands amp was stolen out the back of his truck and of course no one is at fault. The vehicle wasnt locked. This is sad they will not take responsible for a theft.

My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle from Euro Motors. It is a Volkswagen Passat TDI, which we had been trying to find at a reasonable price for some time.Our salesman, Kurt, was incredibly helpful, fair, and simplified the buying experience. The pricing was marked near what we expected to pay and not gouged at an unreasonable premium (since inflated prices can be common for the type of vehicle we wanted).Because of the pricing and Kurts honesty about the vehicles minor flaws, the usual anxiety of purchasing a vehicle was quickly evaporated. My wife and I are are still very happy with our purchase. In fact, we have continued to bring our car in to Euro Motors, and we now have the experience to vouch for the service staff as well. I highly recommend both the sales and service departments.

Had brake service at Euro Motors, car still made noise when I braked, went back, they serviced it again, still made noise, went back they said they couldn’t do anything further. Had a friend of mine replace the pads, never made a noise again and it was extremely cheaper. Called Euro Motors and told them this, said they would send me a refund, but they never did. I will not go back.

I have my Mini Cooper serviced here and I love them! After Flow Mini giving me a quote for $3,000 for a repair (where they told me the price of a single part was $1,000 and Euro Motors said they use the exact same OEM part and it would cost me $465 AFTER markup (OEM part on the internet is $425)), I contacted Euro Motors to request a quote on the same parts and labor and didnt tell them how much my other quote was for...... They estimated between $1,200 to $1,400 for the total cost.The downside..... they dont have loaner cars and instead of a 1 day repair time, it took 2 days.... But for $1,800 in savings, for some reason it didnt bother me.

Terrible experience. Brought my car in, was told it would be fixed and was given a quote and an estimated time. Was not communicated with and downright ignored. When I stopped by to get an update, Mike, the guy fixing my car was texting and taking phone calls the entire time he was speaking to me completely unapologetically. Then my car was never fixed and I was STILL charged to be without my car that was never fixed for OVER a week and was not given any explanation as to what was going on. The technicians who work here are completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I will save everyone I know the agony of coming to these guys. Literally the worst service ever.

I used these guys (Mike) for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I was looking to buy over the internet, which was located in their area. I was a bit nervous about using these guys when they told me that they did alot of work for the dealer. I decided it was still a better option than the much maligned Carchex, so i went ahead and ordered the inspection (for $95). In the end, despite the fact that they derive a significant amount of revenue from the dealer on a regular basis, they were very honest with me about the pros and cons of the vehicle, and gave me the information that I needed to make my decisions without having to take the long trip there.A+, I would highly recommend based on this experience for their honesty and integrity in a difficult position. That isnt all that common in this business, but was great for me so that I didnt overpay for a vehicle.
