I recently found a truck online that I was very interested in , and pretty much ready to purchase. Upon calling the dealership, I spoke with Omar. I told him about the truck I was interested in purchasing. He set up a meeting for the following week. On the day of the meeting, he called me to verify that morning. I confirmed that I would be there. As I was heading that way, I received another call from him saying that the mechanics werent done with the truck or something, and that he would inform me of the situation. Needless to say he never contacted me . Upon calling the dealership back a couple days later to follow up, I was told he wasnt working that day, and to try back later. I never heard back form him and had to find out via the website that the truck had been sold. Horrible customer service, and I definitely wouldnt trust this establishment, if you want to call it that.

Ironic as it sounds, the car was what we talked about the least as they really made us feel welcome and comfortable buying a car from them for the first time. Our sales person, Oxendine, felt like a family friend. Getting lost in random conversations, made us feel at ease. Any future purchases we plan to make, we will for sure be coming back! Sorry I took so long to write this, it just dawned on me I forgot to give these guys my experience with them like I promised. I was looking for a Nissan Murano with decent mileage and in good condition. I met Devante Oxedine who was courteous and pleasant to talk too. He gave me a test drive and the vehicle drove very well. Once that was done we were able to negotiate a price and Devante helped with that. I didnt get the chance to have the vehicle looked at but I took a chance on these guys selling me a great vehicle and I was right. When time to do the maintenance, I took it to my mechanic shop who did a 50 point inspection and the vehicle was in great condition. Also the staff who assisted us were great as well. I would definitely do business with these guys again especially Devante.

Went here to have my car fixed on,and it popped up stolen.they won’t return my phone calls,had to call the police on them twice to file a report,these people said that they are not responsible,and if I had any valuables in the car,they should not have been left in the car..nobody was concerned about my problem,everyone was whispering to each other,no one was considerate enough to even call the police,or ask me about anything..they just don’t care about customers...they are currently under investigation,please be careful dealing with these crooks

I went to go look at a vehicle and we filled out the credit app at 2 o’clock. He said he will call us before six and let us know if we were approved or not approximately 30 minutes after 6 o’clock of waiting in Raleigh for several hours we then called the dealership and come to find out that the finance manager have left after speaking to a lady who was speaking to me and my husband rudely she hung up on my husband so therefore I had to call back and she would not give me any information on the credit application. We live approximately 2 1/2 hours away and we waited so long just to be spoken by a lady who disrespected us. I wouldn’t even buy a brand new car for thousand dollars from here because of the way I was treated please do not go here if you want to be treated with respect

Never had a problem with this car lot and brought my 16yr old her first car and i had also brought a van for myself .. And people who know me would say if i picked them then they must be good would buy more cars as long as they are the people who runs it thanks mrs kim wonderful...

Never buy from this business. My fiance and I saved up our money to purchase a truck from them. He is stationed in Fort Bragg, NC and I live in Milwaukee, WI, so he needed a car in order for us to meet halfway. A week after he purchased it, we met in Kentucky. On his way back, the car broke down. We had to pay to tow it 5 hours back to base. Complete Auto Center said they would fix it, and then continued to say there was nothing wrong with the car.They have terrible service, and they dont care about their customers. Now, my fiance and I have to figure out how we are going to fix this car on a soldier and students salaries. Do not buy from them.

Bought a 07 VW Jetta from Complete Auto Center Jan 2016. The sales person was not pushy. She let me drive the car with just a copy of my drivers license. The mechanic checked one small thing I had shown them and was concerned about. He fixed it before I purchased the car. I wasnt hounded and preyed upon by sales wolves which was a huge plus!!. They allowed me to take my time and make decisions. Negotiating was good as I believe the dealer and I were both happy with the sale. A good buying experience.

I test drove a Chevy Colorado. I really liked it, except that the engine shook terribly. There mechanic as well as Mike the salesman said this was normal. Once I explained that it wasnt and said I wanted to take the truck to the dealership to have it inspected, Mike would not return my calls or reply to my text. I guess they are looking for ignorant buyers who they can sell a car to which they know little about since it most likely was purchased from an auction.

Was in town and had a vehicle Breakdown. They were very friendly when I came and despite being booked, still got me in and out in less than an hour. Thankfully it wasnt anything major.

I purchased a vehicle for a friend...I should have left when they tried to sale me a vehicle with a transmission leak....shakiness..saying thay it was water or fluids from them pressure washing the engine and hood area...It was gritty greasy dirt. amd if you pressured washes it then it shouldnt be there so it leaked out...then gonna tell me its water..yet it was colored ... So within my sale I requested new tires and a dvd player be installed...they installed a cheap ass player with no remote. and did not speed balance the tires...I have been calling for 3 months trying to get the warranty for my tires and the dvd player. I told them that I was going to contact the Federal Trade Commissioner and the Attorney General Office and DMV annd they still did not calle back...I called them back today and Sam..the old man who is supposed to be the owner gonna tell me that Mike sales cars on his lot and that it was Mikes car and Mike dont work with him anymore but he will get up with Mike and call me back...He gonna call back and leave a number for me to call a guy name Dave at Capitol Sound and Security in Raleigh..told that he had spoken to him and he was going to take care of warranty situation and get me my paperwork...didnt say anything bout my tires...I called this Dave and his voicemail full so I called him back later and he answers bit when I tell him who I am he doesnt say anything else....so I called Sam and told him...and he gives me the same old bullcrap.so I call back and Dave answers and tells me that I only had a 90 day warranty. which was expired...so thats probally while no one contacted me until after 90 days...Then sam ass gonna tell me that my tires arent new but they are reconditioned...I have a signed statement that says they will put new tires on my car...yet they didnt and gonna tell me that my tires have no warranty and the bill of sale shows simply 4 tires at a price and thats all. Sam is rude and very snappy...gonna tell me that he not gonna fix the situation and its not his responsibility...he promised me a hat for the purchase that I never got...then DAVE gonna get nasty with me and tell me that he dont owe me a warranty nor info booklet cause he didnt deal with me. and I need to call CAC and talk to them..They also call themselves giving me a warranty for the vehicle for 90 days but as I read it..I would be responsible for 1/2 the repair...so I technically had nothing...S am told me to go ahead and report him..they dont hold up to their end of the deal ...they are disrespectful as hell and think the customer dont matter...they are just about making money...to hell with a dissatified customer....I believe I know who David is....when I search for the phone number that Mike gave me for the dvd people..it comes back to Super Sound & Security which according to BBB is closed...so does this busines even exist...did they change their name...does CAC own the building and isintentionally using it..what the deal...the phone to the business doesnt accept my number...it nor any other number that I cl from...I get two beeps and then it disconnects...si something doesnt seem right at all...I dont advise anyone to buy anything off tbat lot unless you are a junk dealer or you like being bullshittec. Sam tried to rush my buy. cajse he was ready to go home and was talking rude and Mike kept telling him to be quiet....

We drove from DE to NC and bought a 15 passenger van from this company. We needed it for our large family of 11 and were hopeful to be able to take friends along with us as well. We were told the only thing wrong with the van was that the pins holding the 3rd row benchseat were missing. No big deal. So we drive the van home and get ready to take the kids out for their first ride only to find out that the seat belts dont match the seat buckles!! That being said, the third row bench seat did match buckles so we went to the local salvage yard and picked up the pins. Upon returning home and attempting to install said pins, we were to discover that the third row seat doesnt even actually belong to this van!!! We decided to, at the very least, take the buckles from the unusable seat and install them in one of the other seats so some of the seatbelts would work. All the while, we were in contact with the dealership who promised if we would be patient, they would find and ship us a seat and would order us the buckles. I had to continue texting Mike and he would send me a picture of a seat he was going to send but never did, then he would tell me he found a shipping company, which he never did, then he would ask me to go to our local dealership and order the buckles and they would reimburse me. Mind you, the only time he made contact was if I was contacting him first. I actually did go to a local dealership at which time I was told they no longer make those buckles!!! All in all, I have a van which seats 10 passengers (same as the Sprinter I had before this) and CANNOT fit my family. So, if you want to buy your next vehicle from a dishonest and unreliable company, this is your dealership!

I bought Mini Cooper 2006 from here May 2016. The salesman Yousef lied about the power locks and trunk. He told me he had a spare key for the car. Also the current power lock remote wasnt working he said I could to replace the battery which would take five minutes to replace once I buy the battery. After speaking to the mini cooper dealership I am looking at $200 for a spare key and $200 to get the current key replaced, about $400 extra for something that salesman Yousef said was included with the car. You cannot change the key battery with a key that had a chip in it. The salesman lied to make the deal look good and once I had before bought the car he completely denied that he told me this (about the spare key and battery) and he outright called me stupid. Very unpleasant experience, I recommend you take your business to a more reputed and trustworthy car dealer.

Absolutely worst experience dealing with a car lot. Nice looking cars that are lemons. The owner is a con man who talks you into deferred down payments and charges the details of agreements while signing paper work that you thought was going to be cheaper. Then when he’s gone the people left in charge make agreements about payments that he changes when he comes back. This is my home, my country. I was born and raised here. This man is mistaking if he thinks I’m going always just like that.

Not a good place to deal with at all. Very poorly run. Nobody is ever on the same page.
