Initially the drivers side air bag needed replaced. Called to schedule the replacement, was told would be called once parts came in but was NEVER called. I happen to call on our second recall on another Fusion we have and found out they had the parts for some time. Long story short they said we could have a rental then found out they dont deal with loaners. Then put in the wrong air bag. Take it back to get it corrected and leave it all day to find out it had the CORRECT air bag to begin with. Today we had the clock spring replaced so the horn would work but guess what they forgot to hook the horn back up!!! That is a safety hazzard!! We have to keep taking the car BACK over and over for one thing. Service is ridiculous 🙄. Will be going to the other Ford service center from now on where competent people work I hope.

Really unorganized office. I went there to get a spare key made for my car. Went into the office, several staff seating around talking. I was eventually acknowledged and stated my reason for visiting. I was instructed to go to the back counter for the parts department. I waited in line for about 10-15mins (it was several people ahead of me). When I did speak with the worker about getting another key, he informed me that I would need to make an appointment because the key would have to be programmed to the car and takes about an hour. I inquired about making an appointment only to be directed back to the front for an appointment card to call and schedule it. I didn’t understand why I would need to call and make an appointment when I was physically in the office. Furthermore, if that was the case, then why the staff at the front desk didn’t let me know that initially instead of me wasting my time? Again, this office is unorganized.

Parts department not open on Saturday. Website and Google page states open till 1 pm. Please update accordingly.

My daughter had some recalls on her car she drop her car off that morning and she got it back later that even.. Thanks for the wonderful job we will be back thats for sure.... 😊😊
