Best body shop in town. My mom traveled 2 1/2 hours to have Kenny Hawkins to repair her new car. It looked showroom new when they were done!!!!

A+ auto shop. I used them to do a repair on my vehicle after an accident. They were professional and assisted me with everything I needed help with as well as having my vehicle repaired quickly. If I need the services they provide again they will be my first choice.

Our daughter hit a parked car recently and caused enough damage to take it to Kenny Hawkins for an estimate and repair. We had been there once before to fix some cosmetic damage on my wifes car and we were very pleased with that work. We cannot say enough about the professional and great quality workmanship on both cars. If youre ever in need of a body shop to fix you car we highly recommend Kenny Hawkins. Kenny Hawkins was amazing to deal with. They explained the process, gave me a few tips, had the car done in less than quoted time and it looks perfect. Corey was wonderful start to finish. I highly recommend these folks. They brought my Honda back to its off-the-lot glory.

I bought my dream car right out of college and 2 months later I was rear ended. I was highly upset! However, Kenny Hawkins helped turn my nervous nightmare into a smooth and painless repair process. The level of customer service was amazing. Chris Bardeen was very informative throughout the entire process and was always one phone call or email away to answer any of my questions or concerns. Not only is the customer service great, but the work is top notch as well. They took as much care in my vehicle as I do, and trust me, that is saying A LOT. My car is looking better than the day I bought it. Their attention to detail is down right amazing, and they back up all of their work. They even went as far as giving me the leftover matched touch up paint to apply in the future. I will not hesitate to take my vehicle back to Kenny Hawkins. This place is a hidden gem. Thanks guys!

HIGHLY recommend this shop for any repair work! I was involved in my first accident as a driver and was very nervous with having to choose a shop for repairs, especially since I have an 07 Toyota. The staff here was very friendly and quickly got me on their schedule. They gave me proper updates throughout the week and worked directly with the insurance company with no issues. By the time I got my car back you couldnt even tell where the damage was! I was very impressed with the work done and will gladly tell others about this shop.

A deer ran into my (almost new) Mustang Bullitt late December. All the local body shops were backed up.A good friend recommended Kenny Hawkins. They took the car in right away. I picked my Mustang up today. There was $17k damage.The communication was first rate during the whole process. Chris and Greg made sure the work was good as new. I would rate this shop at zero if that was an option! Chris, who is one of the owners, had a very aggressive, negative, and terrible attitude with me and my insurance agent. He was very rude from the very start of the conversation, and he would not even let the agent, who is new to the case, give or gather information concerning the auto repair. He acted very childishly, unprofessionally, and hung up the phone on us for no apparent reason. I truly wanted to patronize his business, but I WILL NOT be disrespected and treated this way when Im the one who is employing him to do work. His customer service and people skills are very lacking (he seems to be very challenged in some areas), and I wonder how he is still in business if he treats other customers this way. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money with someone who appreciates the customer and understands that the customer is the one who keeps a small local business like his in business.

Dropped off my 1961 Sunbeam Alpine today for some sheet metal and body work. Kenny and his team have been super nice to work with and have offered great advice.

My car hit by a truck and the from bumper, fender, light, and the hood were broken. Kenny Hawkins gave me quickly a quote, contacted the insurance, and once the insurance confirmed my case number, they gave me a ride to a rental to take my rental. After 12 days my car was repaired and everything looks fine now, three months after the repair. The staff are nice and friendly.

The staff at Kenny Hawkins is very nice but their work is questionable. We took our car in for some scratches it received from a mailbox. We got multiple estimates and Kenny Hawkins was one of if not the highest but we went with them anyway because I felt like they would do a good job. It was in the shop for a week and when we picked it up there was dew all over it so we didnt notice any issues and assumed it was all good. Later we noticed that one scratch in particular was still very visible. You couldnt feel it but you could see it. We took it back and they attempted to buff it out. That made no difference so we brought it back and left it for the day for them to repaint. The scratch in question was on the door handle and when we picked it up it looked good. However, the inside of the door handle is really bumpy now. Later I noticed in sunlight at certain angles, other scratches are still visible. Each time we took it in the staff was accommodating and apologetic but still the finished product is not up to my expectations, especially considering the price.

Did great job fixing my car hail damage. Greg was super helpful and made the entire process going smoothly for me, them, and my insurance.

These guys really know what theyre doing. brought my Honda over that needed a new hood, headlight, fender, and bunch of misc parts. they had to bend some pieces back into shape and did a great job on matching/meshing the paint! cant tell it was sprayed!

Our Acura TL needed some significant body repair and they brought the car back to its original new condition to the point that when you look at the car from any angle you cannot tell that the vehicle was in an accident. I decided to take my Audi A4 in to Kenny Hawkins after someone backed up into it and damaged my bumper. The whole experience from beginning to end was fantastic and the work was finished in just a few days. Everyone in the office I dealt with was fantastic but I was most impressed with Chris level of service throughout the repair. He was super easy to deal with, responded to my emails very quickly, and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. I had a car accident a month ago with my 2003 Lexus, it was my fathers who passed away 2 years ago. unfortunately, the insurance company said it would cost too much to repair and wrote us a check for the salvage value. The car was all I had left from my father, I could not give it up. Other repair shops would not touch it, or the esitmates were quite high. My boss told me to use Kenny Hawkins Automotive. Within days, I was at the shop with the car, Chris looked at the car, and said they were able to work with it and our budget. The car war fixed within 2 weeks, it looked like a brand new car. They went above and beyond to mske it look showroom new! I have never had a repair shop that has done that before. I own basic mid-line cars (Honda, Toyota, Ford) and have used Kenny Hawkins for 18 years. Always, ALWAYS, perfectionists. When high-line car owners and dealers need a car to look good, Kenny Hawkins is at the top of their list; drive by there periodically and see what they are working on. Keep in mind (or be informed, if you never knew) that insurance companies beat down body shop prices so hard that it affects the true art of car repair (nicely aligned seams, invisible scratch/gouge fills, near-perfect paint match, etc. - this stuff is NOT easy!).

I took my Lexus here b/c my insurance agent recommended them... They replaced the front and rear bumpers with new and repainted the rear quarter panel. State Farms estimate came in much lower than their quote, but they convinced me that it was normal and that they would get them to pay the difference. After my car was already apart I found out that State Farm wouldnt budge. I ended up paying the difference out of pocket. As far as the actual work... theres orange peel and other junk in the paint!! It looks like an amateur painted my car! I gave them an opportunity to make it right once, but wont be going back a third time!! Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience!

We only use Kenny Hawkins for all our repairs. He is the best in Wake County and the staff is incredible. Corey is our go to guy and works hard to keep his customers happy.

They do some good work body work is awesome.

Butchered the paint job on my audi s5. Oversprayed the clear coat that is now peeling. Pretty bad orange peel that dont match up at all. Cory lied to me several times, tried to fixed the issues, then ended up making them worse. The dent and door work was good, but everything about the paint was terrible. Also had them repaint the bumper and that had tons of dust between the paint and clear coat as well.Pretty disappointing experience, would never go there again and they basically told me there was nothing more they could do after wreaking my paint.

Our Porsche Boxster was side swiped in a parking lot. The rear quarter panel is a non replaceable part of the body. It had to be old school hand worked back into shape. Kenny Hawkins did an awesome job!! I was certain it couldnt be repaired back to the original look. With full skepticism I viewed that panel from every possible angle in well lit shade to be sure shadows wouldnt hide anything. It was perfect - color matched and shaped beautifully.

Took my Honda here three years ago when someone took out my back quarter of my car and crashed my trunk. Looked and drove like new. Only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because every once in a while when I get up to 75 mph something rattles back in that section of the car and I cant figure out what it is. However, I never took the car back to get the problem fixed.

Very good experience with both my Honda Accord and my gf’s Acura MDX. They even delivered one early. I worked with Corey and he did a great job keeping me up to date. I’d highly recommend this place for any Honda/Acura work.

Great initial service. Unfortunately my car was ready later than told and not inspected for quality. I had to bring it back a SECOND time to get it right. I also paid FULL price, which I didnt mind for the first visit. I felt that a return visit was not indicative of FULL price value. I do applaud them for getting it right the second time. I would return to them for future work, but I learned to inspect the car VERY WELL before submitting any payment. I never would have paid for a sorry initial job. I assumed based on Acuras nod to take it here and the Google reviews I was ok so I paid before inspecting the work. Lesson learned.

The local Acura dealership uses Kenny Hawkins for all their body work so I decided that this is where I would take my 2016 Acura ILX after someone T-boned me.Greg was great to work with from start to finish, explaining the entire repair process to me and even taking the time to deal with the insurance company on my behalf.

Worked with Corey as my Service Writer for my 2006 Jeep GC SRT8. I had the front bumper replaced/painted. They did a great job. When the replacement bumper was delivered it did not come as a two piece as the original OEM their was supposed to be a black matte finish to the front lower grill insert.I questioned this as I specifically requested Original OEM. Corey asked me how I wanted this painted. I told him I would come down and talk to him. When I arrived he took me into the work area and showed me the bumper they received and introduced me to the Technician that was doing the work on my Jeep. I explained this was a show truck/daily driver. I was told by Corey that there has been 4 bumper updates since the original came out. I saw that they in fact did get an Original OEM bumper as I saw their invoice from Jeep.Bottom line they were very accommodating and did a great job on the finished product. I am very pleased. I also received a follow up letter in the mail thanking me for my business.
