They kept my car at their shop for over a week without performing an estimate of the damages. When I called they said I don’t know if your car is here we’ve had cars here for over 10 weeks waiting to be fixed. Still waiting on the estimate, luckily the insurance company is paying for my rental and not me because I would be furious.

Thomas is a man not afraid to take a challenge. It will be interesting to see how well he does on my vehicle.

The staff at Auto Body 911 were very kind and very accommodating when I needed to get my car fixed after someone hit me. They even worked very hard to get my car fixed a couple of days early so that I didnt have to worry about my car after an upcoming surgery I had scheduled. They did a professional job and I couldnt tell that my car had been repaired and painted where the damage was.

Took my truck in for repairs after being hit by a drunk driver. Excellent customer service and quality of work. The owner went above and beyond to even go as far as comping what insurance didnt cover! I made the mistake of taking another vehicle prior to this to a different body shop whose so called completed work consisted of a wrong colored mirror and flapping door panels. Will never make that mistake again. ALL my vehicles will be coming to autobody 911 for any future work!

Thomas is AWESOME!I was recently in a car accident and my vehicle had to be towed away.At the time, I had no previous knowledge of this shop as to where they were taking my car.I received a call from Thomas, almost immediately upon notice that my vehicle would be arriving to his shop.He explained how things worked, set expectations, most importantly, exceeded expectations.For example, I was able to get back into my vehicle one week before the expected date of completion. #wowNot only were expectations superseded, I was asked if I would be able to pickup my vehicle on a Friday evening.I explained to either Dave(I think 🤔)or Thomas that I wouldn’t be able to make it before closing hours.They offered to wait an extra hour for my arrival. #awesomeServiceDue to circumstances, still couldn’t make the pickup without another driver.(I was in a rental at the time)So, what does the Great Thomas do???HE COMES IN ON A SATURDAY MORNING!!! When they’re normally closed, to accommodate. (Amazing, right? I know! Lol)Afterwards, he calls an enterprise branch, on my behalf, to set up a drop off because my initial branch had already long since been closed.Otherwise, I would’ve been sitting on this rental until Monday.So, that saved me nearly $400.Beyond all that amazing customer service!My vehicle has been running like new. Recommended by my insurance company Progressive, the entire process was seamless. They were able to get me in immediately which I was thankful for, Enterprise met me there at drop off took me to the rental. When my car was finished Enterprise dropped me back off, got my keys and was out the door. Very friendly staff would recommend to anyone and would go back myself in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Auto Body 911! The work was done promptly, they have a Hertz office on site for a rental car, and friendly staff. My Jeep was fixed to brand new and my car was SPOTLESS when I picked it up!! I would recommend them to anyone!

I was hoping for the excellence that the reviews stated but the quality in my opinion is lacking. I had to bring my vehicle back for them to correct some issues I felt needed to be addressed. To their credit they did try their best to fix the issues with the repairs quickly. It is difficult to judge vehicle body repairs because people all have different standards for what is acceptable, so take this review for what it’s worth.

I brought my BMW 3 series in for a repair to my trunk. There was an accident that bent my trunk and the whole piece had to be replaced. Tom and his team were amazing to deal with as there was an issue that came up during my service. Though the initial repair was not done correctly, AutoBody 911 were quick to do whatever it takes to fix the issues. My cars trunk looks just as it did before and I am very happy to have been referred to this body shop. I would completely and totally trust them with any other body repairs in the future.

Im very pleased with the service I received at Auto Body 9-1-1. My car had sustained some damage to its bumper and rear fender due to driver errors (one mine, one my wifes). We decided not to file an insurance claim. Walter Prince provided a thorough written estimate, and advised me ahead of time of certain factors that might cause the estimate to increase. I felt the price was reasonable. The repairs entailed removing and replacing the front bumper, removing the rear bumper, fixing a bent fender and door, and painting all of the parts mentioned. Auto Body 9-1-1 finished the repairs within a week. The car looks like new. I am so thankful for this low-hassle, honest-dealing shop, and I will likely visit again (my teenager is learning to drive).

Met the insurance adjuster here after a car accident. Did not really interact with the Auto Body staff, so I cannot rate them. They have a really awesome painted wrecker and whoever did the paint job has mad skills.

Dealt with Brian over the phone due to car being in Raleigh with daughter and me being in Charlotte. He was very friendly and answered all questions. Everything with smoothly with them and insurance. When went to pick up everything was exactly as before the accident. Shop was clean and everyone well presented. Owner even came out to say hi and thanks for business. Lifetime warranty on the work and paint, said to simply bring car back if any issues. I recommend these guys if youre in the Raleigh area.

Unfortunately, I have had to use the services of Auto Body 911 on several occasions in the past 4 years. With a small construction business my truck gets body damage due to the nature of what I do. I also have a teenage driver who seems to like the atmosphere at 911 because she had needed their services on 3 occasions in 3 years. With my work truck as well as my daughters Escape, we have had our expectations exceeded. My top needs of a body shop are to repair my vehicle but also to do this ON TIME. 911 has always completed my work in the time-frame that they promised. This has not been my experiences with other shops in Raleigh. They always seemed to over promise and under deliver. With 911, this has never been the case.

Auto body 911 has done work on both my husband and my car. They do fantastic body & paint work along with their great customer service. Their shop is clean and theyre open early in case you still have to go to work. I hope not to go to often to thier shop due to accidents but if I need repairs, I will ONLY go to their shop. If someone else caused the accident, you can still request to have your repairs done at Auto body 911.....I did! :)

Over the past 5 years I have used them to repair 3 different vehicles. 1 fender bender, 1 hit and run, and recently a deer.They have always done a good job and were always good with their quotes, repair times and communications. I hope I dont need any more repairs done but if I do I will go back to them.

Used them for two repairs now and they were great. This last repair they even took care of a loose battery connection that they could have charged me for but didnt. Because its easy for mechanics to mess with customers and charge them unnecessarily, I really appreciated this extra help and honesty.

I went to this body shop because of the reviews, and they lived up to hype. They identified a previously existing problem on a newly purchased car, gave me advice on how to get the dealer to address it, and then fixed my other damage afterwards. Best auto care in the whole of tri-city (Raleigh, Durham, Morrisville). The guys over here are really professionals, no cheap stuff, no tricks. I had my accidental Honda Accord repaired here. Very professional care of my car, no after market parts. They ordered everything from Honda Dealership and installed. They were quick gave the estimate and the final price was discounted as well.Due to some of my car prior reasons my spoiler fell off. (Auto-Body 911 repainted it for me). The lost spoiler was replaced without any added price. I was amazed that he replaced it with a factory part not some cheap replacement part.I am super happy with their services.. Will recommend every1 to at-least check with them once before taking your car some place else..
