Scott and his team are just great. They put a lot of effort into solving whatever issues you are having with your car, and in a very prompt amount of time. The customer service was amazing, and he made sure to stay in contact with me the entire time during my repair. That was my first time using this business, but this is definitely who I will always use if I ever need anything again.

I was recommended collision masters after I called a body shop where I was looking to get a spot on the front of my M5 buffed out after the clear coat had started to peel off. I just got it back yesterday and it looks absolutely amazing. If you asked me where the spot was before I left it over there I wouldnt be able to tell you. You can really tell they put a lot of effort into making your car look like its brand new.

We recently took our vehicle to Collision Masters after some major damages following an accident. We were very impressed with not only the service but the quality of work. From the moment we spoke with Scott, the owner, we knew our SUV was in great hands. He was really attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable. It was evident that it wasnt about the money but truly about helping the customer. He was more than willing to stay after his normal closing time to better accommodate our late schedule. He kept us informed of everything we needed to know and even helped us by dealing the insurance company himself when he needed to. Scott and the Collision Masters team are great! I visited them when the shield under my front bumper was torn from pulling over a curb. Prior to this visit, I went to another location that said I’d need to replace the shield and quoted a couple hundred dollars. My wifes car had a sharp dent in a curved portion of her trunk. A concern was the location of the dent and the pearl white color of the car. Scott at Collision Masters was able to get the trunk back to normal and match up the paint perfectly.Scott is a profession and a very easy guy to work with. My daughter was in a car accident recently. There was severe damage to drivers door and under side. Not being from Raleigh we googled auto body shops in Raleigh. Collision masters came up. Called talked to owner Scott he said have it towed in. He looked at it told us unfortunately he believed it will be totaled. Although unfortunate news Scott was very sympathetic and offered a lot of helpful information dealing with insuancecompany. I own a 2017 Ram 2500 Power Wagon, which I purchased new in June 2017. I am very particular about my vehicles and have kept my new truck in perfect condition since I bought it.In September 2018, I was Tboned by a distracted driver who ran a red light at about 35-40 MPH. The entire driver side of the truck, parts of the frame, etc, were smashed pretty badly.I had heard of Collision Masters through a well known reputable auto shop that I trust, so I took my truck to Scott at Collision Masters. I was immediately impressed with the facility and employees of Collision Masters.The shop was very clean and well organized, and both Julie and Scott were very up front about their services and their culture of taking great care of their customers and their customers vehicles. So I knew my truckwas in very good hands from the very beginning. Once they evaluated my truck, Scott and David (the Technician who did most of the work on my truck) went over what they would be doing to fix it. They addressed all my questions,and my concerns. Scott had an open door policy so I was able to check on my vehicle as often as I liked (and I think I checked on it more than some people do, I was there almost weekly). I was given weekly updates, and was able to talk to David aboutwhat they were doing, and how things were going. Once they had finished and I went to pick up the truck, it was literally like nothing had happened to it! All the body panels, doors, frame issues, interior, everything, were as good as, if not evenbetter than they had been before the accident! The truck looked amazing, and also drove (and still drives) as good as, if not better, than before the accident! I am very meticulous about my truck, and the repair is PERFECT.I cannot find a single body panel out of alignment, the paint is perfect, the drivetrain and frame repairs are also perfect (even had 2 other shops check and they couldnt even tell it had been in an accident at all!).I have had the truck back for about 2 months now, and other than a minor thing (just a strip of weatherstripping that had to be replaced), the truck is perfect! At first I was going to sell it and get an unwrecked truck,but after talking with both Scott and David, and driving it for a couple of months, and knowing how attentive Collision Masters has been to me, even after the repairs are completed, I am planning on keeping the truck!If it wasnt for Scott and David and the entire team at Collision Masters, Id probably be getting rid of it, but knowing how meticulous they are, I know my truck repair was done right and will last.I would go back to them for any collision related repair, but I hope i dont have to! Collision Masters did a fantastic job on my Suburban. I have had body work done in the past by other shops and there always seemed to be something wrong with the job but I have to say that Scott did an A++ job and the car looks as good as it did when it was brand new.

Took my 2018 Honda Accord here after being in a wreck. It wasn’t my fault so insurance was responsible for paying and they dealt with the insurance company the whole time and took a lot of stress out of dealing with them. Car came out looking brand new again and when I picked up they gave me advice and info on the depreciation value. If I need these services again I will come back.

I promise you, you will not find a better SERVICE like Collision Masters within a 200 mile radius. Scott has a keen eye for detail and will not leave the Garage until his best work was complete. My particular fender bender left me with a 2015 Tahoe with more damage than met the eye. Not only did he go to bat for me on multiple occasions, giving great advice along the way to deal with the headaches that come with being the not-at-fault driver, but also went over and above to make sure the job was done right. Under the bumper, there was some minor structural damage which could have easily been missed at any other garage, but here, Scott put in literally HOURS to make sure that even something i would never notice was done to his standards.This establishment truly has integrity and top-quality outcomes.
