We didnt purchase a frame from Framecrafters but they did help us to cut down a frame for my sons puzzle and didnt charge us for it!!! They also helped to get the puzzle into the frame to make sure it fit and was secure. They also added more support to it and gave my husband extra support for another framed puzzle we have. Again, they didnt charge us a penny for any of this. The next time we need a frame we are for sure going to visit Framecrafters. They went above and beyond and didnt have to. We highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience here. Sean was very helpful and has many options to choose from in regards to frames. He made my experience better even during covid, he did his best to prioritize my project.

Sean at Framecrafters has been framing pictures almost from the day we moved in 10 years ago. His work is top notch and reliable. On top of that he always remembers you even if you have not been in the store for a while.You can only get service and attention like this in a small local business. I recommend Framecrafters to anyone who needs something framed or a picture restored. They are the best.

They think they do framing better than anyone else.Somewhat arrogant and rude. I am not sure they realize that they are not the only framing company in the City of Raleigh

Sean did a great job on reframing an old 1875 hand printed picture from a relative from my fathers side of the family. He helped pick out the frame and matting, and the whole thing looked alot better than I expected. I would recommend him to any of my friends,

Dont go to Framecrafters Custom Framing in Falls River. After having several pieces completed with great satisfaction we went to him to frame a canvas we had recently purchased. After 2 to 3 weeks of not hearing about the completion my husband and I stopped by to check on the status. He was frantically looking through the store for the project then came out with our incomplete canvas still in the tube, handed it to us and walked away. No explanation, no sorry nothing. I am very disappointed with his lack of care and customer service. Honestly his shop was so disorganized Im just glad he didnt lose it. Im sorry if this isnt allowed here... but I just wanted to warn people given that items you frame generally have great sentimental value.
