I was in a car accident and needed to replace parts on my truck, so I called to see if they had a bed for a 2003 Dodge Ram and they did, rust free/damage free dodge bed and a chrome bumper and tailgate all for a reasonable price with them to take it off was an amazing deal! Definitely going back if I need anything.

Ive been here plenty of times and I dont even know why I waste my time everything is chaos everything stacked on top of each other. Its not a Pick-n-Pull theyre just crushers, a lot of good wasted Parts but literally just make the drive to Fort Myers or gluecks in Venice or an LKQ

A local junk yard with knowledgeable staff. He can be a little gruff sometimes, but overall a good place to find your used auto parts.

Can always find the part Im looking for here, even if I cant I come back in a week and its sitting right there waiting for me. The management staff is always friendly as well.- my friend

Was getting display for my prius noticed some damage on the screen I picked up wasnt sure if it was working he said he would let me return it if it wasnt working went home and checked it if was, sure enough touch screen was dead so he let me bring it back and trade it in for a different one, no hassel, very honest, gave me a great deal. 10/10 will be coming back for more parts.

Wasted my time asked if a vehicle was there and told me yes traveled 40min and when I get there was told to go look for it. Worthless dont bother checking it out

Called before I drove 45 mins to get a part I really needed. Person on the phone asked what I was looking for along with year make and model. Told me they definatly had a few in the yard and to come on down. Drove down ran into a female associate who was rude and not very nice at all. Pointed and said over there and walked away. We walked around for a few mins until we found 1 of the few they had the front end was smashed all the way to the cab therefore the part we needed was destroyed and not worth the 150$ I was quoted on the phone. So we walked around alittle more and found the others they had they where not even the correct body style so the parts would not interchange with my vehicle When we said something she said theres one out back itll fit. Again it was smashed and unusable. Never found this one that she claimed would work. Ended up leaving without the part they told me they had. As per the request of the reply to my rating. I would be happy to rate it as more if it wasnt a complete waste of time and gas to drive down there then to be treated how we where by your wonderful associate who made us all feel very (un)welcome .

Its like a u pull but so much easier and laid back. The owner is a nice guy and very reasonable.

Its completely unorganized but if theres a vehicle you need there you can pull anything off it. Wear boots & come prepared.

Bad customer service. The guy that is running the place thinks he can talk to you anyway he wants. I believe he thinks he is doing you a favor by allowing you to but parts from him. He acts line he is aggregated when you all himquestions. Very unprofessional

Dont waste your time. They got millions of cars and most of them are just JUNK, LITERALLY. Its a look and hope for the best type thing,it really is lol I laugh because he said Yeah, yeah we got it! Just look in the back. Sent us to the car yard BLIND!!! No direction or anything. Lmao ,I rather just buy it off FB market or on Amazon/eBay. NEVER AGAIN.

As much as I love a good pick - N - Pull.. wow are they expensive! Way over priced! Needed a simple scissors Jack, very common . Wanted 25 bucks for the handles alone. Like no thanks. Rather pay that for a brand new hydraulic one at wal mart! What a crook. Out for money , not very helpful at all.

The only reason I gave it two stars and not one, is because I have been here many times in the past and not all my experiences have been bad.Today I went shortly after 3 to get a replacement factory radio for my car. I pulled one and proceeded to the office to pay. When I got in there, there was a customer being waited on, a guy behind him and then me. During this time, another customer came from the yard dragging in a radiator fan/condenser assembly. After the guy in front of me was helped, he took the customer with the fan assembly before me. I figured I would be patient and wait for him to be processed, but after 5 minutes they were still bullshitting about the price. Keep in mind, the entire 15 minutes I had been in the office waiting I was never once acknowledged. I manage a customer service department and Im not one of THOSE customers who will create a scene or get huffy-puffy about terrible service. I simply decided that I did not want them to have my business and left the radio sitting on the counter. I will now be passing MSB to drive 40 miles out of town for parts at another scrap yard that I cannot get online.Whoever the black gentleman is behind the counter needs to be shown how to provide proper customer service. There was a man with a European accent that worked there the last few times I was in. What happened to him? He was awesome. The sad part is, if I was helped like I should have been, my transaction would have taken less than 60 seconds and they wouldnt have lost business.

I just called to see if they had a car i was looking for. I told him im about 45 min away if he can check ill wait on the phone he is to busy to do that for me to call im on Monday and he would look then. Horrible customer service i would have waited 20min on hold if he would have just gone and looked real quick

This place is a big rip off. The prices on the wall are from the old owners. The gentleman behind the counter calls a parts store and discounts the list price. I called to have a part removed he stated he had a man to do the job but I had to pay up front. No problem when I showed up there was no men to pull the part if I wanted it go get it. Great business attire, extremely high prices and the dirtiest yard I have ever been in!

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This place used to be good but the guy thats running now Shadi(perfect name for him) is unprofessional and is a liar, tell you one thing on the phone then different when you get there!! Also the guys working there act like your bothering them. What a joke. Wont be going back

I was greeted within 5 mins. Was told they had the piece I needed. Walked around for about 10mins and found it and it was exactly what I was looking for. I am disabled so they pulled the part for me in a heavy downpoor and even loaded in my car. Price was a quarter of a brand new one (jeep middle console) and a couple extra bucs for labor. I high recommend to check this place out.

Sat and waited for 40 MINUTES for them to open. Called MULTIPLE times to get an answer on when they would be open, and no answer! When shadi finally arrived I asked jokingly if he overslept and he didnt apologize but gave reason for being late. Another 30 minutes later I obtained the fan I needed ( which was quoted to be $25 for this specific item, by owner weeks ago) I stood at the counter to pay and waited while the man talked on speaker phone to a man about a car, swearing by both, not trying to let him go knowing I had been standing there waiting to pay. So rude and inconsiderate! When he finally decided to get off the phone and take of his customer he took a minute to think what the charge would be. He charged me $50 because it was a double fan ( although this make and model was given in advance and I received the $25 quote by the owner himself ) I had mentioned this to him and at this point Im a bit frustrated, so I give my card, which he had seen the entire time I got to the counter, and stated the machine was down. I then stated he should be letting customers know this because some people like myself on this day, did not have cash .He then proceeded to tell me that I should know to bring cash to a junk yard .I let him know I didnt need to bring cash because I have used the credit machine before. So why would I bring cash? Late, rude, inconsiderate, and unfriendly. Not one apology! Very disappointed in how the human race is when it comes to work ethics. I come here all the time and to be honest not sure if I will if the service is going to be this way again!

I felt really bad for the people there. Their loader stopped working, and they were trying to get me a tire and rim for my 1998 Ford Taurus. Eventually, I wound up getting a donut and a partial refund after they couldnt get the loader started, and the man was VERY apologetic and super sweet. Ill be bringing all of my business there from now on.

Called this morning and was told they had the part I need for $25 great! The guy said call back at noon to make sure I am here before you come ok. Called at noon, yes he will be there until 5pm. I drove 35mins to get there, the place was horrendous. Guys out front drinking beer, no sign saying how to get in, and to cap it all off they didnt have the part. Worthless place, dont waste your time! If I could give a zero or a negative number it would be more fitting.

Went there looking for parts, what a dump and I mean dump. Counter person had no clue, told him what specific years I needed and he kept sending me to the wrong years. They have no inventory on computer, cant tell you if they even have the year, make and model your looking for. Cars stacked on top of each other so even if you walk around looking for your model you cant see it. Sad used to be a better organized salvage yard. I wont waist my time going back.

The guy running the place does a terrible job. Go to Gluecks everything is better the cars are sorted and you dont have to waste time looking for a car you can get under neath. The guy here makes up prices out of his ass. Doesnt know what he is talking about half of time.

Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. Made it an enjoyable experience.

Went in there found what I needed to fix my ride. was lacking tools and was able to use one of the managers drills and got my part dirt cheap extremely happy. Very friendly as well.

I Ill tell you what this place has new people running the counter they have all new inventory coming in and out they have good stuff the new tow truck driver they have prices up on the wall show all these negative comments that people have posted are ridiculous and not only ridiculous but old the place is changed a lot yes it is a U-Pull yard in all of the U-Pull yard you have to get your own parts and its hard to tell if theres a blower motor in a car thats 6 8 rows back and its not their job to go look but if you come here youre allowed to go look at your own parts

Charged 25 dollars for a used side mirror, when its only 23 dollars new. I asked for a price list and the cashier replied I am the price list. I feel I should warn others of this place. Way over priced for stuff you gotta take off yourself, do the homework on the price list before you get ripped off like me.

Bad customer service skills . And over charging people for parts you have to pull your self . You all are better off buying online its cheaper and you wont get ripped off. They lost my business for good .
