Very friendly and helpful staff who truly care about their customers. I always feel dumb going into hardware stores because I’m not very educated on tools and hardware. Here, the guy helping me and my girlfriend answered all of our questions without making me feel dumb. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he would ask someone else and answer right away. Their return policy is amazing and embraced by their staff. I’ve found many places to be a hassle when returning things, but here it was fast and easy. Most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a hardware store by far.

I wanted to say thank you to the man that helped me get a welder for my boyfriend.I absolutely didn’t know anything about welders what so ever and if I asked my man he would of known what I was getting him for Christmas.I wish I got the name of this man.But he helped explain almost every single welder he had and what my boyfriend would like the most specially with the project he was doing and needed a certain welder.You guys always are so nice whenever I come in, thank you again

It’s a smaller store than some — the Lewiston store is a bit larger — and they run out of sale items quickly, but it’s clean and organized.If I had been able to buy any of my top three choices in air compressors when my old one broke and I needed one that day, I would have given 5 stars. They were also out of stock of the workbench I wanted (again, a sale item), and the manager told me it would be in stock again later in the week.Look up the coupons you want before you go in so you have them handy on your phone or printed out.I’m glad to have a Harbor Freight within 10 miles of my shop.

Accused my father and brother of stealing. My father says he will write his own review in a bit since he has his own account. This happened to them twice but the second time the left there was police surrounding the store like they were apparently ready for them to run. My dad is over 60 years old. Hes clearly such a huge threat that the entire city of pullman police department has to respond.

Good Place to get tools and supplies for your day to day Home, Shop and ETC projects.Staff are helpful so far wish the kept there shelves stocked rather than asking to bring stuff from the back.

The folks are polite here. The store is really clean. And there are always good prices. There are some things I wouldnt buy here because quality is vital and not all the stuff at Harbor Freight is top-quality stuff. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. But there are many things that weve purchased here that are BETTER than what you can find other places. Simple things, like the kneeling pads for flooring and gardening. The ones at Walmart and our local building place are really thin. They have the fat ones here (in addition to smaller ones) and theyre way more comfortable. Zip ties is another example. Its silly. But theyre zip ties and instead of paying $12 for a tub of them at the local building supply place, I can pay $3 here.

Clean and well organized store. Good prices.

This store is epic!!! As someone who is a hobbyist and lacking in the funds area, its nice to not have to break the bank for something I wont use all the time.

I went into Harbor Freight the other day and needed a few different things. I kind of knew what I needed, but honestly know nohing about this stuff. The associate that helped me, Markus, was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions, and even made some great suggestions when it came to brands, styles of tools, etc. When I got home, everything worked exactly as I needed it to. Thank you to Harbor Freight and Markus for helping make my projects much less stressful than they could have been.

First time visit. So excited. The manager Corey was mean and rude. No thank you for visiting after purchase. No welcome upon arrival.I think it would be terrible to work under such a management. If that is how they are with the public on the first week of opening, I dont know how they will do in the coming months. Maybe it was just a bad day. I hope it was. Just made me feel sorry about promoting their opening on fb. Ill be deleting it.The store itself was nice, just like how we liked it when we were visiting the other ones in other states. A great store especially when we get supplies to remodel homes.To the credit of one of the employees, she came by to ask if we found everything OK, and helped us with finding some stuff. Because of her, its at 2 star, and not one. Its amazing that the Frontline staff is more welcoming than the manager, she certainly has the CS quality necessary for the job.

Harbor freight is fabulous, low prices, just about any tool that you would need. Will definitely start buying my tools there.

Despite a CDC guidance of not masks if vac they continue to not allow unmasked shoppers Ridiculous I’m driving to Idaho now.

The staff at the new harbor freight are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Of course, it isnt located in the most accessible area but well worth the visit for literally any hardware-related thing.

LMV- You should go see Dee the store manager or Daniel the sales manager. They are both great and will make things right. I have worked with Dee in the past and he will make sure things get fixed. I’m sure being a new store they’d love to hear your feedback.

Seriously, its a brand new harbor freight. Bought things I needed, things I wanted, and a few things that were just cool. So excited this is in Pullman. A+

TJ I am sorry you were upset. I am sorry your local Harbor Freight was out of the product you were looking for. We did have the product but unfortunately we have a policy that does not allow credit cards over the phone. We would have loved to get you the product and offered to hold it for you.
