We shop at the Pullman Ace store and are glad its close by. Ive called them to ask about an item and learn they have it so head to town and pick it up. Also we can find a few other things there while shopping so its a win/win experience. Friendly staff, clean store, and decent business hours. Keep up the good work and thanks for being here!!

I have stopped by Ace for supplies and assistance with several small projects. Their staff goes out of their way to provide the best service possible while suggesting the most economical way to complete your project. They also offer free delivery for large items to Pullman addresses. Highly recommend.

Pretty good. Theyre customer service is very good. they really try to help you, almost to a fault (sometimes I want them to leave me alone). I agree with some other reviews: their inventory is ok but about half the time it seems like they dont have just what I need. Still, its always my first stop when i need hardware stuff

Very helpful staff. Like you would expect from your local hardware store, there are 4-5 go to people who are very knowledgeable in their area or several areas. While the rest of the staff arent that helpful for specific recommendations, they are all great at helping you look for items in various sections of the store. The store is well stocked for a variety of things. It is almost always worth checking with them for parts, etc as sometimes they can order what you need for cheaper than online, depending on the shipping costs.

We needed to replace a patio door screen and it turned out to be just slightly smaller than the current standard. The Pullman Ace staff helped us get a custom size screen that fit perfectly!! We had purchased the standard size screen and they took it back without question. The staff were all very helpful throughout the process. Many thanks for all the help!

Very knowledgeable and kind staff. The only downside is it doesnt have nearly the stock that Do It Best does. Both are excellent to go to however. Ace also has more reasonable hours.

Pullmans Ace Hardware is a great hardware store for high quality products, tools, and materials. The exceptional customer service and advice provided by the staff make for a pleasantly smooth visit. Ace may have higher prices than mega-shopping centers, however, its obvious that money is used for better merchandise and superior customer service. My only gripe is their inventory seems a bit small. Overall, Ace is perfect for diy projects, whether a novice or a professional.

I have not had better customer service anywhere in my entire life then I get at Ace Hardware in Pullman.Every time I come in I get the same help from the same people and it is exactly why I continue to come back.Go with Ace for any of your home improvement needs. No surprise it’s going out of business. Their employees are rude and they adjust hours at the store contrary to what’s posted online.

Overpriced and understaffed, ace was the only place in Pullman that offered FFL transfers. During election time, the boss decided selling firearms wasnt a profitable part of the business and stopped selling firearms. Their selection of guns and shooting supplies was small and underfunded, with maybe ten guns on the wall. No wonder they couldnt make any profit on selling firearms, most people didnt even​ know they sold guns at all. Instead they cater to the college crowd with Uhaul rentals, and worthless nick nacks. Dont even get me started on the Stihl dealership I doubt any of the staff has ever ran a chainsaw in their life. Like trying to buy a car from someone with no drivers license. $40 for a small chain and $65 for a case of bar oil. What a joke. Now all of the locals have yet another lame hardware store that is overpriced and has nothing that Walmart wouldnt carry for less money. Typical for the college town of Pullman to only care about the worthless kids at wsu, and care less about all the locals that actually live and work in Pullman. Only a matter of time before they go out of business.
