My friend and I came in for the 3 wick candle sale and could not have been treated better by the staff there! We were helped by Christian and another employee with dark brown hair that has amazing taste in candles. They both helped us find candles and body products and treated us like royalty. I was visiting from Wyoming when I stumbled upon this cute store. The staff at this particular B&BW are so PHENOMENAL, I wish I would have asked their names. Not only were they just the right amount of helpful but so personable as well. As a long time customer I am extremely familiar with all of their deals but upon checking out, the staff had mentioned that I could actually go and grab six more body care products for free! After checking out, they even offered to walk the bags out to our car for us. Aside from the banging deals, they’re customer service makes me want to drive 5 hours just to shop at their store. I hope their manager sees this and gives them both a raise!

Absolutely love coming to this location. Every experience My mom and I have is amazing they are so nice and cool and treat children so awesome. Thank you so much for the help and the hospitality to Christopher and I do believe summer I might be way wrong but who ever is there every time I go in I absolutely love you both!! It’s a cute store, nice girls... but you guys really need to keep tabs on what deals can be used where. I called in early this morning and asked hey can I use my free coupon here in store? She said yes as long as it has a bar code, you can use it. So I get up, go to the store and I get flat out denied for the coupon: sorry it only works in California, not in Utah. Like really? Please don’t tell me I can use a coupon and waste my time.. you lost a sale. I know that doesn’t mean much, but I was gonna buy additional stuff with my free coupon. Not happy.

Fantastic customer service! Everyone we interacted with was so friendly. We didn’t realize we were past their closing time and we didn’t realize till we were walking out, but they didn’t rush us and the whole time were happy to have us (which I appreciate having been in their shoes closing a retail store before and not being thrilled when that happened) 11/10 experience thank you, we’ll definitely be back soon!

I went on July 5th because the website said it was open. All the shops at Riverwoods were open so I assumed this one would be. I waited with three other ladies until 11 (thinking that they were opening late that day) The store had no sign so unprofessional.

Staff did a great job keeping count of how many people where in the store. Three different staff members asked if they could help me find something. I received hand sanitizer upon entering. Did not wait to check out. The store was clean and ran efficiently. Brandon at check out was awesome, and helped me save money by suggesting the deals, that offered a better savings.Love this store.

I just have to say that the manager at Provo Riverwoods, Christian, goes above and beyond to make me feel like the most important person in the room, the moment I walk in the door! Not only does he love that I have a passion for BBW (and we have that in common of course)~he genuinely cares about my happiness as a human being. I never feel like a customer, or point of sale~I feel like a valued friend! I love shopping at BBW because of the escape I get to experience, its literally the best momma break! I look forward to my weekly visits, for reals. I almost crave them. I feel like the staff focuses on positivity and teamwork here, and they work together to make it a perfect shopping experience. Thank you for being such an awesome store!! I would highly recommend Provo Riverwoods if you havent been.

What can I say, the employees here are AMAZING! I dont feel like Im just a sales number to them, they actually come up to me and explain sales and new products. They are very helpful and are great at giving coupons when they are available.As far as the store itself its organized in a way that I can find the items on sale right away. I havent had any issues with things being in stock, Ive been able to find what Im looking for.

Christian is a straight up rock start. He dug through the back room to get my fiancé the exact candle she wanted us, showed us a bunch of awesome products and hooked us up with some great discounts.

I love this specific store!! The employees are always showing me how to combine coupons, whats on sale and always helping me get the best deal. With this being my favorite store, I am in there often and they are always so friendly and happy and fun to chat with. Christian is one of my faves, he is a great manager! I refuse to go to the other bath and body works in Orem because it is so overcrowded, and the employees dont make you feel like a friend. The products alone keep me coming to the store cause I love everything, but the customer service and employees are the best Ive seen! LOVE Riverwoods Bath and Body Works!!!

Went in about 10 minutes before closing time and the entire staff was SO nice- they told me to take me time and genuinely meant it. They have a big sale going on by the place was super clean. All three of the staff were kind and encouraging. I was even rushing because I felt bad to make them stay late and they kept telling me to take my time! I was just so impressed with how cheerful and kind they were! Will definitely be coming back to this location.

I went in looking for gifts for Christmas but not knowing where to start.Christian jumped in and helped me pick the perfect items. He helped me through the entire process and even though the store was crazy busy he never made me feel rushed. Perfect customer service.

Took my high school students on a field trip to the RIVERWOODS today to analyze the interior design of each of the shops over there. Some of my students went into the store to look around and the store manager asked them to leave. Told them they we’re screwing up their sales numbers for the day by coming in and not making a purchase. Then the manager put a sign on the door asking the students not to come in. One of the kiddos had even made a purchase. I was worried they had maybe acted out or been rude but upon further investigation found that they had done nothing but look around.The thing is... messing with the numbers for the day feels a little like cheating. If a bus load of tourists came in and didn’t buy anything, would you ask them to leave?? Maybe a better approach would have been to give them a coupon to come back or alert them of an upcoming sale. Because I can guarantee after the way they were so rudely treated, they will not be back. And neither will I.Every other shop at the RIVERWOODS today was beyond courteous to the 25 students. Some even gave coupons for free stuff and offered a tour of their facilities. I will make an effort to not let my students go in there next time to avoid the harassment they endured.

I love the ease of getting in & out of this location. Most employees are very nice. I love theres products ‼️ They are basically an essential to me. My skin has always been sensitive, but all Bath & Body products keep me flare free ! Love the smells & do sign up for the emails, they send out great offerings 👍🏼✨

Like this place for quick gifts, and they have really good sales. Its a fun store. Sometimes though, the employees can hover around and sometimes I just want to shop without them breathing down my neck.
