We have used them in the past. Rented a lift on Monday 9/14. Due to the smoke we had to return on Tuesday, a day earlier and did not even use the lift. They were very forgiving and only charged for delivery and pick up which is completely understandable. Use these people! Service was great and delivery was very prompt. Will be using again.

I think Star Rentals consistently gave the best equipment rental experience of any rental business Ive used. I havent rented from them in a number of years but I was just looking for a rental business close by and their name came up so I decided to leave this review because they deserve it. Great customer service and the equipment was always in very good condition.

Set up a rental last Thursday, for two forklifts. Jeremy assured me that we were good to go. I got a call the next day, saying they were cancelling our order, since they did not have the inventory for us. Seriously, you committed to renting these to us. Find them! I run a rental company, and I never cancel and order because of a mistake in our inventory. Well go out and subrent and lose money, before we ever disappoint a customer.This is a pathetic way to treat a customer.

I would give negative stars if I could. A truck parked in the middle of the street, blocking an active driveway, for over 30 minutes, making my partner 30 minutes late to work. When my partner let the driver know that he needed to be able to exit the driveway to get to work, the driver just told him to wait. At this point, the driver had not yet loaded up the piece of machinery he was there to move, and could have easily moved his truck forward or further over so it didnt block the only active driveway on the street. Instead, he refused to move his truck and proceeded to continue to block the driveway for half an hour, even when my partner made it clear that waiting would make him late to work.I called dispatch at that point and they were polite but completely unhelpful. They said they called the driver, who didnt pick up, and left a message. Then they told me theres nothing else they can do. So this driver gets no reprimand at all for this irresponsible and unprofessional behavior? Shameful.
