This company does not like small business / small retail they cannot give an immediate price on the phone they must call you back then their prices 1.5 times above list price. So if list price is $10.87 they want $15.95. With the customer service and pricing I am sure this branch is a loss for Motion Industries and being local paying list + the time and fuel to go pickup for the convenience is Normal but 1.5 times list that will for sure will drive people to online retailers to get for less then list price with free ship.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I will NEVER buy from them again! Spend some time educating your staff on what customer service is all about before you lose all your business... RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!

Spotty hours, rude on phone, RUDE at counter, been avoiding this place for years because of this but once in a while I’m in a pinch and these guys never fail to let me down. One of those old school businesses that should’ve gone under years ago but a few accounts probably keep them afloat. ZERO STARS
