Completely unresponsive.First reply was we will have someone get ahold of you. OK, fine.But then it wasnt until three days later that they got back to me, and their reply was that they didnt want to help because they said that they didnt have anyone in my area.Im not sure why they said that. I was looking for technical support, which is typical done via phone or email.Anyways, huge letdown.
