I was recently at western Oregon and was serviced by Erin!! Besides the prior poor review I just read, I simply had to share my experiences! As she is always fantastic and very knowledgeable.😃 also remembers customers by their name and preferences!!!!! I bought around $60, I was planning spending less, although I’m very very pleased with the extra products that she suggested! I have been a loyal customer for a number of years and I go in about twice a week. I usually ask for Erin and sometimes I leave when she’s not there! Your store is always clean, neat, and well stocked. 😍

Nice place, nice bud. The two guys were extremely professional. Erin the tall skinny lady, was extremely rude and comes off really aggressive and condescending. She is really impeding progress with this business. This is just to make the owner aware of how and what type of people working for you truly matters. I think it’s important for longevity to have someone running your business that actually cares about your growth as a company. It reflects who you are. Other than that, I would like to see this dispensary grow with great customer service!

Looking at a lot of these reviews, I dont think people understand cannabis laws in Oregon very well.I went in to this dispo just today and was pleasantly surprised by everything. The shop was well set up, the sales floor appeared clean, they have appropriate signage up about masks and taking expired IDs, they have a system for entry that incorporates social distancing, and they have plastic shields to protect their bud tenders. Just to highlight the shop itself.I waited just a few moments to be let on the sales floor due to Covid policies, love to see a dispo doing their part! Jeremy helped me out, and was knowledgeable of the shops products, loyalty program, and their discounts; he was also considerate about the feedback I gave him regarding what I was looking for, and then tried to connect with me when I told him I was unhappy with another dispensary. All while staying on point and being efficient.I also listened in on the other bud tender (didnt ask for his name since he wasnt helping me) field a customer complaint with excellent professionalism. (Customer was complaining about another customer).Looking at the reviews. People dont understand that its rude to come in to a place of business right before close. But with dispensaries, its rude and also a risk for the business and budtender. People dont realize that the OLCC (who regulates our cannabis currently) doesnt follow a in the door by close practice/policy. If a bud tender sells you product after the city ordered serving time (each city sets their own cannabis final sale time) the OLCC automatically knows ( all the dispos in Oregon use 1 of 3 POS systems, specifically because the OLCC can monitor); can fine the budtender and revoke their permit (permanently barring them from the industry), fine the business and revoke its licensing, etc.If you come in only a few minutes before close Karen, it is physically impossible to make a proper sale because it takes time for you to decide on what you want, for the budtender to retrieve the product, possibly weigh the product, enter it in the system, and pray theyre not a minute past serving time. Dont be an asshat. Go in early, order ahead of time, etc.As far as prices. The products I bought were sold for the same price in the dispo I work at. Oregon is spoiled when it comes to access to affordable cannabis. This dispo has fair market value in comparison to everyone else in the area. You wanna talk high prices, try Nevada or Cali where you can buy product at insanely high prices.

This Pot Shop is very bright and nicely laid out inside! The 5$ Flower changes about everyday, options are nice but at least it changes often. The shop is dog friendly and that I also LOVE!! The employees are personable and make you feel welcome.I dont go there at right at closing as I know they cannot make legal sale after operating hours :)

I wonder if the owner reads these reviews, or does she even care? All the reviews are consistent in their complaints. So let me sum up all the negative reviews and my personal experience. They start breaking the products down and putting them away 30 minutes before close. Dont expect any help after 8:30 because they are all too busy closing. Check the strain, check the weight, and double check the price per gram before you check out. And if you do get the wrong strain or weight, thats too bad because all sales are final and were closed. The tall skinny chick that appears to be running things could care less about customer service and is rude and disrespectful. I will be taking my business to one of the many, many dispensaries in the area. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT GO HERE!

There used to be some great budtenders here but it seems they are all gone now. If you do go, make sure its long before closing and double check to make sure they gave you the right bud and amount before you pay. They like to try and close right at 9 so they start putting stuff away 20 minutes before then. So then you cant see what is actually in stock, which is often different from the online menu, and they will try and pull some bait and switch nonsense. Customer service used to be great but is now non existent.

I don’t mind going to a dispensary and having the bud tenders be somewhat high, but one of the coworkers was way too high, gave me the wrong amount, and price. I’d go somewhere else, or not during the mid weeknights

Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE. I live in cali and to see prices more expensive here is a total scam. Charging 12 to 16 a gram is a ripoff. Top shelf was overlying dried really annoyed i just spent 107 for a quarter. Should have just walked out

Went in there 20 minutes before they closed and they told me they already called last call and wouldnt sell me anything. I dont know what kind of business closes before they actually close but that was my first and last time in that lame shop!

After visiting your new location quite a few times, I must take my businesses elsewhere. Every single pickup Ive had over the time Ive shopped with you has been wrong. Wrong strains, wrong quantities, you guys screw up every time and I keep giving chances. My patience has ended now that Ive discovered I walked out with 20 grams of flower despite the labels for what I paid adding up to 28.8 (which is also wrong) seems like the scale wasnt reset. You guys are a mess. I understand you just opened a new store but maybe stop pinching pennies and hire some people that actually know what theyre doing so you wont lose any more regular customers.

Very mediocre product, below average service. Every single time I go in they hard-press me to tip them before I get a chance to. They only charge your debit card by increments of five, so you’re Strong armed into leaving a tip with the cash back. If you pay cash, they’ll ask if you want 1’s back.It’s slimy.

Not the best customer service. They ignore putting your phone number in if the guy in the front is not there. Last two times I have been there they have disregarded discount they have offered (viola) and return bag discount

Ive had many jobs that would have fired me on the spot for rushing to close like they just did.. Rule has always been as far as I know if they are in the door before you lock it, serve them.Not the rule here apparently. I walk in and get rushed right back out the door because it was 30 seconds until close. I literally take a minute..

I stopped by this location the other day and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Not only is the location BEAUTIFUL, the employees made me feel like I was an old friend stopping by for a toke and not a new costumer to their store. They are also very well stocked for a location that only opened up recently. Nice selection of edibles, flower, and dabs.Their deals were pretty awesome too! 7 dollar grams that are of actual good quality!Highly recommend this location to any experienced smoker or someone just stopping in to browse.

Their rosin prices are outrageous. Why would someone pay $70 a g for the SAME BRAND when they can get it elsewhere multiple places for $38? You guys need a reality check.

This place is such a breath of fresh air. When I moved out here from Portland there was a major scarcity of clinics that were priced in a manner that I could afford. I was constantly seeing product priced for more than twice what Id pay in SE Portland.Along came this place, and while they are very fairly priced, the atmosphere is super friendly, clean, and professional. Please come support these people, because this is a great example of how dispensaries should run.

Great service & great weed? Price is about what youd expect. Good glass and rig selection. A bit dry rn after weed month lol. Glass panels and social distancing marks on floor with wipes at the front door. Glad to see they are keeping up to date with health standards as they change to the need.

After coming here for 2 and half years the budtender sold me an ounce of seeds, terrible service and recommendations. I called and informed them and they told me that its my fault I will never return and nor should you. If you want good tree go elsewhereI even sent an email 3 days prior to their customer service and got no reply. What a sad dispensary to work atAny dispnesary in Portland is much better and if you really care about your tree save ur money and go somewhere else cause they dont care about you at allI even tried to talk to the bud tender over the phone regarding what happened and he seemed like he just wanted to shove me off the phone as fast as possible , disgusted by the service and remedy of the situation. I wont even return if the owner apologized because he employed a uncaring staff.UpdateI called today again today this morning and spoke to Jeremy he was kind understanding and listened to my feedback . I will return purely based on his level of customer service . I find it amazing that he is able to understand my complaints and not get upset or come off as angry.

Stopped in to check out the new store since it is right by our house! Amy helped us out and was super friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection of harder to find strains of flower and a high quality, diverse edible selection. Amy says they focus on quality over quantity/cheap pricing there and it shows in the selection, but I didnt feel like anything they had was overpriced and seemed to be in line with prices Ive seen for the same strains elsewhere. Nice to have them in the neighborhood!

Comes down to the price for me. I can get a good ounce for $80 almost anywhere else, yet their best deal is a 1/4 of okay bud for $28. Great staff, just way over priced.

After doing some research for medical dispensaries this is the ONLY place around. After visiting their MEDICAL ONLY store in Sherwood and having such a wonderful experience I had to stop by this location. The real question is why would you go anywhere else? Friendly, professional and fire products. This place treats you like a patient, other places like Electric Lettuce, Chalice, and Fidus treat you like a number and only want your business. 10/10

Now this a nice store. Some of these other dispensaries are dark and small. I felt comfortable there and staff were friendly. They had a solid selection of FRESH flower. Not pre packaged or dry. My go to place now.

If I knew his name I would post it but unfortunately he would not inform me of it so I shall describe him instead...guy with the weird looking mustache and sarcastic attitude. The one who gets mad and rude when you ask what kind of deals they have going today. The guy who should be working at a McDonald’s instead of a chill dispensary. If I was rude to him the way he was rude to me when asking what type of deals they have going I would off been kicked off the property. Good job bud you earned your company a 1 star rating. The rest of the staff are really professional and friendly. Very helpful and a lot of patiences. I was a regular there but will never go back until that unprofessional guy is no longer working there. I have been looking for a dispensary to call home and I’m happy to say Western Oregon Dispensary is just that, Home! After stopping by the Sherwood Medical only location I was directed to the cider mill location. It’s newly opened and so beautiful! The staff greeted me with warm smiles and wonderful knowledge! Never has anyone spent the time to answer questions and make sure I’m getting what I really need! I will never go back to Electric Lettuce, Blooming Dales, Nectar, or Chalice after receiving such amazing coustomer service and purchasing fire products! Keep up the amazing work WOD!
