I have shopped here a few times. The Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The place gets a little crowded in the afternoons. but it is a short wait and worth the time. Will be shopping there weekly.

Just stopped by Power plant on Thurman. A very nice guy with a killer beard helped me out named Ryan. He was very knowledgeable about all the products they had and was able to make a suggestion for me that I really loved! He was also very cool and we had a great convo. I will be shopping exclusively at power plant because of Ryan. I would highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t!

This place is my go to in NW, big fan of there upper shelf Yerba Buena selection, but if you want cheap and efficient weed they got you covered with 60 dollar ounces. Becca is an absolute legend, always going above and beyond to ensure no stems and more flower. Lovely people and a staple of the Thurman neighborhood!

This place is by far my fave friendly neighborhood dispensary! Im a proud regular and cant say enough nice things about the staff at Power Plant. Theyre kind, engaging, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Dylan and Brighton, in particular, have gone above and beyond to make sure theyre recommending the best stuff to me, and they always greet me with a smile of recognition. My friendly neighborhood dispensary! So convenient and all the staff I have encountered here have been terrific. Today I was helped by Brighton & Sean (sp). They worked together to help me get several items with good humor and efficiency. And the selection of products are vast. If youre in the neighborhood you should stop in.

The staff at power plant on Thurman are above and beyond helpful! They are friendly to talk to, knowledgeable about the products carried, and make a clear effort to help every customer leave satisfied. They were incredibly patient with me and my partner even though we took an incredibly long time to buy a couple ounces and had to spend a lot of time bickering to figure out what we wanted. We both left with a lovely conversation and a great haul :D

This was my first experience at a weed dispensary and honestly I didnt really know what to try or get given Im a newbie when it comes to cannabis. The wonderful staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in recommending me products that are best suited for my needs. Ill definitely be dropping by next time Im in the neighborhood.

I’ve always gone off of THC percent but Dillon took the time to explain turpenes and other things to me so I could make a decision that I ended up loving! Definitely not recommending this location. I used to be an extremely satisfied local customer. After being given poor quality flower twice and underweighted prerolls (one even had the top ripped off!!!) I found that my card had been charged twice in two separate amounts when I only bought a quarter and a few prerolls. Then when I tried to go by the location there was a closed sign in the window and no one would answer the phone for either location. Guess that’s how they get away with not making things right

Really great customer service, I mean they really help you out. As a first timer I had a lot of naive questions, and they were really helpful. The place is neat and had a lot of high quality products.

My new go to dispensary in NW Portland. It has a boutique feel. The prices are great and the tax is already calculated in the price. They have a happy hour from 4:20 til 6:00PM. I believe it’s 10% off everything? The staff is friendly and helpful.

Thurman st collective usually is a 4-5 star place of business when the usual customer service representative is working. Today that was not the case because a employee/ghost told me your gonna have to wait in a stern voice. Which is not a problem but the demeanor of the employee was your not important and just get the hell out of my store. Fine, but I did not show or act inpatient and do not need to be told that. Instead, we will be with you in a minute, would of worked. All in all there was an ignorance to common courtesy and should not be that hard to comply with. All other times that the worker who was present today are recommended for your dispensary needs except on Wednesday morning.

Please check your product before leaving the building! I purchased a pack of pre-rolls and gummies from this place. Took a taxi from there back to hillsboro only to discover the next day that the package of prerolls was empty! I called them back to let them know the situation and they recommended that I taxi down again and repurchase the product for a discount, although I didnt get what I paid for the first time.Outside of getting hijacked for my purchase the gummies were good but I wont be revisiting this place. If youre in town visiting stay away from this dispensary. Try electric lettuce
