Great customer service, I asked about curbside pickup but they dont provide that service. If you order online for example through Instacart you could get your groceries deliver to your address. This QFC looks clean and safe, some stocked items are low in count Im guessing due to the pandemic. Shop at this location and check it out for yourselves, stay safe and healthy.

Limited organic selection, but far better than some other corner stores. Dont go shortly before closing - their self-checkout system is awful and they run a skeleton crew.

QFC is a really nice store and they carry a great variety of organic, GF, dairy free and health conscious choices. This store does have a Starbucks inside also. Friendly staff and the store is very clean.

Bottle drop says they have a kiosk but they dont. Customer service said its because of covid but they have no problem keeping the coin star open. This was my last straw.

The only store with self-checkout machines that ask if I put a bag down. Literally every time Ive used a self-checkout machine, I have to wait for an attendant to come and enter a code, because the damn machines cant seem to figure out that I put a paper bag in the checkout zone. The machines at QFC do not flip out, they politely ask if you set a bag down. Thank you, machine. You make me feel seen and heard

Good local store, but it still has the 24 Hours sign when it is no longer that.

Nice little store with a super bakery. Employees are friendly and helpful. You never wait long in line. Produce and meats are always fresh. The only thing is, their prices are higher than most, unless you can get it on sale.

Kroger-branded neighborhood supermarket. Better selection and prices can be had at Fred Meyer (Kroger-owned as well) nearby. But the small store and browsing friendly feel keep me coming back. Friendly staff with a good wine selection. Shopping the weekly flier keeps the prices comparable to Fred Meyer.

Been going to this location for years! Love it but......the Two Star review is for the old dude that works the later shift there. Rudest and most unintelligent human I have ever delt with. I could go into detail but I do not think I have to as somebody else gas for sure delt with this moron as well.

This is a nice grocery store. It has plenty of parking, the staff are nice. Prices arent too bad; comparable to Fred Meyer. Excellent deli and bakery, especially the donuts and sandwiches.

Preferred shopping. Clean, good customer service, grocery, deli, meat Dept and floral and vegetables and bakery. Long standing location for a neighborhood grocery. They do a better job. Good quality.

We purchased two tiny travel-size hand sanitizers (2oz) without realizing we were paying $7. There were no price tags when we picked up the items at the store so we assumed the price would be around $1-2 per item. But I guess we were wrong. I asked the customer service clark if we could return the items because we could get 50 plus oz for the same price at Costco. He rudely told me “no” because they are not accepting any non-perishable items. I understand they have a special returning policy now but price gouging is unethical. On top of that, people at this QFC location are ALWAYS rude and unprofessional. We will not go back to this store anymore. We will not recommend to anyone either.

I like this store very much. Its a bit costlier than other Kroger stores but worth it for the small town feel. Great selection with ornate, high class produce displays in a space about the size of a Trader Joes.

My neighborhood store! Staff always friendly and helpful! Manager who works the self check is cheerful and takes pride in her work. I always feel welcome and enjoy my time in the store. With the member card I usually save a good amount if I buy whats offered on sale.

I like that QFC is just a grocery store, well, and a pharmacy. I shop there regularly, I know I can find what Im looking for and not feel overwhelmed by the sheer size like I do in a Freddies. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. QFC is my favorite local grocery store.

Unfriendly store, they never have the checkout lanes open, and if self check is closed they just hold you captive until you can track an elusive employee down...which I did and it obviously seemed to upset the guy I asked. Then the lady working the starbucks counter told me she was busy and asked if I could go to another starbucks (I was wanting one of the travelers that holds coffee for 12). The Only reason I stopped back in today is because I like agreed to bring in coffee and bagels to work (the hospital down the street) and the convenient location won over my better judgment. It’s been a bad store for a few years now. This place shouldn’t even be in business anymore.

Its my neighborhood store, and I love it....mostly because the staff is solid, with many having been employed there for years. Not the cheapest prices in town but competitive if youre a member. They honor Freds cards and staff is helpful and extremely friendly. Ive seen them go out of their way to assist and welcome elderly or disabled people. Plus, theres a Starbucks. I love this place.

The employees where very helpful when I had to ask directions to a friends house, and when I wanted to purchase something.Prices are reasonable. Clean store.Has a Starbucks inside, one little problem no electrical outlets for the trusty computer. WiFi worked OK.

The fish selection and pricing at this store is great. The folks in charge of the the selection take a lot of pride in their work.The wine department is small, but has a very good selection. The wine steward is very helpful and has turned me on to several new wines and producers.The produce department has nice produce, but its often priced on the high side, but they do have some great sale prices.Overall this is a great little grocery store. The staff is friendly, its easy to do some grocery shopping and get in and out quickly. Its got an old time feel like the grocery stores in the small town I grew up in during the 60s

This is about the most unfriendly store I have ever been to. I shop almost every day at this store and have since it was a Kenows (ms). No one says hi, no one asks if they can help you, no one smiles, the manager is a jerk, the wine guy is creepy, the seafood guy is grumpy and many act as if they are doing you a favor by just being there. The checkers when asked how are you today respond with, I am so tired - not what I want to her after I have just worked a 16 hour shift in the Emergency Room, I will tell you who is tired but I can still be polite and upbeat. That all said, I do have a choice and my choice is to stop shopping at your store unless you can improve on your customer service. A little lesson in business... customers come first, customers are always right (or at least let them think that) and customers are your bread and butter. You should rethink you management. I have encounter a few and only a few employees that have worked a longtime at that store who I do appreciate. Our motto at our hospital is Every Patient Every Time will receive 110% customer service. Perhaps you should revisit your business model.

We live on 56th close to the Burnside QFC, and have shopped there since 2009. But last year this store assimilated many employees from the Grant Park store, replacing some of the people we had come to know. Since that time, we have been treated rudely on at least four occasions by particularly the fish guy and somebody who lingers around the self checkout area. I asked the lingerer if the local berries advertised were truly local, or were they actually from California as the display said. His response: I don’t know anything about berries. Well, WHY NOT? YOU WORK THERE! The new checkers themselves seem bored and listless, less interested in their job or their customers. A year ago I would have given this store five stars. At this point I am all but finished with it. There are other stores where management trains their people in simple customer courtesy. Trader Joe’s has better prices and a wide selection of good foods. New Seasons is the same distance from us as QFC, costs more but I don’t have to put up with bored, arrogant, ill-trained punks. I don’t need QFC.UPDATE 6/15/21: OK, it got worse. My wife was startled during the height of Covid (Jan2021j to see that workers were stocking shelves without masks. When this was pointed out to the manager, she was told they “didn’t have any control over that.” Bullsnot. We reported that to OSHA. Very poor attitude in a life-threatening pandemic.

What is the point of being open 24 hours if your late night staff is nowhere to be found, the cash registers dont even work so you cant be rung up, and it all takes an excessive amount of time? Seriously. May as well just be closed during the evening as the staff and store dont even function at a level where you can make any purchases....

I havent been here very much but im liking it more and more each time i go. I have heard that they have an amazing mushroom soup but havent had the luck to get some myself. The other soups they have are very hearty and can be a meal all their own.

The deli service is GARBAGE. I asked to have my sandwich toasted, I get handed back a COLD sandwich. This is always a reoccurring problem. Personally speaking I will NEVER go back to this P.O.S store. From here on out Im advising everyone I know to shop Safeway, or anything besides Kroger.

24-hour convenience and close proximity give me enough reason to occasion a visit, despite the slightly higher prices.

Worst customer service ever. I am in that store @ least one a week. Employees could care less to help you. They dont even tell you thank you when you leave. Nobody had helped me find items I cant locate and today the produce guy was wearing headphones, really? Kid in dairy guesses where stuff is and never asks to help me find anything.

My gf texted me and said they have crab for 3.99lb.. i looked at the ad and saw it was 8.99. So i called the seafood department and asked them if they had crab tomorrow (the next day for 3.99) i spoke to someone in the seafood department and he said come in tomorrow after 12 and Ill honor that price make sure to ask for jeremy. So next day comes Im driving from scappoose excited to get my deal of the day..... only to talk to jeremy and he telling me he wont honor that price! I drove from scappoose waisted my time and gas only to bump into a liar! Didnt give me my quoted price or any discount. This makes him a liar and qfc a liar! Ill never shop there ever! What are thier meetings like? Tell people what they want to hear to get them in and then dont give them what you said??? Nice practice! Or maybe its just jeremy he needs to be taught the right way to treat customers.
