Fresh approach is the bomb meaning good that meats are always fresh I go there twice a month and I have a freezer so I stock up a box of steak and cheese is just in love with their shredded steak and cheese shredded steak I make the steak and cheese myself they have sandwiches oh on the other side where theyre big pies and then its really fresh its like it said fresh approach is the perfect name and the peoples attitudes are great I have nothing thats in Maine too many times where a customer gets a hello i greeting and thank you for coming in and come back again I recommend this place highly

I have always liked Fresh Approach for so many years, I first starting buying their products for probably over 12-15 years, And, I remember the first time I even went there yes the place was quit small but over all it was then and even now a very great meats, a long with other stuff. But I will.say I still shop there and,Ill continue to keep buying. They never let you down as far as having all fresh meats, Not to mention the customer service are excellent and helpful. So yes Id highly recommend Freash Approach to whom ever may be interested.

So glad this place is within walking distance. Great neighborhood Market. You can buy spices in a cup thing by weight and get how mich you need which is cool, I use way more of some than others but theyre all the same size at the store.

This place has the best Italians in the state of Maine. I’m completely obsessed. Also every single employee I’ve come into contact with is immensely kind and helpful. What a great store. 😀

Amazing local beef from Bison Farms in Topsham, ME. Deli meats and cheeses. Fresh made hot and cold sandwiches. Great beer and wine selection. Lots of premade dinners available everyday. Open 364 days a year!

Fantastic little market. They manage to pack in an astonishing amount of goods on offer into a relatively small space. Good fresh meat, a deli counter, and high quality basic produce means Im here several times weekly to get dinner ingredients. Good breakfast sandwiches, beer/wine, and even a taco section (seriously?) are also appreciated. The staff is friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere unpretentious.Also... weekly specials!

I do 90% of my shopping at the Fresh Approach. I find almost everything I need without leaving the peninsula. They have an absolutely great selection and they are a great Meat Market. The produce department has improved and is looking good. They have pre-made meals that I would recommend. I do go to Shaws to get dog food and some of the things I cant get there, but Fresh Approach is great and I think everyone should try it.

Great meat, homemade sausage, small but healthy looking produce section. Good breads and pastries. Wine and beer. A little high on items like small jar of mayo.Less upscale and snooty than 2 other nearby markets. Outside seating and parking. Open 7 days. Nice folks.

The best deals of meat. Very fresh selection on vegetables and meat you can also get a fresh sandwich made or get already made meals ready to just heat up and enjoy.

Tourists avoid this place because it is full of normal neighborhood folks. Only it supplies a lot of their restaurants with meats. Big selection, specials, new meats weekly, only real deli with make your own sandwiches around. Very nice to have in town

Perfect neighborhood grocery. Meat, dairy, produce, canned goods, and paper goods. Plenty of beer, some wine. Best meat counter around where they make their own sausages. The deli counter has both premade and to-order sandwiches. Specialty meats are frozen. No fru-fru silly upscale nonsense, just basic groceries.
