Ive been going here through the years. Ive had many issues, with lots of wrong prices that never get corrected, never enough cashiers, and inebriated staff members. I mostly just shrugged it off.I went in today and saw person not wearing a mask. I politely asked them to put their mask back on. Later in the store I saw them and they were still maskless. I again confronted them and suggested they leave if they couldnt be a responsible adult. They laughed and scoffed.I told an employee they said the store couldnt do anything. I told a supervisor in customer service and she said corporate told us not to enforce it She was surly and unpleasant. This is apparently what this company believes in.

Personally I hate self check out. I think it takes away jobs. So theres my bias. I think they rely too heavily on self checkout. They had long lines there and long lines at regular check out. 10 checkout lanes not including self checkout and and only two cashiers. Sometimes I think companies have gotten so big that I question why I shop there. Its so refreshing to find small vendor. Even if its inconvenient and more in price. I wrote all this while waiting in line.

This pharmacy is the most frustrating pharmacy out there and believe me I go to many to pick up medications for people. I understand staffing shortages with covid however this pharmacy has had a long-term practice if not being very efficient as well as very uncooperative. I guarantee you every time theres a prescription to be filled not only is there drive-through close because they cant accommodate, theres more than often times a long line. Theyll say the medication will be ready a certain day and its not so then you ask him to fill it and then its a very late appointment to pick them up. Or they say itll be filled and you get there and its not. So then they ask you to come back in 20 minutes so then youre standing in line once again. Its a very aggravating situation Im not sure if they need to pay their people more or what they need to do but they need to do something because its hugely frustrating

I don’t really like this store or Fred Meyer in general simply because they do not accept Apple Pay. I would not shop at this store except it is only a couple of blocks from my house and I can walk there. That being said I have to shout out the guy who was working the meat department the morning after the snow storm. They had most of their staff not show up, he was the only one in his department. The displays were empty but he was so kind and brought us out the bacon we requested, we then asked about a cut of steak and he brought out the tray and let us pick our steaks. The customer service was over the top amazing!

They are not enforcing the State indoor mask policy. Upset seeing customers roaming around maskless during a pandemic, I spoke with a low level supervisor who said there was nothing they could do because corporate told them to do nothing. I work in a respiratory department. We don’t have beds, we don’t have intubation tubing. What will it take for Fred Meyer to protect its customers? Why do you take a do nothing approach during a pandemic?

Wow! Where to begin. Two checkers and one was literally arguing with a customer to the point where she was yelling and someone else had to take over her register. She stood with the cashier at my lane and continued to yell. This made our lane move slow because now our cashier was preoccupied with the drama and started getting attitude with the customer in front of me. I was the second person in line and waited a good 15 minutes before I finally checked out. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. Complete garbage. The managers here should be ashamed!

If you can manage to make a vaccine appointment with another provider, I highly suggest that you do so. This stores pharmacy manager had promised to call me back about scheduling my second dose. I waited a week for that return call, wasting that week of valuable time in which I could have called other providers, only to be told today that the only way to get a second dose appointment was to call each morning to see if they had cancellations. Had she given me this info, I would have spent the week calling around. The general publics rollout is happening starting today and no appointments can be found after hours of being on the phone. Im in a huge dilemma now without the ability to get my second shot. Shame on you Fred Meyer and Kroger.

The pizza sticks are like croutons with a slight tomato flavor (great for a pizza salad?), that is to say overcooked to the point of being nearly inedible, similarly with the burritos. I admit to having a love/hate relationship with this FM. On one hand it is convenient and refreshingly weird; they have a full selection of most of my food items (when there isnt a Pandemic, but that makes sense), and the Nutrition Center is relatively good for a store this size. Sadly, there are problems that have escalated over the last 10-15 years in my opinion. The main South entrance/vestibule forces pedestrians to bottleneck, thanks to the seasonal merchandise situated on the floor Intended to separate in from out, but it just doesnt work.As the years have gone by, the number of employees has decreased (?), and some cashiers seem less joyful (poorly paid, disrespected?); its more difficult to find assistance in the store once you are in the main aisles. Since retail is what it is, Ive simply adapted to the changing times, my aging demographic, and the realities of rudeness, skateboards, vaping, littering, loitering, foul language, idling cars, blaring car stereos, and the chronically unemployed (pre-Pandemic) who rush the store just before closing to redeem bottles and cans as if they own the place. Now, on to Covid-19:A recent night visit here irritated me. Several customers were not adhering to the 6-ft distancing (because the store layout was not properly planned for Covid), lack of a mandatory mask policy, no one-way aisles, and no separate entrance/exit (a glaring lack of instructional signage). Several young people were walking side by side down the aisles preventing a wide enough distance to go around. This is all so irresponsible and an unconscionable disrespect for community health and public safety. Is it so hard to ask patrons to exit through the rear doors and go around? Upon leaving the store that same night, two customers on foot passed me in the parking area by walking within 2-3 feet of me because they were either too selfish or too lazy (or simply too stupid) to give me a wider berth. I had no warning to get out of their way. How were these folks raised? Do they thumb their noses at this virus because they have a death wish? So disappointing..Does the bathroom have to be a personal spa and changing room for the homeless? My heart is as big as the next guy, but the Mens bathroom is often dirty, unsanitary...and.....Pit-Bulls, Chihuahuas, and Labradoodles are NOT legitimate service animals! So, unfortunately, I have had it with this place; the energy is one notch above Gateway which is nothing to be proud of. Until the coffee area/parking area loitering is remedied, and the service improves, I will just shop at the QFC. If the Pharmacy had a separate rating system, I would give it 6 stars..I will continue to visit the Pharmacy only.

Freddy’s is a gross germ fest. Deli employees not wearing masks right while cutting meat, practically zero employees on the floor, and rarely more than 2 checkout aisles open, often with 5 or more customers backed up into the food aisles, making social distancing impossible. I have consistently found that this Fred Meyers has items labeled with sale prices that are not honored. You might see that something is labeled as 3 for $5 and be tempted to get 3 instead of just 1, but when you get to the checkstand it is full price for all 3 items.... I do not know if they arent removing the sale tags after expiration or what but it drives me nuts. You can never plan what you are gonna get based on the sales because almost more often than not they will not be honored. Huge rip off. Probably most people do not even notice and so they continue to get away with it.
