I would recommend anyone looking for Tudor/Rolex to see her because she knows the products and industry to a very high degree.A portion of my experience that was done extremely well was efficiency of the sale, she got to the point, had no problem showing me a few watches and gave valuable advice that was upfront and honest. She also took all of the packing material off of my watch without scratching it and got it to fit perfectly on the wrist.I cant wait until my next purchase.Update: Also purchased Mikimoto Pearls and some custom wedding bands with Jamie and she made the process go off without a hitch and even hooked us up with some 0% financing, so we can invest the cash in the meantime. I went to this Ben Bridge location looking for an elusive, very difficult to find Tudor watch. Dina Daikh was the sales associate that helped me out. She was very polite and professional and really bent over backwards to allocate the watch for me. This is a difficult to get model with usually at least a 2 month wait, but Dina was able to make it happen for me that same day. So I was able to walk out of the store with the watch I was hunting for. I could not be happier. I have had three really positive experiences working with Ben Bridge now. I am definitely a Ben Bridge customer for life! If you want an exquisite, high quality time piece, then you owe it to yourself to shop at Ben Bridge first!

Ben Bridge Employee: AMY is the worst customer service representative I have ever experienced in my whole entire life. AMY told me that I could order a particular Rolex no problem, I traveled from a different state and they proceed to tell me that it is not possible to get the particular watch.It would of been fine if AMY wouldnt of LIED to me and told me this purchase order was possible. Huge waste of time.Also the other 4 employees I came in contact with were very rude and condescending. I called customer service to acquire information on a pandora bracelet and charms my 20 year old daughter purchased for Mother’s Day and Christmas gifts for me, since discovering the bracelet clasp came undone and I had lost it without realizing that it had fallen off. Naturally, I want to have it replaced without telling my daughter. Seriously though the clasp had came undone a few times I should have taken it in but I wore it so rare that I thought for sure I would notice if it came undone again. Anyway, finally a CSR became available. I explained what I needed and the situation. She was cold, the expression in her voice was contempt and rude. She finally found the purchase and gave me the item numbers rather quickly and cut out on two of them. I asked to verify the numbers and repeated them back, I could literally hear disdain as if her time was more valuable elsewhere. I’m not asking for the information for no reason I am a confirmed client. I clearly explained that I would be replacing (purchasing) all items. I’m not sure I will go through Ben Bridge after this. I had started to head to the store and decided to wait and do more research on where to purchase or if my insurance will cover it. Losing this bracelet has been really devastating as it was a special gift. All I felt from their rep was unimportant and insignificant. Call was made 11:30 PST 5/5/21.

I purchased a Tudor Black Bay Ref. 79230 at the Ben Bridge Tigard location on Thursday evening on 5/6/2021. I am wanting to leave a great review, but I forgot the staff’s name (I hope the information above is enough to find the staff and give credit where it’s due). The person working was me was very patient, friendly, and nice. I did not felt pushed to make a purchase. She was OK with me playing around with the timing bezel on both the Black Bay and Black Bay 58. She was patient and provided observations that helped on my purchase. I jumped between some of the other Black Bay lines and Ranger. Eventually, I narrowed it down to the Black Bay Ref. 79230. After my purchase, I noticed the staff set the time exactly to the current time. Precise to the second. I have not set the watch since the time of purchase and I am still using the watch when it was set at the time of purchase. I can see the benefit from owning a COSC certified watch. The time is still on point. I enjoy this watch so much and later ordered some OEM straps from this store.Also, I like to thank Cassidy for introducing me to the Black Bay line and letting me try it on early January. She was very patient, and did not push me to buy. Her excellent customer service planted the seed for my interest in the Black Bay line.I’d be happy to recommend the individual above for a watch purchase. Hopefully, I can work with either of you again for my first Rolex/milestone piece.

Will not go back!First, there is absolutely no need to have the store roped off and you have to be let in (not one other store is doing this)Then I brought in a TAG watch I bought there and they acted like it was carrying a virus, then my son went to pick it up (with the receipt/slip)and they treated him like a homeless thug. I just had one of the best experiences in my life! I finally decided to buy my first brand new rolex! Ben Bridge really went out of the way to take care of my needs. I went in with my wife for the first time a few weeks ago and we met Dina. She was so sweet to us and informed us all about the different styles and options we had. Although the styles are limited right now, we were able to get a feel for the watches on us. It completely changes everything! So it gave me better perspective on different styles. I have been trying to buy a watch from this store for over 2 years. This was going to be a 1 star review until I met the new young sales guy Sean and also talked to the manager that is also new to this store. This store and Ben Bridge in general has had a really bad attitude over the last few years of suggesting that the only way to get the watches you want is to spend money on things you dont. At the downtown store the guy suggested I spend 12k on a 2 tome datejust to MAYBE be given the opportunity to buy a steel Sub. I was the very first person to call and put my name down on the black bay 58 black the morning it was released. I was also one of the first people in the store on the morning the blue watch was released but the one they had was not made available for me to purchase. When voicing my concerns about this I kept being told i was not a customer and had no purchase history again buy something you dont want and Maybe get when you do one day.A few days after I met Sean and then later talked to the manager I was offered a black bay 58 in blue. At that time i was half way to Boise so I couldnt pick it up. When i was on the phone with the manager trying to explain my frustration being the first person to show interest in a watch and not being able to get it for over 2 years she assured me that the bad sales practices of the past would no longer be present at her store.I do understand that it is hard to have a few hundred people show interest in something you only get 5 or 10 a year of and you need to take care of people with a history but at a certain point you need to take care of the diehard watch collectors that want to buy the watches to keep and dont have the means to spend 100k to buy the base model watch.

Before today, I never shopped at Ben Bridge jewelers in Washington Square before. I worked with the most fabulous woman, Jamie, who was so patient and gentle and helpful and kind in helping me pick out just the right thing for my wonderful husband. As she was wrapping the watch I purchased, I was able to look at the rest of the store and it was nothing like the image I had in my head of what a mall jewelry store would be. The merchandise is just beautiful and so varied both in style and price point. I would definitely go back and make another purchase because I have an eye on a watch for myself down the road, and I would always ask for Jamie.

I have been a customer of Ben Bridge for 30 years. Last October, I bought myself an expensive Swiss watch. I usually dont splurge on these things, but it was a special occasion. After one month I noticed the watch was fast by about 4 minutes. Something you dont expect at this price point. After discussing with the store Manager Barb (and a little arm twisting), she offered to give me a new watch. Well, this one was losing 5 minutes a month. I went back to the store and spoke with Anaila who told me under no circumstances would I get a refund or a store credit as I requested. I told her I was not leaving the store with that watch. She discussed with store Manager Barb and offered me a full refund, against store policy. Its nice to see the customer is king at Ben Bridge. She saved a long term customer, and I will shop there again.

This is the third time that I have come to Ben Bridge to ask a question about my Rolex. All three times the employees were standoffish, and were never able to help me. All three times the “watchmaker” could not be bothered to come out and discuss what should be done to my watch. Being the only AD and service provider in my area, it is unfortunate that the service is sub par. I get better and quicker service from a regular jeweler.

I was very pleased with the helpful professional service I received. I live in Alaska where my local Ben Bridge store did not return my call as they said they would. I did buy a Rolex from them and I was not happy with the experience. Completely different experience with Ben Bridge in Portland at Washington Square. I will only deal with them in the future.
