Heavenly Donuts is amazing, especially this location. The staff here are extremely friendly and make the stop there feel more inviting. The 24 hour days are great for after work snacks with my crew too. Ask for the cinnamon rolls, they are great, especially fresh.

Wonderful place I come here all the time picking up orders from the door dash app I believe you can also order from there website anyways I tried them out for myself finally and OMG!!! They really are heavenly donuts to die for and the chillas are very good love everything about this place!!!

My absolute favorite donut shop! Always have a huge wonderful selection. The sprinkled and the bulvarian cream are a go to always. The worker was incredibly helpful and friendly. All smiles.

Buttermilk bars are the biggest Ive ever seen. I dont recommend the pineapple fritter as it has very little pineapple in it and does not taste of pineapple. The coffee is superb. Costs are appropriate.

For a while I was buying donuts every Saturday for my work crew I found the people at heavenly donuts to be nothing but awesome and the donuts exceptional.

I love their donuts and they are priced great! I got a classic dozen and a half for $19! I love their buttermilk bars and the staff are so friendly. Their donuts go quick in the morning so Id say arrive early lol.

Kinda dingy interior, but the donuts dont suffer for it. Dont fool yourself, though: youre not going to find here the kind of fancy circular confections that youd encounter at a Doe or Blue Star. Nah, these are your traditional coffee donuts. You know, the cliché, cop-in-a-donut-shop variety: maple bars, fritters, bear claws, sugar glazed, custard-filled Bismarcks; even a pink ring donut that would make Homer Simpson drool! Mmm...donuts...And if thats what youre looking for, or hey, if you need a sugary fix in the middle of the night (theyre open 24 hours!), and are across town from your nearest Voodoo, then Heavenly Donuts is your salvation!

Supposedly open 24hours a day. Headed there before work to buy donuts for my team. 305am lights are off, doors locked with an employee chilling behind the counter. No sign on the door. What makes this work is it is 6 miles out of the way. And only one close to my work or house. Theres my rant about this place, have a good day.

Great donuts at a great price! I bought some on national donut day, which also happened to be on my dads birthday, and he was so happy about it and thoroughly enjoyed the fritters. The staff was really nice as well. Would definitely recommend this spot to others!

I picked up a dozen donuts (there dozen is 14 BTW ) a few days ago and even after 3 days they taste beter and fresher than any store bought donut. One of the top 3 donut shops in town. Its a tie between heavenly donuts and donut world in Gresham. you cant go wrong either way.

We ordered a dozen donuts for delivery to some friends. Since we werent able to choose individual donuts, we left a note asking if they could do any fun donuts because it was for a 6 year olds birthday. They delivered a box of awesomeness, everyone loved them! Thanks for helping make his birthday special during the pandemic.

Do NOT order delivery from this place. I was really wanting something decadent this morning, so I decided to order a few donuts. I ordered a coffee as an afterthought. Well, they never did include the donuts, didn’t even try to contact me to see if I wanted something else. I received an ok coffee without the donuts I ordered for in the first place. What kind of a DONUT shop runs out of donuts or can’t bother to ask you to substitute??? MAJOR fail. Will never order here again.

Order was horrible. Now mind you we have delt with heavenly before when it was dunkin doughnuts and also went to n portland shop never have we had such oil soaked doughnuts 2x also a neighbor went she had same issue too much oil like you drained french fires on brown paper bag that much oil never have we had this but 2 x at or over 22.00 ok last order was 22.00 complaint about them 5 min after getting them and told when we were ready to try again my name and order would be there i also have copy of last order went to give them a try the girl was in need if how to talk on the phone when dealing with the public. And was told her words well that was a while ago cant help you. Even being told would be there when we were ready. But thats ok because you bein so rude and disrespectful on the phone u lost a good paying costermer and used this place for mtg . Train your people how to talk to public and have some respect she was lucky i was on the phone and not in the store. She would have been Embarrassed and i wouldnt have Made a scene. Yall need to do better not everyone is rude amd needs to be treated as if you are but when you are wrong you are wrong.

Not made of cotton candy like Krispy Kreme. 2 donuts and a glass of milk and youve got breakfast. The quality is there and the prices are reasonable. they do not make a raspberry filled with powdered sugar and I wish they would. They do not celebrate national donut day nor do they sell a bakers dozen for the price of a dozen. They do however offer a 14-piece box for a few extra dollars. Theyre open 24 hours a day and theyre consistent, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend.

Well wasnt very happy today 2 take the time will off the freeway come to their location only to find it closed lights off no one home and no changes in their hours noted on website or on the Google app. So upon trying to call other location the other locations have made their phone unavailable for people to call. Dont feel that its a very good business tactic to not have employees answering phone in a 24-hour establishment needless to say not worth my time to go out of my way to do business with them if they cant be bothered to answer the phone cuz I dont really want to drive out of my way to do business with someone find out theyre closed when theyre advertisements all save their 24 hours I was going to purchase some of your donuts for my guys today on the job site but Ill just have to buy them from another establishment later in the morning when they open. You need to do better if you expect people to do business with you

They dont change the oil they keep the same oil the donut didnt taste good

My husband and I are obsessed with the mocha frappuccino from heavenly donuts but this drink we got today was horrible, the ice was practically whole in the blended drink the powder wasnt mixed completely... all the lady could say it must be the blender but she only blended it for 1.5 mins... with the covid-19 stuff going on we dont go out that often for coffee but wed at least like to have a drink we could enjoy.

As always Heavenly Donuts does not disappoint. Every thing looked clean. Donuts look fresh.Especially true of the fresh glazed donut. I dont always recall the days they will have them.What are Fluffies you ask? They are quarter size perfect Crullers FILLED with a tasty custard. Cost forWARNING! Fluffies are made so you never want less and always want MORE!

I went to Heavenly Doughnuts on Saturday (February6th,2021) around 3:10 PM with my teenage son to grab a quick dozen on our way home from wrapping up errands. When we approached the doors there was a sign inside that read Only 3 customers allowed including children) there were currently 4 customers inside, (2 ladies waiting by the display case to be helped and a man with a child) so y son and I waited for about 5 minutes for the man to finish is transactions, after him and the child left my son and I stepped inside. The women behind the counter looked up at my son and I and immediately said only 3 people at a time my response was you just had 4 people in here she again stated that it was only 3 customers allowed inside at a time, when I responded again that she had just had 4 customers inside. She than said that she would not services me and that she was calling the police. I told her to go ahead and call the police because I had nothing wrong but I need to understand what the difference was between those 4 people and these 4 people , was it because two of these Four people were black? she never acknowledged ,y son or I again. She proceed to help the ladies that had been waiting, I asked them if at anytime she had asked either one of them to step out and they replied No. on their way out they apologized to me for what I was experiencing. After the two women left and only my son i were left , the worker still would not assist us, as other customers came and went she never looked our direction or attempted to help us. After about 15 minutes I called non- emergency to follow up on the call to see when an officer would be on site. The dispatcher acknowledged that they had been called and that an officer was not currently available but he asked my side of the story. After I explained what had happened he stated that I was very calm considering what was happening , I thanked him and said that this was the same tone and demeanor that I had with her. I told me that I could leave since it could be up to an hour at least before an officer would be on site but that the officer would follow up with me. I asked if he needed any other information before I left he asked if i could the workers name, I put him on speaker phone and asked she refused to give it , he than asked would she acknowledged that she was the one that called, I asked he she shook her head yes. I thanked for his time. The next day and officer reached out and told me the employees name was Sylvia but the refused to give the officer on site her last name. My son was shaken I try hard as parent to protect him for the ignorance and hatred of this word that comes with Bigotry. Reality is very harsh.

Our donuts tasted like straight grease. We took 2 bites and threw them out.. disappointing to say the least.

I had never been here before. I had others bring donuts from Heavenly but not myself in person. I got the heavenly dozen and oh wow. I am hooked on their chocolate glazed and the plain. So fluffy and and soft without being doughy. My son loved the homer Simpson which was actually flavorful in the glaze. Almost fought for it. I actually wound up going back in the week for more donuts for work and everything was once again delicious.

I usually come here on Tuesdays. But I came here on a Sunday (today) and the donuts looked fine. I bought 2 heavenly Dozens and took them to work. The maple bars which I bought 14 of them. Were DISGUSTING!! Covered in Grease!!! Never have they ever been like this before.... I can’t even believe it. The whole entire bottom of the boxes were SOAKED in grease!! GROSS!! DO NOT COME HERE ON THE WEEKENDS! I wasted my money!!!

Heavenly donuts has got to be a very good mid-range donut shop they have a nice selection however I cant hold it against them but their clientele and the transient population that hangs out around there makes it hard to pull in and feel like youre not going to regret stopping there but if you do youll enjoy the donuts.

Constantly messes up our orders. Everything is always in stock, when we call to ask, before placing an order. Then we place the order we described over the phone. They just send random things that are similar to what we ask for. Their beverages are awful. Hot chocolate from here tastes like dirty water.If you order maple Cinnamon rolls, you get plain Cinnamon rolls. If you order maple bars, you get chocolate bars. If you order chocolate bars, you get chocolate donuts with sprinkles.The world of donuts isnt complicated. However the way they do business here, you would think mixing dough takes a doctorate degree in chemical engineering - but they can only afford to employ the child-minded. Weve given you 5 chances. Please dont make our mistake. Take your money so somewhere theyll respect it.Or just go look at their physical store. The condition its kept in says a LOT about the people who are running it.
