I have gone to 20 or so diamond dealers looking for someone that was giving me an ACTUAL deal. In every case, I was able to find a similar diamond cheaper online. Not at Northwest Diamonds. I called Wady with fairly specific criteria, and a pretty strict budget. He was able to tell me about a diamond he had on the phone that was perfect for me. I was immediately skeptical, as at this point I had looked at hundreds of diamonds and purchased none. I made an appointment and went to look at it -- and it was exactly what I wanted. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient as I tried to find similar diamonds for cheaper on my phone. I was UNABLE to find anything cheaper with the equivalent quality and size he was showing me. I will do all future jewelry business with Northwest Diamonds and suggest you do the same!

If you want an honest man to give you a fair price, look elsewhere. I came to him to sell my engagement ring. We never even put a single figure on the table. I came in with documentation of the cut, color, and clarity of my diamond, and I had taken he time to see what the retail price would bring and what online wholesale buyers would offer. He tested my knowledge by asking a couple quick questions then took out his loop even though my ring was absolutely fitly with 5 years of grime on it (not sure what he was actually able to see without cleaning it first). When it became obvious he couldnt take advantage of me he starting making many offending comments referring to me as you people and trying to guilt me into doing business with him. In our short meeting together, maybe lasting about 10 minutes, he was one of the most abrasive people I have ever met.

Lowballer, Rude, arrogant, I don’t know how people do business with someone who belittles you and puts your items down in an effort to get you to sell to them. Yet if you try to buy the same thing from them it’s the best item on earth and a premium price. Typical user mentality.
