The General Sales Manager, Dale Villar Acelar was something uniquely special as he orchestrated his Team to create an excellent experience from beginning to end of the acquisition process. Before I got into visit, I was reached out by team member Jeffry Cook, who spent a lot of time going through many different options. He really did a great job putting me at ease before coming in with a wealth of knowledge. Once arrived, team member Hillary went above and beyond to provide white glove treatment from the first moment we met. She provided great insight on the 2021 C300 4Matic and all its components. She made sure all my questions were answered, and there were a lot of them. The hand off process to Noel, the Finance Manager, was seamless. As a long time Mercedes staff member, he provided great insight on the comprehensiveness costs and benefits of different products offered ultimately saving me money. After signing the purchase agreement, Dale finished off with a great handshake and off I went. The whole process went exceptionally well; hence, the reason for my Five star + plus review. Anything less would be an underrating.

I had a really positive experience using this dealership. More specifially my salesperson was very good and worked with me for several months before I actually purchased a car. He did not pressure me and bother me with tons of emails and texts rather checked in periodically until I was finally ready to make a decision regarding purchasing. Also, this dealership had the best inventory and prices compared to all of the other city Mercedes dealerships.

He is there for you, very honest and outstanding individual, goes the extra mile to solve whatever you need. The experience for my wife and I had a really great at Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton leasing a new vehicle. Our sales person, Jeffry Cook, did a fantastic job taking us through the process, and we were driving off the lot in just a couple of hours. The staff here (not only the amazing salesperson) was really great and did a wonderful job at finding a great, new vehicle I liked and stayed within my budget. I would highly recommend working with them not only for a new Mercedes but if they have a used car that catches your eye. I was here when it was 115 degrees out (both days) and my salesperson made me feel like I was her only customer. I am absolutely buying/leasing my next car from here, too.

Horrible response to a car that qualifies under legal term as a lemon. The General manager has no concern as to the customer dissatisfaction as well as the failure of of the product I purchased.I came to Mercedes because of the brand and reputation, but the Mercedes Benz of Beaverton Dealerships seems to care little about either and has attempted to use this situation to further take advantage of a customer by ignoring the issues I have and suggesting that I loose 20,000 plus dollars to allow them to buy back a car that has never been problem free in the year I have owned it.If you have had similar problems please post here with an contact reference and I will reach out to you. Im sure my experience is not the first time this Dealerships local management has chose to put the customer last.

I am in Arizona and bought a C43 from MB Beaverton. Their patience and exceptional service won my business. Jeffry Cook was quick, communicative, and professional. He provided me with videos, a full e-packet of information, and worked with my inspection service. Thien in financing got the paperwork done, and Chutch in transport helped organize delivery when my contracted transport fell through. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of folks to help me with my first MB purchase, all done remotely! You may well have a customer for life despite the dealerships in Arizona!

I have gone to Dale for all of my car needs and purchases for the last 3 cars and never have to wonder whether I’m being taken care of, he has truly treated me like family- given me the best deals and customer service possible. My most recent purchase, I worked with Robert as well and he was kind, communicative, and helpful. I have never felt any pressure, just patient help and consulting about my needs and options. This is the second Mercedes I have bought from Beaverton Mercedes and I could not be happier, mainly because of Tony Yan. I reached out to him because it was time for something bigger. I have two kids, two dogs, and fiancé so my sedan wasnt going to work anymore. Since Tony sold me my C class he knew my taste and was able to locate the GLC I wanted quickly.From start to finish this process was smooth and easy plus Tony gave me a great deal! Chris B. is an amazing service advisor I’ve dealt with for a few years now who always goes above and beyond. From the vehicle drop off to the pick-up he makes everything easy and quick. During the whole process he keeps you in the loop with updates, recommendations and suggestions. For repairs he is transparent, detailed about each repair that is being worked on the vehicle. I’m no car expert but he articulates everything so I understand why it needs to be done or what can wait. He is the only service advisor I’ve had that does not try to sell me on things I do not need. Chris has tons of knowledge on the whole line up whether it is a sedan or SUV.Even after my car is picked up. Chris is quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Whether it’s an easy question or a complex question. He always follows up even to ensure that the concern is addressed. I don’t feel stupid if I have a silly question. He tries to fit me in if the issue is emergent. My cars are like my children and Chris treats each one specially. I cant thank Chris enough for all his help over the last few years. I highly recommend Chris.( the photo in my reviews was from a few years ago.. Chris was able to keep me calm and have MB roadside come get me. He helped me out when I was stranded.. I was able to return to work quickly within the hour of this ordeal as Chris had the loaner vehicle and paperwork ready on my arrival. )

After expressing genuine interest in a used car, and one week of communication with a salesman waiting for it to come out of detail. I expressed desire to purchase the vehicle and was told I could not buy it because someone else wanted to see it at three o clock. That car was shamelessly sold to someone else right out from under me. I suspect that the purchaser was a friend or associate of someone at the dealership that was given priority over me. Very bad way to do business and speaks volumes about the honesty of this dealership. I have bought many Mercedes autos in my life but I would never purchase one from Beaverton. My only regret is that I cannot give it ZERO stars.

I wish there were negative stars because that is what Beaverton Mercedes deserves. In looking for a car I was excited I found what I wanted. Across country was not such a big deal as transport services would take care of that. I should have never purchase at Beaverton Mercedes. Between multiple delays, recall etc. I was finally able to get my car after a month. Things happen, I get it, but what transpires the following 2 months is incompetence, no accountability, rather ignoring the seriousness of their lack of necessary paperwork post a sale of a vehicle. I I purchased my car June 2nd and for over 2 months have been trying to get my license plate. I called local DMV and was told that they never registered my car! How does a dealership not do that? No problem taking my money but registering my car has yet to happen and it’s almost the middle of August. How do you not get the simple things straight? I have attempted 4 times to get someone from the dealership to file appropriate paperwork. NO response. I called the GM (who did not want to take my call in person so left a message) without a return call! No accountability. Meanwhile I have been pulled over. Why? Because Beaverton Mercedes failed to do their job by registering my car so that I can get my license plate! I expect more from a Mercedes dealership. I am a loyal Mercedes customer and this is by far the worst experience!

Good luck after they get your money! Incorrect paperwork and no return calls. On 3rd set of temporary tabs about to make second car payment and still no plates and no one has an answer! Managers ignore calls or transfer you to people on vacation. So much wasted time and horrible service for a “Best Dealership” don’t buy from here not worth it!

The panel between the windshield and the sunroof was defective. It was made out of plastic and the weather caused discoloring. Which made the car look visual unappealing. After doing some investigation MB created a new panel that was made out if glass. Instead of switching at no cost they charged me over $1,400. 😡

Some cautionary notes regarding services from Manager Dale and Dealer Roberto - their customer service is terrible. Once you purchase a car from them, you will not get any support after signing the papers, and there is no follow-up for customer inquiries. You will get ignored.I had been a loyal consumer of MB and have leased few MBs last six years with good relationships with MB dealers in a different state. Whenever I had a question about my lease and car, their response was always quick and reassuring as they provided detailed answers. But working with MB Beaverton has been a nightmare.I leased a new MB at MB Beaverton last year. When I signed the papers with them, they promised to waive the remaining statement balance from my previous lease contract. MB finance recently sent me a final statement from my last contract, but to my surprise I found out that the monthly payment was not waived. So I had to pay the remaining balance to finalize my previous contract. When I signed the contract with Roberto, the waive was part of the deal, but they either forgot or intentionally decided not to stipulate this part in the contract. So I asked Roberto and his manager Dale to correct this situation last month. They promised they would. A month has passed since then. There is no follow-up, and they are avoiding my contact.As a once-loyal customer of MB, I want to emphasize how disappointing their attitude has been. Before signing the papers, they responded quickly and showed kindness. After signing the lease, the contract becomes none of their business. They will avoid your calls and ignore your emails when they make a mistake.Please stay away from MB Beaverton and go to other dealerships that would treat you as a valued customer.

Mercedes Benz of Beaverton has us as loyal customers. Their customer service is exceptional. We came on Tuesday close to closing and they were short staffed. We were greeted with a friendly smile from Garrett and he informed us that someone would be with us. Thien came and helped us until Garrett and Jesus were free from helping customers. (Thien is the finance manager) We worked with their team and they made the car shopping process fun (it’s Mercedes so it’s already fun 😀…but their attitudes sealed the deal) and decided on the SUV that we loved. The purchase process was smooth. Our time there went way past into closing hours but not once did any of the team make us feel rushed. This team really was great. We got to meet one of the Managers, Vlado. He also was there all the way to the end. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with. Nightmare of dealership to deal with. Sales, Service, and Finance all terrible.When you buy a car they just take the money and never follow through with anything said.Bought car in January. Was told I cannot put more than 5k down. Lie.Was told by sales associate they would call me back to let me know if they found the second key and to schedule service because they didnt get to it while having the car. Never called back and I had to hunt them down with over 5 calls ultimately having to go down there in person every single time to get answers. Never found second key either.When I finally did get the service, the department never answered the phone and I had to drive down there to get an answer after days of being ignored. It took them 2 days to do a simple oil change and the first day after dropping the car off at a scheduled time 10:30am they waited until 5pm to let me know they didnt get to it. Whats the point of scheduling?I asked them to have the manager call me, that never happened to this date. Still waiting.After 6 weeks of owning the car the finance department (Noel) called me back to demand $170 more for registration because they miscalculated. Unacceptable. Especially considering that I had to pay $1,100 for a second key at another dealership because they never called.I was overcharged $450 for to have the vehicle tinted but it was already tinted so agreed to refund that but I was never refunded, so they basically just stole from me.I still have not received registration for the car so now its being driven around illegally.No follow through, not good on their word, would avoid and use another dealership.You are free to call me as Im still waiting for the GM to call as promised.Terrible, terrible, terrible.I purchased three Mercedes from Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville and never had such terrible service as Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. Just bad all the way around and they should really reconsider how they treat people, follow through with what they say, stick to their word, know what they sell, and answer the phones.Go somewhere else.

Stopped by today on 7/15/21 around noon. Was shopping for a GLS 450 for the wife. Parked and walked in with my kids, walked around for about 10 minutes. No greeting from the receptionist to see if we needed help. There were 3 sales people sitting at their desks who did not even look up from their computer. Basically no one approached or helped me. After 10 more minutes I walked out and headed over to mercedes of wilsonville. Before I was even out of my car there was a sales person already greeting me. He earned my business and will be looking at ordering a new GLS from him.

This review is for the service department only. I hate to write this review because I am super happy with the sales department and the management. To me, they get 5 stars, but this is an issue I feel too strongly about to go un-addressed.THIS IS A REVIEW OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONLY. The first time I took my E43 that I leased there for an oil change at 10,000 miles. I made an appointment and took it there and waited for the car, which they said would take maybe 45 minutes. It actually took an hour and a half and they also did not wash my car. I asked the service tech-why didnt you guys wash my car, to which he replied we are very busy today and just didnt really have the time. Ok, I wasnt happy about that, but not that big of a deal.The second time I took it there for a service appt, I made an appointment with them to check my tires as they seemed very noisy-particularly the front at 14,000 miles.My wife and I waited in the waiting room for about 45 minutes after they took the car, and I was wondering whats taking so long, they must be changing the tires? Shortly thereafter, the service manager comes out with a paper with an estimate for $945 for 2 front tires. I said$945 for 2 tires? you must be crazy.The service manager said these are run-flats and they are much more expensive-they also wear out much sooner than regular tires. I said that I will do some research on my own and see...fully intending to check Tire rack.com, Costco, etc. I actually got a hold of Tire rack the next day and ordered a set of 4 tires for about $600-non-run flat with a 30000-mile warranty and had them installed locally. The installer pointed out to me that the cords on one of the front tires were so bad, they should have never let me drive off the Mercedes lot without telling me and showing me this damage. He told me that I was lucky the tire didnt blow on the way home. Can you imagine if Im driving on the freeway and the tire explodes and I go scraping on the rim who knows where or running into whatever cars causing whatever accident? This is PURE NEGLIGENCE on Mercedes behalf not to show me the damage and tell me how bad it was and how careful I should be on the way home and how immediate the need is to replace the tires. Actually, I thought they would be covered under warranty, but they arent. Or, offered me a loaner to drive and volunteer to tow my car home and not drive it in the serious condition the tires were in. I certainly would expect that if they had truly inspected the tires, they would SHOW me how bad they were, as I was unaware. Buying a car can be a stressful time. And purchasing a car when you are from a different state, can make that situation a bit more difficult as well. I did my research before coming out to the Beaverton area, and found the car I wanted at Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton. The sales consultant I chose was Norman Hunter, who made the process a wonderful experience. He was always prompt and thorough with his communications, and explanations, and an enjoyable person to work with. His years of experience were a true plus in sometimes thinking outside the box, to negotiate through a few trying issues we ran into. He went above and beyond to ease the sale and get things moving. I highly recommend him. And he is definitely on Santas nice list for all his help.

Everything about my experience at Beaverton Mercedes could not have been better! Walking in, you are greeted to the beautiful showroom and the friendly staff. I made an appointment with Hillary before heading out. Im so glad I did! She worked with me to find just the right car for me.. tailoring to my specific needs/wants. She answered all my questions and found me the right car! Working with Hillary felt more like being in the company of a friend, rather than just a sales consultant.I then had the pleasure of working with Dale, the General Sales Manager, who made the best deal! I got more for my trade than I had anticipated and he gave me a few choices for payment plans, again, tailoring to suit my needs. What a class act! His love for MB is obvious and you can tell he wants what is best for the customer.To end the process, I have the good luck to work Mejra for the financing. She was able to make me feel like I was the most important person she would work with that day. I am 100% brand loyal to Mercedes Benz, but have never had a fulfilling experience at MB of Beaverton. We have leased two vehicles from them over the last 5 years and have had nothing but issues. Multiple contract revisions, routine service that was purchased and then told wasn’t needed... only to be told recently that it IS needed and would have to be paid out of pocket. Leased a C300 and have only put 10,000 miles on it over 18 months, but am being told I need to purchase new tires at a fresh price of $1,600. We don’t drive fast and furious, this is a around town car. Something is just always fishy and never feels like the honest truth.

I told Norm that I had a cashiers check and I wanted a GLA 4matic he searched inventory and just like that I bought one. If you visit this dealership thinking you will get Mercedes quality service, youre in for a huge disappointment. Ive been to the dealership in the past only to have the sales staff completely ignore and dismiss me. I made the return because they had the specific car that I wanted. My sales person was great however, thats where my experience falls apart. The never to be seen back office managers are completely unwilling to negotiate... which is fine, I choose to purchase the car regardless. It took the dealership 30 days to schedule a repair that was agreed upon during the purchase of the car. When I finally was able to drop the car off, the service staff could not care less about their interactions with me... not to mention, the person handing over my loaner car (a car not even close to the same class of vehicle I purchased) made some rather tasteless comments that put a foul cloud over the entire interactions. Here I am, a day past the due date of my first payment and I am STILL unable to make a payment because the dealership and the lender cant seem to get on the same page about the paperwork that was filled out. After calling 4 times and never having anyone pick the phone up I was finally able to talk to someone in the finance office. The manager I spoke with didnt have the decency to pick the phone up but instead spoke the entire time over speaker phone. When I expressed my frustrations with her, she told me that what I was telling her (directly from the finance company) was wrong and that she didnt work on my sale. She then became very short, dismissive and frankly rude so, I asked to speak with a different manager. I was transferred to someone I was told is the dealership manager. He, like everyone else, didnt show much interest with my issues. He stated he would return my call in 15 min... Its been over a day and Im still waiting and STILL can not make a payment. My next complaint will be with the Better Business Bureau.

However, seems like the treatment after sales for the service shows their true colors.Would not recommend anyone to go here for service. Service advisors are rude. They return you dirty vehicles. With a $600+ Service B service (mainly just oil change), including a $340+ labor cost, you would expect at lease a clean car, interior and exterior.When I went to pick up my car, I noticed there were a bunch of dirty spots on the passenger side of the car seat (picture 1), I normally take really good care of my car and I did not recall I made that mess. I then called the service guy to come and help me clean the car seat. I was told they never would sit on the passenger side, and they did a COURTESY clean which include a exterior wash and ONLY vacuum for the interior (picture 2). And I was informed SPECIFICALLY that if you want to do a detailing, the cost is around $300, sounded really insulting.I mean, the leather seat is a light color, the dirty spots are PRETTY OBVIOUS. If it was me who made that mess (which I highly doubt it), with $300+ labor cost for a 2 hour service, and you are already vacuuming the interior, it wouldnt bother you to wipe those spots... If it was the service guy who accidentally made a mess, MB Beaverton has the responsibility to clean that mess, why would the service guy ended up giving me an attitude while cleaning that spot for me?Obviously the service at MB Beaverton location DOES NOT like to do any small extra to make customers happy nor care about training their service team to be respectful to customers.The reason I went to MB Beaverton is because I own a MB car, I trust the service from MB is professional and neat, I live close to the location, and I have been doing service at MB (different states and locations) before even though the cost would be way cheaper if I went to a local car shop.I almost got into a fight with my husband because he thinks $610 (after a discount of $70, originally was $680, picture 3 and 4) for a oil change plus a bunch of unnecessary services is a completely rip off but I insisted because I liked the service from MB. Now I am regretting to do the service there and receiving cold faces from the services while I was trying to protect my right.If you are reading this comment, that means you either is planning to go there for a service/purchase, or you are also one of the victims.If you want to go get a car service at MB Beaverton, please think twice.I havent purchased a car there, so I cant comment on the sales side.

I had a five star experience buying my car at Mercedes Benz of Beaverton. From my initial call to the dealership to the purchase of my car- it was a seamless process.I had the pleasure of working with Chincha and she was absolutely delightful. I felt like I was working with a friend who wanted to make sure she got me everything I was looking for. Zero pressure, completely professional and treated me like she genuinely cared. She went out of her way to help me and even came in on her day off to make sure I was well taken care of. Now that is GREAT customer service!In addition to working with Chincha on my purchase, I worked with Romano who is the GM. His no BS, straightforward, transparent sales style was a breath of fresh air. He is a true class act. He made me feel like I was important and everything I was looking for in a car was his top priority to deliver. Even though there were tons of other customers at the dealership, he made me feel like I was the only customer there.I also got to work with Noel who helped me with the financing of my car. Again, wonderful experience. He gave me a couple different financing options/packages and made what could be a daunting and exhausting consultation, super easy and stress free.Overall, I have to give this team a 10 out of 10 for my car buying experience. They finally delivered the Mercedes experience.After returning my car to the dealer the second time for the same water leakage problem, they were able to get things done. According to the service advisor, they have let the car sitting under the pouring water for hours for two days. I just drove back my car, so I dont know for sure that the problem is fixed. But I believe they have taken things seriously this time.Moreover, they were able to refund the service charge because the warranty expired within less than a month of the problem. I really appreciate that.Based on my interaction with the dealer, the service sector itself is good. I want to mention the service manager Chris for his help. The mechanics on the other hand have lots of room to improve themselves.The overall experience until now is good. I hope they can prevent such mistakes in the first place the next time.-----------------------------------------------------Update:Their professionalism has blown my mind!!!!I picked up my car this morning after paying 1750 dollars. I was assured many times that the leakage problem was fixed. However, after leaving the car outside for one hour, the passenger side is leaking water again!This is unimaginable! Rather than some engine issues, water leakage can be seen by naked eyes. How could their mechanics tell me that the water leakage problem was completely fixed? If they did any serious check, they would not have told me that the problem was fixed.This shows a complete lack of care about their customer. I had to spend another two hours (one hour to drop my car and one hour to pick up my car). No one will compensate my time. Moreover, if they ask me to pay more for fixing the problem, I will seriously consider suing them. They have totally failed in providing the required service.I am at my early 30s and will probably buy several cars later in my life. But I swear that I will never buy a Mercedes ever again!If you are thinking about buying a Mercedes, please rethink again. Hope my experience will help you avoid this prestigious brand. If you really really want a Mercedes, please avoid this dealer. I have been going to Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton for servicing my 2015 GL 450 for over 3 years and each every time they are willing to get the job done correctly and honestly. In the couple of times that required follow up on the services, they did it promptly made sure the car is in top shape.I love getting the car back all clean each time too! And having the use of a loaner has been fun to see what other types of Mercedes are like.
