SCAMMERS!!! Purchased a Vehicle from them, a week later get a call saying I need to bring it back because the title needs to be inspected. I live 6 hours away, I said I can get it inspected here, they have now vanished and are not assisting in the process at all. I now have a work van that I cant use, losing me money daily.

If I could give them 10 I would. Best dealership I’ve been too for a few reasons. Jared, was very quick to help me sort out my new vehicle, and even geared me through a company for financing that has served my needs with ease and affordability. I had an issue with my brakes almost a month after purchase, and they fixed it on the house for me, and noticed while they fixed it a few cosmetic issues in the vehicle that I didnt care about, and went out of their way to fix those as well. 2 months later, a small leak in the cargo cab, day of they say bring it in and fix It that same day. The mechanic who I had both times was super knowledgeable and friendly. I have a 2017 ford transit that is officially ready to convert for my needs :) it’s all been easy, pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to find their new car. If I plan a second car, I’ll be coming back to this dealership. They aren’t there to rip you off, and leave you with the short end of the stick like many dealerships. They actually want you to be happy, and go out of their way to make that happen.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff from the first conversation to the last signature. Reliable as you would never expect from from the car lot. They mean it when promise to take care of their customers.A good few months after purchasing the car, I had a question on the car function and was invited to bring the car back for inspection. Their staff took time inspecting the car, made needed adjustments - the level of customer service not so usual for car lots.I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Car Culture to avoid infamous trouble so frequently seeing in car sale business. DONT WASTE YOUR TUME!!!! 5 hours to look at a work truck and they never once mentioned the truck having a rebuilt title. The lot is a total mess. Car parts and wrecked cars laying haphazardly all over the place and the vehicles parked so tightly its like Tetras to get the car out to look at. Understaffed. Dont recommend even considering buying a vehicle from this place. Truck we looked at had bald tires and a mold issue. I asked where the cars came from and thats when we discovered it was an insurance buy.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

Bought a car from car culture since I needed a vehicle for work and they had exactly what I was looking for. After owning for couple weeks began hearing noises from breaks. When removed the wheel, noticed break lines zip tied along with rubbers on strut. Ball joints had play and appeared to be reused from previous accident. Don’t know who inspects or who has the conscience to produce such shotty repair. Didn’t even own the vehicle for year and the transmission went out in which they probably knew about. These sketchy tactics by utilizing cheapest methods to get the car on display is a dangerous practice. Not a happy experience. In response to Jared salesman, I don’t need your apology nor any of the bandaid fix strategies. Would be nice to have integrity and be honest of the inventory.

I live in Bend Oregon so it was a 2.5 hour drive and let me tell you it was worth it! Most car dealerships try to lure you in and pressure you into buying a car by throwing out a bunch of random numbers and saying “this is the best deal possible.” Not car culture! They were extremely friendly and a very relaxed environment. They truly work with you to make sure you are getting the best deal possible. Erik was my Salesman and was very professional. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good quality used car.

Do NOT purchase a vehicle from car culture !!! they claim to specialize in vehicles that come from insurance auctions and repair them. they do very dangerous shotty things in order to get them to appear repaired. you will think, hey its fixed and its cheaper why not?!? because! ..Dont fall for it! it will be unsafe, and cost you god knows how much to be repaired correctly down the road. if you make it that far! ...and dont think if you spend $50-$200 at a shop for a quick exam of a vehicle for sale, that youre in the clear. these people hide their tactics, they cover them up deeper than the naked eye. leaving you vulnerable to severe unsafe scenarios you are unaware of. and enormously costly to repair correctly/safely. they attempt to show transparency by offering photos of previous damage (while you initial all your protections away). all their shady /shotty/dishonest/ disgraceful work is hiding deep within your investment.CROOKS!They not only deserve LESS than a 1 star review. They have cheated and deceived enough people for a class action law suit. I Hope all their licensing is revoked, and they face criminal charges.Have you ever seen a business that changes its name every year or two?... and wonder why..? ...This is THEM! Good inventory, polite staff. They are rebuilt, salvaged and what not titles. Erik answered all my questions, went over the carfax. Explained what work they did on the car. Overall good experience. Would recommend. I am looking forward to over the next year and see if they will honor there warranty. They say the car has a 1 year warranty but you dont get any paperwork stating that. You sign a paper saying as is no warranty.

The value in the cars is great here. People used to stay away from rebuilt titles but nowadays, people are starting to actually prefer them because you can get a better vehicle for a lot cheaper price especially since at this dealership, you get a warranty on whatever the history was. I bought my current truck through this place and it’s been the most amazing car for the last 20k miles. You don’t drive the title, you drive the car and here, there are a lot of GREAT cars! Enjoy!

Day 1: Called to get info on a car and spoke to Mike. I asked him why the price was so low on a decent looking car. He told me it was because it was a salvage title. He said he had pictures and would be upfront about the car with me. He then started asking if I was coming down and was going to pay cash for it. I told him I was just doing some homework and in this climate I wanted to make sure I was making the smart buy.He then told me that it would be impossible to finance unless I was military and that I should just come down and see it. I told him I lived an hour away and that I’d really have to like the car for me to drive that far. Mike then told me that I should just trust him and that he has a Car Fax and pics. I asked him to email them to me so I could look it over. He THEN told me that he was busy taking pictures of cars and that I really should just trust him about the car.(As as a general manager in the customer service industry, I have always made it a point to listen to my customers. If I have a product to sell, I will do everything in my power to tell my customer about my product, and if they have questions or concerns about my product, I will do everything in my power to give them the information they need.)I wasn’t getting any kind of good Customer/ Seller vibe, so I said thanks but no thanks and ended the call.Day 2: While at work, Mike called and told me he got my information through Autotrader and that he saw I was looking for a car. (He evidently didn’t remember the conversation we had from the day prior).I told him I had called yesterday concerning the Genesis. He said that he was sorry that he couldn’t get the information I wanted, but that if he took the time each time to “stroke a customer like I (me) wanted, he wouldn’t have time to stroke himself.”I honestly couldn’t believe that he had said that. I didn’t ask him if he was the owner of the business to which he replied yes. I know that an owner of a business would not say something like that.In the climate that we are in, this particular employee, Mike, should not be allowed to sell anybody anything at anytime. If an employee for an auto retail company would say something like that to someone who is just honestly trying to make the most informed decision they can, they should be in a different line of work.I could have gone here and gone on a rant filled with expletives about his attitude and behavior, but I have not. I just want People out there who may be coming to Carr culture to purchase a vehicle to know that a “man” by the name of Mike introduces himself, walk the other way.

We came in and worked with Mike. He was a great salesperson with excellent customer service. No complaints. We bought a 2016 Ford Flex that is amazing for our family and we loved the savings of the rebuilt title. They gave us a great price for our trade as well! Everyone should buy a car from Mike because he was upfront with the history, gave us a warranty for 1 year and a Carfax. If I could do more than 5 stars I would. Erik was very open about the branded title and said that I get a one year warranty on electrical and drive train. The bank was a little slow on approving my loan but Car Culture employees held the car till everything went through even though I did not put anything down to hold it.I would recommend them to anyone that is look for a new use car.

It had been 5 yrs since my last vehicle purchase. Dreading the usual feeling of “I really hope I can find and get what I want”, had lasted for weeks on end until I stumbled upon Car Culture. I found the vehicle online that I wanted, I texted them, Jared responded within an hour, I shared my desires, Jared explained the trade-in and financing process and I was pre-approved that day. We planned to meet the following morning. I showed up with my kids and from start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, laidback, stress-free experience! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and I was a nervous mess. However, Tim and everyone else on the team was patient and spent hours with me going over options and letting me make a decision on my own. We went in on a very busy Saturday but were still able to quickly get into and test drive several cars. We were very impressed and appreciative of how clean all the cars were, especially after visiting several other dealers, both big and small, that had absolutely filthy cars. Trystan was fantastic to help us out and answered all of our questions, even showing us detailed pictures of the damage to the car. I bought a used ford transit here in August 2020. A couple days later I crawled underneath to install a passenger seat and found severe damage to both rear shocks and break cables. It had clearly been in an accident and was never addressed. I contacted Eric but he never bothered to get back to me. First off, no employees were wearing masks. We walked into an office area with several small groups of people sitting and standing around that created a culture of disarray and confusion. No one said a word to us, and since there were a fair amount of customers in there, we decided to go ahead and look at the vehicles we were interested in. After looking them over and discussing, my wife went inside to inquire about them. After over 15 minutes without her returning, I went inside to check on her progress...I could tell by the look in her eyes that she was not happy. I soon found out that the salesperson, Erik Basarab, had said nothing to her the entire time she’d been waiting, yet two men that had recently arrived were immediately asked which vehicles they’d like him to grab the keys for.At least has some good customer service if you’re selling subpar rebuilt titles for above KBB value.

Great service as far as purchasing a car, it’s been over 2 months and still getting the run around on the title! Seems as if the lady that does that part of the business is never there, when you do make contact with her it’s still a run around. Yes I’ll put that in the mail, DMV has the title, so on and so on. A family member just purchased a new car 3 weeks ago and has her new title and plates already. Yet we’ve been waiting 2 1/2 months!! Very frustrating!
