Had an oil filter that was on so tight it collapsed using an oil filter wrench. I called Winn mobile repair and asked them for help. Rachel came out the next day and was able to get that filter off for me. Really appreciate Rachel and the folks at Winn! I will definitely call on these folks again. Thank you so much!

Merlin was a massive help, the guy is one of the last few hard working people Ive seen. came out to replace the starter on my Camaro (extremely annoying job on a lift alone) did it right there in the drive way past their closing hours but didnt leave til it was finished almost 10:00. Not sure what theyre paying this man but sure hope theyre valuing his work for as much as its worth

Called twice earlier this year to get them to come work on my van(I think it was once mid-March, and then again early April). Left message on answering machine, no call back. Sent email earlier this week and was told by CEO they had an opening on Tuesday or Thursday of this week at 10:00 AM. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 10:00. At about 9:15 AM, I got a call from the receptionist(I didnt hear my phone but listened to the voicemail that was left) telling me they couldnt make it that day, but could come on Thursday. Called back and got answering machine again. Left another message telling them that Thursday wouldnt work for me as I had a doctor appointment. When receptionist called back, I told her that unless they could make it Thursday afternoon, then I couldnt schedule an appointment with them. She told me they could come Wednesday around 6:00 PM. I told her that I couldnt afford the after hours charges, and she said there wouldnt be any after hour charges.I went ahead and scheduled for that time. Last night(Wednesday) I sat on my front porch from around 5:15 PM until around 6:45 PM with no one showing up or calling, so I gave up on them. Someone DID show up just before 8:00 PM last night, but I told him to forget it as it was too late, that I would just go over to Les Schwab. I didnt appreciate them not showing up when they were supposed to, or calling to say they were running late.I had been having problems with the E-brake not completely releasing since right after the last snow storm we had back in February, and had been trying to get Winn Mobile to come look at it since March 8th.Will NOT contact them again if this is the of operation they run. Had been trying to contact them since they advertised they give a military discount, which I served back during Vietnam.

These guys are awesome. I will not go anywhere else for auto repair. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and do not over charge. Friendly prompt service at the right price how it is supposed to work.

Professional they did excellent job, I would really recommend anyone needing help with a car problem whether they start themselves or not they can help you finish up, I couldn’t finish a clutch job and they were nice enough to help me finish it up at a really great price.Thank you guys I couldn’t be more happier and good luck on the next job.

We were so lucky to happen upon Joshua Winn in an emergency when my cousin couldnt get her car to start -- with his help and patience and excellent diagnostic skills, he had her back on the road quickly. Highly recommend and would definitely use him again!

Joshua helped me get into my car after I had locked myself out of it on thanksgiving day (at dinner time too!!). He arrived at my location within 20 minutes and got into my car within about 5 minutes. He saved me time and money (pop a lock wanted $120 bucks!) and I’ll continue using him for any future car problems.

Called around to a few mobile mechanics, came across this one on 5/4/2020, talked to the guy, said hed be available Thursday, this was Tuesday, just wanted to get my car back running, he was able to come out a day earlier and at 10 a.m, he showed up did his magic after One hour my car was done, paid him, which was reasonable and affordable!! NO more Lyft/Uber, back in My own ride!! Thanks again, will definitely be My mechanic from now on and Ill refer others. Dont let the Hater çomments distract you from a True mechanic!!

5 stars isnt high enough. I took my E-150 in because of some odd electrical issues and sluggish start up. They promptly identified the problem! Service like this is hard to find. They are stand up people with fair prices. I couldnt be more grateful.

Josh is the real deal. I needed my Range Rover fixed, he was able to help and show me the process along the way how to repair it. I wouldve paid quadruple the price if I went to the dealership to have my truck repaired. Thank You Josh, I appreciate your service. I will have him fix the head gaskets in my BMW soon as well.

I scheduled a next day appointment with them, I was reassured the price, time, and date. They were supposed to come at 9am. An hour goes by... 2 hours go by. I called to check out why they’re late. Then I was told they didn’t tell one of their mechanics about my appointment and they apologized and said they would send him. I receive a call saying they might not have the parts they said they would have previously. I was patience, because they offered to come anyways. He shows up, checks it out. Then says oh I have the part etc and leaves. No call back, no show? So they just bailed, so unprofessional I waited hours and they were inconsistent with the information about the parts. They never called to tell me they cancelled I tried calling back. Terrible. Waste of time and rude for saying they would fix it and just leave.

I tried to get them to come out to repair my car. They never called me to tell me they were running late. They repeatedly lied about when they would be out to get my repairs done. In the end, he never came out or followed up or anything. I took the day off for them to completely blow me off. NOT DEPENDABLE!! I will go somewhere else that knows what customer service is and values their customers time.

This is the third time Unfortunantly I have been in a bind. And Josh at Winn Mobile has saved me on money, time, stress and peace of mind! It has always been a new issue. He takes such pride in his work.This time my alternator went out on my Durango leaving me stuck on a very busy day I had things going on. He was to me within 10 min thankfully he was close. Checked out my car went and got the parts had everything installed and had told me what else is going on with my car and I made another appt next week to get that taken care of which will be done at my home. And I was back on the road. In time to pick up the kids and everything I needed to do.Thankful for this company and his pride and professional manor. I dont know if it was Josh but I know it was a Winn truck that took advantage of a mentally challenged young man and basically stole my car. So use Winn repair knowing their price and morals are cheap.
