Lost 2 days worth of wages trying to work with these guys. I waited almost a week for them to get the window I needed shipped to them, took the day off work for the scheduled repair just to get a call from them saying the glass was broken and that they could get a new one by the next day but for $100 more. I took the next day off work, just to have them not contact me at all during the window of time they scheduled with me. When I called them, they told me they would reach out to me when they got the glass.I get supply chain issues are challenging for everyone right now, but don’t schedule an installation if you don’t even know for certain if you will have materials in stock. I’ve lost money because of them and my car is still missing a window.

RUDE. The office scheduled me an appointment for today btwn 9-noon… and then no show/no call! Wasted 5 hours of my day, plus I missed out on camping yesterday so I could be here this morning for them to NOT SHOW UP. Called the office 5x to just get a busy signal. Someone finally calls and says they have me on the schedule and all my info, but it was a mistake bc they’re not working today and they don’t understand why no one called to tell me they weren’t coming. COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR DAY! Schedule with someone else.

Apparently out of business. Their phone is out of service and they have no website.

In addition to being the most reasonably priced, the staff was courteous, communicative, knowledgeable and fun. Don was super helpful and funny. It’s one of those places where you hope you don’t need their services again, but if you do, it’s nice to know where you can go to get treated well.

This is (unfortunately) my second time back here after getting my window broken twice within the year. They have friendly and helpful staff, and the best thing was that it was done so fast! I just plopped down at the nearby coffee shop and worked for an hour. Before I knew it, my phone was ringing and my car was like new ready to go! Two years ago I had my car broken into near the Rose Quarter and had no idea how I was going to pay for three smashed windows. Best auto glass shop in town. Great prices, fast service.I had a crack in a my windshield. I was hoping to get it fixed, but unfortunately it needed a full replacement. Apple auto glass quoted me a great price. They came out to my work and fixed it within one day. The new window looks great. Cant recommend enough.

I called every glass repair place in the area - these guys were by far the cheapest (about $80-100 less on average even with rush delivery), had my car fixed the day after I called (versus 2-3 weeks for the earliest appointment at other places), and let me leave my car in their garage overnight for safe keeping. Best customer service Ive experienced in years. Great individuals who do their job well. Even did a little extra vacuuming for glass bits before I left the lot.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. They were friendly and scheduled me for my repair very quickly. They gave me a ride to work while they worked on my car. I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensively they were able to repair my windshield. I hope I dont have to replace a windshield anytime soon, but I know where I am going if/when I have to again. I took my 2002 Ford Ranger in for a new windshield. They had the best price I found, great customer service and got me right in when they said they would. It was a tough job because of the old glue on the old windshield was very hard, but it came out perfect. If you need auto glass these guys will take of you.

Took my car in to get a chip fixed. They got a me a quick appointment and were really nice. They took my car on time and promptly got to work. Upon inspection, the specialist recognized this crack had been previously filled before I purchased the vehicle. He was honest and up front with this and told me I should go on my way, because there was nothing further I could do. Didnt charge me when they easily could have!

A tree decided my cars windshield was the place to be, so I ended up at apple auto glass since I saw they had great reviews. Sure enough, the staff was friendly, the service was quick and efficient, and now the best looking part of my 17-year old car is its windshield.

Don made the whole experience easy. I called at 8am and they said they could get the part that day. I dropped by car off on the way to work and later picked it up with a new front passenger window installed flawlessly. Don helped me and hes such a nice guy. He even called State Farm for me to begin my claim processing. My insurance coverage was about $37 under their quote and they ate the cost. Really great service! Went in with a broken back window, and had a replacement within a few days. When the replacement wasnt the right color, Apple Auto worked with me to get the correct replacement from the manufacturer to make sure it was exactly the right color. It included a bunch of insurance negotiation that Apple Auto took care of for me. Very happy!

Had a great experience here today. Had my windshield replaced by a competitor a few days ago and while I was driving on the freeway today my rearview mirror fell off my windshield!!! Stopped in here to get it fixed, not only was the service excellent, especially by Nate, they didnt even charge me. Pretty awesome considering I didnt get it replaced here. Hopefully I dont need another windshield any time soon, but if I do I know where Im going and who Ill recommend if a friend needs one.

Apple Auto Glass was great. My back window got smashed by a thief, and was planning on going with Safelite to get it fixed. Being that I live outside the service area, I was going to have to bring my car in. I called Apple on the recommendation of a friend, and was glad I did. I was not going to be able to pick up my car that afternoon, so they were happy to store it for me overnight until I could come pick it up. They charged me exactly what I was quoted, saving me over $150 from what Safelite quoted me, and the work quality is fantastic. Ive been driving around in the rain for a few weeks now and have had zero issues. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was outstanding. I highly recommend these guys.

Great customer service and speedy repair. I called at 11 am on a Friday to repair a broken window and Don got me a same day 2 pm appointment. I dropped off the car, didnt have to fill out any paperwork, they fixed it within 1.5 hours, and I didnt have to wait at all before I paid and drove off into the sunset (kinda). Altogether wonderful!

Love this place. We use them when needed for our automotive glass repairs at work, and I have used them for 2 separate personal needs. One was a simple windshield replacement, which they were able to do for significantly less than anywhere else I received a quote from. The other was a more complex job involving almost every piece of glass on my old VW Cabriolet after it was attacked by an unfortunate soul on the wrong combination of medications a few years ago. Don was helpful in sourcing used glass in place of the expensive new replacements for my older rig. He even called to ask if I wanted to keep the VW decal on one of the used windows that showed up because he thought it looked kinda cool and wanted to see if I liked it before scraping it off (I kept it). Great service, and great turn around times every time Ive used them!

Im fairly certain I was tricked into buying a new windshield.I thought my windshield was leaking so I brought it to Apple Auto Glass. They said they could do an air test for leaks. But then they pushed on the windshield and said it was loose and dangerous.. so they didnt do the air test.Its loose! Must need a new windshield I thought.When I got it back and drove it home it was raining and the windshield still had leaks. So I brought it back in. The windshield wasnt leaking. I was told it must be the roof somehow leaking into the car.And so I said So I didnt need the windshield replaced and Tom said Hey, you just wandered in here and asked us to replace your windshield.No, I brought it in here to get the seal checked and see if it could be patched. Your guys said it was loose and dangerous.Oh yeah, it was sort of in the top corner... we never did the air check.Beware of leaky windshield scams. Your leak is probably caused by something other than the windshield... and they know but wont tell you that.

After having my passenger side window smashed in by a car thief Apple Auto glass was able to fix it the same day for less than the quote offered to me by my insurance company. Even though they were a bit late starting on my car they were still able to finish the job in less than an hour.The staff was friendly and the only reason I did not give a full 5 stars was due to customer lounge. They have some old couches, no A/C, and it is rather dirty. Being 90 degrees that day I wallowed in the heat awaiting for my car to be fixed. Otherwise this was a good experience to what had started as a terrible day.

This place was fantastic. The rear quarter pains of my 94 Mercedes wagon were leaking. They estimated that it would take them about four hours to reseal them. Well, it ended up taking them almost the entire day due to the unexpected complexity of the job. Even with this situation, they didnt rush through the job, and took the time to do it right the first time. Best of all, they still only charged me what was originally quoted. The windows are backed by a nice warranty so you cant really lose. Ill be taking any auto glass problem to them first from now on. Thanks Apple!

Talked to them around 8:30 in the morning, they had someone come out to my house and replace my rear window in my truck by noon. They were also honest about my old gasket being in good enough shape to re-use which saved me $30. I normally dont write reviews, but these guys are great.

This place was awesome! Had my 2 rear truck windows broken with a theft downtown Portland. Called ahead to get a quote for some windows and Don was so great! Gave me a quote for the windows with installation, and also for just the windows on their own, explaining that if I was mechanically inclined at all that I could probably install them myself. I chose to purchase the windows and attempt the install myself. When I arrived to pick them up (same day!) one of the office guys showed me what I needed to do and gave me some tips, while also assuring that if I was for some reason unable to do it that I could come back and have them install them for a discounted labor rate. I really felt that they went above and beyond for me. Safelight quoted me over $700 and 2 days of work to do the job. Because of Don and the team at Apple Autoglass, I was able to purchase the windows and install them on my own the day after my incident. I hope I never NEED to utilize their services in the future but if I do I wont hesitate to return. I would recommend Apple Autoglass very highly.

If you own a Subaru with EyeSight and have a cracked windshield, this is the company to use. They did a quality job installing the Subaru OEM windshield and then they take the car over to Wentworth Subaru to have the EyeSight cameras re-calibrated.

Apple came to my workplace and did the install on my Passat without a hitch. The process was a smooth as the glass they sell. Very reasonable price also in my opinion. This is the 2nd time I have called on Apple and will do so again if necessary. Easy internet scheduling also.

Pretty sure you shouldnt take your car anywhere else. My window shattered and I took it here, decided to have the motor replaced while I was at it--since it was broke anyway. Turned out being cheaper for the labor, window and motor than what I just paid for the motor last time I got it replaced. Very friendly people, told me what was in the hood to check out while I waited--which was not very long. Like any repair shop, you hope you never have to go back... but if I do, Im comin back here.

What a joke of a business. Went to drop off my car, the guy turned from sitting on the couch watching TV and finally got up to help me at the commercial. It was a replay of the Super Bowl, yes...the Seahawks win! Thats where it started to go downhill. They didnt ask for any ID or anything. I asked if I could get a claim ticket and the guy looked at me like Im crazy. I asked how they make sure that someone else doesnt try to pick up someones car. He then got the I just work here I cant do anything different attitude. He then started to get an attitude when I tried to explain why I wanted some kind of assurance that they wouldnt give me car to someone else.Seriously, so someone could just walk in off the street and ask for the gray Honda and pay the repair fee and walk out with someone elses car.
