Zero stars. Negative 10000000 stars. I paid for express shipping. He just drove by my house. Twice. Didnt even stop. As Im standing outside waiting for him. I even waved at him. Get a notification 5 seconds later unable to deliver. Im not even mad anymore. Just beyond disappointed that this is the service the American dollar buys these days. Once they have your money, you dont even exist.

Yet again, another package not delivered. 2 days in a row, FedEx has been unable to deliver. Today, the truck parked in front of my house and then left. I go outside, no package. Checked my camera… driver never left the drivers seat. Just played on his phone for 4 minutes. I called FedEx and was originally told they only do home deliveries Tues-Sun and that’s why it wasn’t delivered. Then when I stated their website shows home deliveries 7 days a week, he stated “oh yes it’s because of higher than normal delivery volume”. I mentioned the truck in front of my home for 4 minutes and he said it was a different truck. But he was unable to tell me the truck number that my package was on. It’s laughable how lazy the drivers are and the fact that FedEx doesn’t do anything to change it is just sad. I wish I could chose my delivery service when ordering from companies because I would NEVER chose FedEx.

I do not understand how workers can say there was an attempted delivery when there was not. I had medication over-nighted to me and intentionally stayed home all day, even taking the day off of work, in order to sign for the delivery. There was never even a FedEx truck on my street, no note on my door saying they attempted delivery, just a text update saying the delivery could not be completed. Now I have to pick it up on site because the customer service rep said they dont deliver on Saturdays. I also have to get it on my lunch break because I work during the locations business hours. I know the workers are probably overworked and undervalued, its just frustrating when a package with next day delivery happens to be medication and they lie about attempting delivery.

I avoid using fedex at all costs. And depending on what method your stuff is shipped they can or cant help you which is fairly stupid because its all one company and their systems should be integrated between ground and freight. They have no direct numbers to other departments or higher management. Customer service is piss poor. I normally choose to pay extra to choose my preference of shipping provider before having to deal with fedex.

Has awful fed ex ground drivers, specifically an older woman with brown/reddish hair who will wear it in a ponytail. Has also worn a bright green Fed Ex shirt. She cannot follow instructions or properly delivery a single package, just terrible.

I paid for overnight shipping at 11am on a Thursday. My tracking stated that it would get delivered by 12pm Friday, which then changed to end of day Friday. After 10pm I never received package. I call customer service, they apologize for delays and that my package is delayed, then proceed to tell me that it will not arrive until the next weekday (Monday) and that there is no way to make it delivered on Saturday. What a joke, I paid for a service, you couldn’t follow through, now I am left with out the item I needed on Friday. Outstanding!

Update: So i found my $250 basketball hoop a couple blocks over just dumped in a random driveway and again today they have delivered yet another package to a random house! You cant talk to anyone at the local Portage facility because they dont have a listed phone number! This is very frustrating! I looked on their app and my house isnt on there mapping system like it is on Google maps! This is ridiculous!FedEx is the worst delivery service ever especially in the Kalamazoo/Portage area, they can never find my house and routinely just drop my packages off at random houses! Ive never had this problem with U.P.S., the United States Postal Service or Amazon! They must find the dumbest people in the world to work for them! I try not to buy from anyone that uses that trash service!

The lady behind the counter was not the lady we usually get. We love the service usually however this afternoon the other lady was rude and I felt like walking out and coming back another day to pick up my package. Aweful that she would treat people like she did.

They have too much to do in the back and take a LONG time to come to the front. Then it’s all attitude because you interrupted whatever they are doing in the back. Why even have a front open? It’s clear the front counter is a last priority.

My package was estimated to be delivered April 22nd and then all of a sudden it went to pending and has been that way ever since. Why has my package been pending for almost 2 weeks when this facility is literally an hour away!?! And forget trying to actually talk to a human when you call to see whats going on because that wont happen. Absolutely the worst delivery service I have ever had to deal with! If I could make sure nothing I ordered went through FedEx I would!

This is the 3rd time FedEx have disappointed in their delivery service. I have been home all day. I hear no knock, nor doorbell ring. No attempt at all. I get a text saying sorry we missed you, you werent home. Ive been looking forward to this package and now I ha e to wait 2 more days to receive it. FedEx is a joke. Is UPS or Amazon, much better.

If I could give zero stars I would. Part was supposed to be delivered today and in True FedEx fashion delivery date changed. So now the repair went from being done today to sometime next month. Worst company for shipping. I dont understand why people still use this incompetent company.

FedEx consistently fails to deliver to my home, saying wrong address (its not) and never getting deliveries to me in time. Now that Im working from home and need things delivered here, Ive missed critical deadlines thanks to FedEx, and have had to sped extra money to reorder items from merchants who use other shipping options. UPS, USPS, heck even Doordash, Instacart, Jimmy Johns, everyone else delivers to me without an issue except for FedEx. Ive called each time, and have gotten no help or recourse. When I shop online now, I cancel my order if FedEx is the only shipping option. I wish things were different, but this has cost me too much time, money, and frustration.

Forgot to add my Apartment number to a package and they have given me 0 good directions on how to get it, every call is transferred to a random foreigner who knows nothing about the packages they are hoarding in the building. Why have a package delivery service if you just steal packages and blame me? Id sooner walk across the country to deliver something myself than to ever use FEDEX.Upon trying again and giving them all the information they asked for, they still said they can not send or give me my package. Package delivery? More like package thievery.

I work at the UPS Store in Battle Creek and I am the center manager. In the last 10 years since Ive been here, we have lots of delivery guys from Fedex that have come into the store that are friendly, polite and very professional. My complaint is for an older guy that comes to our store. In all of the years that hes come, his attitude and approach have been less than professional. As an example, He interrupts us when we are helping other customers, He has yelled at us for while we are in the course of doing business and just today as I was on an extremely important phone call, He yelled at me for not giving my full name. Ive been here 10 years and Hes been in here several times. Its amazing that He still doesnt know the name. Truly amazing Dave. I would appreciate a better attitude.

This is thee best FedEx shipping location in greater Kzoo. The employees act like theyre actually happy to help you, and they are open until 7 pm, unlike the other locations where their last pickup is at 5 pm. Thank you!

The Driver LIED: Stating 9:04 am, Delivery exception, KALAMAZOO, MI, Customer not available or business closed I was home, up since 7AM, sitting 20 feet away from the front door, Door bell works and is loud, No Knock on the door, No tag on the knob stating a delivery attempt was made. Conclusion the driver simply lied! This is not any way to run a business. I will pursue this in FedEx to a higher authority.

I was suppose to receive my package on a Saturday while my wife was home and I’m at work. Unfortunately for us when the driver arrived he neither got out to knock or even to see if we were home and mark our delivery as delivery exception which translates to no one home or business is closed. Good thing my wife was home watching through our front window as she recorded the whole thing. I contacted fedex just to be hung up on. I recalled talked to a manager who explained that the center had closed for the day and I would not be receiving my package till next business day. Worst experience and a waste of money and time. I will not ever be shipping through a company who doesn’t care about their customers again. Thank you!

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! With the claims of fast, reliable and customer quality service...you would think I could get my package. The warehouse wont hold the package for (states not set up for that). There will be only 3 delivery attempts...each while I will be at work and unable to sign for delivery. Even with this explained I received no help or satisfaction. What do I do???! I love paying for things the cant / wont be delivered. I am sure the BIG NATIONWIDE company I have made this purchase through will be happy to hear the company the promote is seriously lacking in the delivery, customer, and quality areas. Will advise all to use other means of shipping from this point forward

Tracking says delivery attempted but that is absolutely false. This happens about 1 of every 4 shipments from Amazon shipped through Fed Ex. Then was told they would get it back out and delivered today. That was a a lie, because later they said they cant do that. Hours wasted, waiting at work for a delivery that was never going to happen. I could have gone home and seen my family.

I order a package from Ohio FedEx text me and told me it would be here on Saturday, Friday i get a text saying it was in Michigan where i live Saturday morning I get a text saying it was sent back to Ohio where it came from and it would be here on Tuesday when i called to ask what the problem was the customer service representative told me to called back monday and he was hanging up on me because he did care i was just trying to find out what the problem was wow bad service and bad customer service

SPEEDING THROUGH OUR COMMUNITY! I tried calling to register a complaint about a driver going through our community at excessive speeds! If you call the 800 number you end up with a customer service person in the Dominican Republic who has no idea of how to help you and no idea of who to connect you with. When I looked for a local number to call, there were only drop off spots and they didnt seem to know where the drivers came from. So no one was of any help at all!

Absolutely the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with, and I have the misfortune of having to deal with them in a regular basis. Drivers always come up with lies and excuses of why they did not deliver the packages. The management there doesnt do anything, and the office in Kalamazoo doesnt even have a phone number, so no one there makes the drivers responsible.

Why is it that UPS and the US Postal Service can come right to my door but when I get a package from FedEx I have to play guess where the package is? I have had my FedEx packages delivered to the vacant house next door, the large flat rock 10 feet from the road behind my mailbox, and lately in the open barn 150 feet from the house sitting on the ground near a large garbage can? Why?
