If it’s specialty hardware do yourself a favor and order here🏆My mistake on the poor review, it was meant for a competitor of yours 😬 I wish we could have you as the supplier on all of our jobs.

Working with Tabitha Farnham has been great and she is very attentive to details and trying to be as proactive as possible. Doors/Frames/Hardware is a very detailed and often convoluted division. One issue I have run into (not with Tabitha) is receiving hardware in general and upon inventorying/install coming across missed items or incorrect pieces causing delays. This seems to be across the board with other D/F/H suppliers as well. All in all I have had good experience so far.

The staff in the Kalamazoo branch has always helped me find what I need in the timeframe that I need. If they dont have it they help me find the most efficient and timely way to keep my customers happy.
