Purchased bay window two years ago. The windows do not open and close with one person. Another person has to push the window closed from the outside for it to close completely. I tried calling them to repair and they said it would cost a service fee when it only closed with one person the first year of having it conveniently after the one year warranty. Their customer service is poor, unfriendly, and unprofessional. My 20 year old bay window closes with one person, you would think my two year old bay window would have lasted longer. Do not recommend. I left a two star because at least the actual glass of the window is holding strong.

Pella replaced my lower level 1980s sliding patio door. Wow what a difference it made on keeping my lower level of a tri-level home warm. Wasnt cheap but was well worth the price. Our door has the built in blinds and we love them. Everything has a high end look. The installers were great!
