Pump was acting funny took a while for it to accept card. It wouldnt give receipt had to walk in. The line was long and seemed like the employees were struggling behind the counter..

Walked across the street from the Days Inn to check last weeks lottery tickets(I only buy for Friday/Saturday draws cannot afford twice a week. Remember when they were only a dollar)and get some for this week. Ft. Wayne tickets purchased have only yielded 3 free tickets.in the past month. Lottery picks needed a change of scenery so I decided on Lukes in Portage, IN. (Family gathering)

Its just a gas station, but the price was $2.53 which was 36¢ less than the marathon across the street. Bathrooms were clean, and apart from that its a normal convenience store.

The car wash is terrible. The soap doesnt get rinsed off enough before the dryers start, leaving soap smeared down the side of the car.

No air pump for tires

This place was a dump. This gas station has about three dozen or more pumps and half were out of order. The ones that did work, the card readers on them were broken and taped over. One pump had a broken hose laying on the ground. I turned around and headed further down the highway to find a safer, cleaner, and fully functional gas station.

Luke are great! They have great coffee, foods & Shake. Prices are good to, my wife enjoy the cappuccinos from Lukes the best in the area. Employees are friendly and helpful! Keep up the great work Lukes!

Be careful when stopping here for gas. When you use your credit card at the pump. They have set the pumps to automatically choose PREMIUM gas ANYTIME AND EVERYTIME you use your credit card at the pump. This was confirmed by the cashier. Go inside to pay using credit card. DONT GET SCAMMED.

Very clean gas station with a LARGE convenience store. Prefect place to stop off and top up.

This is just a gas station, but its so much more to me. I always go there with friends and get some candy and drinks.

Store is very clean and well organised. The employees are always nice and respectful. I just prefer family express stores and rewards better.

Surprisingly clean gas station. The bathrooms were not dirty at all, and I didnt feel bad at all after leaving them.Oh, and there are a million flavors of sushies. Its worth stopping for one!

Best cappuccino in town. They follow the rules ..they ID me for cigarettes every single day...which means no minors are getting away with smoking !!

This is a place I will miss Im from Florida and was here the last 2 days the meatloaf and pulled pork sandwiches were the best and I cant get over the freeze drinks they tasted just as stated the banana was great the employees were great with there customer service today thanks if all gas stations could take your store as an example then a lot of stores would have more 5 Star reviews thanks again we need your kind in florida and everywhere else in the United States great experiance

The Lukes at 149 & 20 has the lowest gas prices around here. They also have great food and friendly service. Open till 11pm, I just wish they were 24hrs store! Sometimes you get a craving for a treat or need to stop for gas at night.

Go for the Noble Romans Pizza and bread sticks.

Ive been at this station twice now, its usually pretty busy because its off I-94 East of Chicago. The problem is no matter how busy it is they will not open a 2nd cashier and the lines can back up 15-20 customers deep. Maybe an extra 10 minutes doesnt mater to some but it does to me plus I hate standing in a line to check out. Other than that its a nice clean station

Car wash is the main reason I go here. I like the $5 cost and the speed at which the line moves, if there is a line. Gas price is normally average IF YOU GET A CAR WASH. Plus they sell food!

October 6 at 5pm the manager told me to shut while she let an older white lady tell her to call the police on me while she drove away with free gas cause I said the wrong pump number by mistake. The police came which he never said anything to me or question me and the manager was order to give me my $10 in gas cause I did nothing wrong. The manager a caucasian woman which was was working the register at the time was very rude from the start to me who is a pprofessional blk male that been working at the post for 20yrs and also severed in the United States Navy. Portage got a history of racist people and I feel this manager does not deserve that position. Her customer service is terrible. If I was wrong the police would have detained me. Instead the manager let another caucasian woman leave with free gas but called the police on me which I prepaid for gas but would not honor my purchase.

Was a lovely.

It was slushy in their parking lot. I came out of the building after paying because the card reader at the pump wasnt working. I turned around to go back in and slipped on the blue handicapped square on the ground and went straight down and my elbow jabbed me in the ribs . Still sore today because they didnt put salt down. My shoes have rubber soles.

Another place in Portage I try to avoid. The staff there can be rude and are just are there not helpful at all. I go to family express which is out of way than this place.
