Love the service ... Which was very fast and yet very polite and very delious and reasonably priced. Loved when i go to this mall i dont leave without buying it.

Good coffee. BUT the servers NEED to wear gloves and either a hair net or tie their hair back. The two guys that just waited on us kept messing with their hair while making our order. And handled money without washing their hands. Thats nasty!!

Ive gone here for about 3 or 4 years ago and I love it. I prefer their coffee over anything from Starbucks or Biggbys! The staff are pretty good, yeah they sometimes talk a bit too much with each other but you almost always get what you ordered within 5-10 minutes. Theyre really nice for the most part and if you are wanting to try something new theyll help you choose a drink thats too your liking.

I don’t really like coffee so I ordered the white chocolate chip I thought it was a cookie But it was a drink it had no coffee and tasted delicious!

Very nice place in the mall to sit and enjoy many of the drinks they offer. The staff was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions about the drinks they had. I had never been here before and they helped me pick a drink that was delicious! I also got a cookie and that was very good as well and very big!

The most unprofessional bunch of employees I’ve ever seen. Just running around yelling and making fun of customers. I decided to opt out of getting anything after seeing this behavior on 12/22/2019.

Absolutely great coffee. Many selections not offered by Biggby or Starbucks. Used to go to Gloria Jeans when I lived in California years ago and was glad to find at least one in Michigan when I moved here. Saw another one getting ready to open soon. Hope more pop up in other areas as theyre coffee is worth making a trip for.

I prefer chillers. Some of the cashiers obviously hate life and others are pleasant. People or job, you decide. The drinks are usually good but sweet.

12:53 on 6/21/2019: incredibly rude lady was sitting and playing on her phone on the counter. I walked up and stood there while she sat her butt on the counter. She did not greet me. Just avoided my gaze. I had to ask if they were open. The two guys were also very rude. I’m from out of town and this is right by a mall entrance. Really? This is the type of people you employ? Unacceptable.

One of my favorite places to get coffee, especially their espresso drinks and frappe variations. Such a shame that I can only ever find them in malls, would totally frequent a stand alone location if given the chance. The sizes here are waaay bigger than Starbucks or Biggby, so you get a lot more for your buck. And the staff is super friendly, I talked for a good ten minutes with a very kind young man on the register before I even ordered. I cant do a trip to the mall without stopping here, no matter how speedy I intend to be.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Even though I dont actually like coffee, I always stop by when Im in the mall for their wonderful assortment of chillers!

Good coffee service when they remember your order and arent busy talking to each other so much they forgot youre even there.

First, the girls were friendly and the drinks were good. The large is a lot larger than a Starbucks or Biggby.Second, their long hair was everywhere! Touching the equipment and hanging in front of them touching the product. One of the girls hair drug across someone whip, ew! Then they were complaining loudly how little they were paid and talking about customers loudly in front of others. I have never experienced such oblivious humans.This could be a great shop, with the right employees. The employees don’t take any pride in in being employees of Gloria Jeans Coffee.

They are inconsistent, one day the coffee is great the next day its made by someone else and it tastes completely different and gross...they need to learn how to make the drinks and do it the same way every time so you know what youre going to get

Just left Gloria Jeans. Very disappointed! Every thing we tried to order.....they couldnt make as they were out of the ingredients needed. This is what they are supposed to do.....make specialized coffee drinks.......how can they run out of carmel and chocolate among other things at a coffee shop

Always love the chocolate mint bomb! Best mint n chocolate iced drink out of all the coffee places and love how the esspresso in the chocolate explosion wasnt bitter, favorite coffee place!

Being from California I was static to see this place open. Great service and coffee.

The drinks were ok nothing to write home about. German Chocoalte Cold Brew looked nothing like the picture but that is normal. The conversation behind the counter from the staff was not appropriate.

They were out of chai. Staff were very young and inexperienced and not attentive.
