Went to biggbys on Westnedge by main street and Jimmy johns. Their very nice and pretty fast even at 7am...good job ladies

I love this coffee shop. The employees are always nice and very fast. Theyve never messed up my order. The drive-through situation is a little funky. Because the drive-thru is shared between two businesses, you have to be careful not to accidentally block any space for the other business.

The best chai latte and service the girls there are so amazing on portage road in portage.

Went to get a medicine bomb at 8 because location says they’re open until 9 and they were closed extremely disappointed with this location

Coffee, hard to mess up. Line can move exceptionally slow tho. Juan Valdez must not get around until 9 or so.

This Biggby has a very friendly staff. I always look forward to a trip here.

The first time I went was great, but today I went and waited on the dot 32 minutes to get my coffee. They messed up my order and then i told the cashier and she wasnt the most polite about it. Then i added a bagel on and I waited at the window for an extra 7 minutes. They gave a bagel I didnt even order too.

Ya know I’m not going to recommend you go any early than noon. These rag-less women were so rude let me tell you they need some caffeine or some..... yea

If you like a little coffee in your syrup then this is thee spot. 🙄No criticism of the crew that works here whatsoever, the product itself is just not really my cup of Joe. I dont like Starbucks a whole Hell of a lot, either. The price isnt quite right, imho.But its always clean when I stop in. The layout is super cozy. I like the colors of the interior.The crew arent rude or anything. Im sure anything ordered could be made to customer specifications.

Friendly staff, and I like that this location repeats your order back when they hand it to you (this is not standard for all Biggbys). Im diabetic, and absolutely require sugar-free syrups in my lattes. The sugar-free mocha sauce at Biggby tastes so good that its sometimes difficult to tell whether or not the batista got your order correct; Ive had issues at the Gull Road location, but never here.I higy recommend the iced sugar-free mocha mocha latte, but beware: this is not a low-calorie drink. 😀

If you like lattes that taste more like coffee than the flavor then this is a great coffee shop for you. Im one of those heathens who like more sugar and flavor than coffee so theyre lattes always taste to strong to me. But theyre frozen drinks are great and with an added shot of flavor the hot lattes are great.

I started going to biggbys when I was in college so about 10 years. the quality has not changed still the best as ever. Its also a great meeting spot or a good study spot.They also have great food anywhere from cookies or brownies to sandwiches.

I love this place! Love the coffee and the people who work here! Its so cozy and the coffee is amazing. Their donuts are good or at least thats what the kids say haha. But the bagels and muffins are to die for!

Whether its to grab n go or to sit and enjoy the atmosphere while doing some work, I love the local feel of Biggby. Their specialty drinks are always a treat and their selection of regular coffees are just as wonderful to try. I would choose Biggby over other chains any day!

Ive only been a few times but they make really good lattes.

While I was deciding whether to give the restaurant 4 or 5 stars, I noticed I had received a mocha on ice, while I had wanted a blended ice mocha. It was a simple miscommunication that the cashier was ready to fix, when the owner came over and said he wouldnt exchange my drink. To be fair, I came in to redeem my the free birthday drink coupon; but being my birthday, and being a new customer, I had expected better service and a better attitude from the owner of the establishment. Its unfortunate that I wont be returning to an otherwise good place.

Biggby is always amazing and service is always top notch. Ive never been disappointed at any location Ive patronized, and will continue to support this wonderful, Michigan company.

Rude girls behind the counter. Made a smart remark when I left with my beverage because they knew I was not happy. I waited about 10 minutes too long because they felt the need to make the drinks for the 2 customers behind me first instead of mine. Will not be back. So disappointing.

I went in for the 1.99 grande coffee. She never told me my total and just charged my giftcard. I assumed I got the deal. Then when I realized it was wrong she told me I was supposed to tell her about it. But I never heard my total until after I was charged. I felt it was sneaky and she refused to change it after. They were honestly rude about the whole thing acting like I was dumb for not knowing- when I just assumed it was a store wide deal.

They have great coffee, always in the best spots.

The owner in front of me, a paying customer, was insulting his staff and calling them stupid. My drink was fine but I don’t like ever supporting such vile, childish behavior. There is never a need to treat employees like that. DO NOT SUPPORT RAJ OR ANY OF HIS BUSINESSES. These poor employees do not need to be abused like this. DISGUSTING!

This is my absolute favorite coffee spot in all of Kalamazoo. Every time I go in, I get a large black coffee. The coffee is never burnt, and thermos kept to keep it fresh. Though my favorite part of my entire Biggby experience is the staff. Theyre always so friendly and the customer service is outstanding. The best way to start my work day is to go grab a coffee from this wonderful staff.Thanks again Biggby of South Westnedge, we will be seeing you soon!

Everything is pretty good, except the toaster.. Who wants a warm un-toasted ham and cheese bragel..? There is absolutely no crunch to it. The other biggby across from Meijer has way better Bragels! Fix it and youll be rockin
