Visited to get some nice clothes for my grandmother. Couldn’t help but overhear an employee making ableist jokes to other coworkers. I heard another co worker call him John if that’s correct. Horrible service, will not return!

Not too impressed with their store credit only with returns but Ive supported this cause for as long as I can remember now and have never returned anything until today. Thankfully the store manager was willing to work with me and I did receive my money back for a tool kit that came with a broken charger and without a charging cord. It is a non profit and donated goods they sell in their stores , usually items of value for pennies on the dollar, so I get it. Store credit for returns allows them to still make and keep the cash they collect for payment. But lets bear one thing in mind Goodwill, some of us donate because we respect the cause, but we cant always afford to spend that extra 20 or 30 dollars for items we arent sure about on a quality aspect and rather than assume a customer is aware of your return policy and ok with it, maybe you should post an in-store notice concerning said policy on returns, and ask them checkout stations to verbally make customers aware prior to handing over a cash payment. I found the needle in the needle stack. Not needle in a haystack because that would be easy to find. But to find a needle a certain needle in a needle stack.. this place has it all, friendly service, wide selection of clean clothes, meaning its rare that youll find one with a stain. Plenty of toys and trinkets as well as all your Halloween decorating needs!

The store was not as organized as usual. The clothes were not as neatly color coordinated as before. I did find several cute tops though.😊

Its always a fun treasure hunt at Goodwill. Plus the employees are so friendly & fun.

Nice selection of merchandise. Decently priced. One thing that could be improved upon is....Have a backup cashier available when the checkout line backs up. I have seen this more than once. My time waiting is equally important to me. FYI. That would be a big improvement.

The prices are very high. Nothing cheaper than 99 cents and thats a very very small plastic bowl. Never go there again. Was looking for some books but hardly any there.

Really need to clean out there old merchandise. Prices are higher than they should be. Been to much better goodwill stores. This one is my least favorite.

I buy good pictures frames for dirt cheap, cant pass up a great deal like that..

Items with a dollar tree TAG were $1.99 to 7.99 I couldnt stop laughing

They were having technical difficulties with registers but handled it well, including getting ready to do transactions by hand if they werent able to get them working quickly. Good job!

Great store, nice and clean. Most of the staff is nice and friendly. For the managment team none of them are nice. They like say things about the customers. All they care about is numbers. Get to know your employees and customers. It will go a long way down the road. Smile and be happy.

This all sounds great right? Well yes until all those years of work unravels in front of you because you chose to actually help the customers and other employees.Let me explain! As an employee working the register how would you handle a assisted living customer being a dime short for their purchases? Most would give them the dime out of their own pocket (since they have been a dedicated shopper for as long as you can remember) rather than letting them decide which item to put back. Well not at Goodwill, do you know this is classified as fraud in their eyes! Or how about a register being off by a few cents and putting your own money out of your pocket in to cover it? Seems harmless right, No again in their eyes this is also fraud. Now I have looked up the definition of this term Fraud and I come up with wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain. I do not see helping a customer in need being for personal gain or by giving personal money to cover a minor shortage as a personal gain either.How can a company so largely know for Helping people in need and Contributing to communities label their staff who have been helping and working faithfully for more than A decade with fraud for these simple acts of kindness and terminate their employment? It does make you wonder if age discrimination comes into play or maybe its the cost and you feel you can hire new staff at a lesser blow to your pocket? Well let me tell you I am appalled by this and will no longer support your company. I truly hope people will find out how your business truly is and question their dedication as well.

Something for everybody and for great prices! I have been here many times, often find high end clothes and shoes at unbelievable prices. Used clothing is such a bargain and this Goodwill has a great selection. Clothes for all sizes, all styles. And not just clothes, but many housewares, books, games, purses, shoes, electronics, and more!

I used to shop here 2 or 3 times a week. But about 2-3 years ago management changed and staff left. Now I only go about 1 time a month if that. Cant find any good bargains, all the prices have gone up too. I think they forget that these items come to them for free.

Always love this store. Very clean but the prices are above and I have been in. Cannot use your point card anymore either. Dont know but it sounds a little greedy to me. Other Good wills have the coor of the day 50% off. This store only 2 days a week.

One of the workers came up to me and accused me of shoplifting boots!!! He came up to me and rudely accused me. If youre going to do that, you better be 100% sure. No apology. Will be reporting to corporate.

Disappointed that they are now pricing items based on the brand of clothing. There were two pairs of Adidas shorts that I liked - one was priced at $4.99 and one at $5.99. I asked why they were priced so high and she said it was because of the name brand. The other non-name brand shorts were priced at $3.99. So instead of making $7.98 on the two pairs of shorts that I liked (if they had them priced at $3.99 like the rest of the shorts,) they made $0 because I felt it was overpriced for used clothing. Maybe its just me, but for getting the items donated to them, pricing the items higher based on the label on the clothing seems a bit greedy.

It was extremely overpriced, as well as very cluttered, there was simply too much, most of which was junk. There seemed to be no sense of organization, it was very overwhelming and hard to look at items. I would rather go to St. Vinnys any day.

Left most of my furniture in Florida when I moved to Wisconsin. At these prices Ill be able to refurnish my new home without breaking the bannk. (:

Prices fairly high for a thrift store, sometimes even higher then reg stores! only clothes ever on sale, unlike other thrifts who either have much lower prices or have bag sales or color tags half price each month on all items not just clothes.... not much selection of electronics and only a few days to return if dont work - so if live out of town careful with electronics - bought several items didnt work, couldnt get back in time and out quite a bit as i said compared to other thrifts... recommend rainbow shoppe - very low prices, or st vinneys who have half price color each month across board.. also small one in montello very cheap and periodic sales as well as berlin thrift has bag sale each month.....

Prices seem to be getting higher. A toy from dollar tree they have $1.99 on it. Other dollar tree stuff is marked over from the price.

Isles are shoulder width , If you are at all concerned about covid this isnt the place for you . Stuff is thrown on top of stuff. It is a lot of junk in electronics, it may have been in a box but now its all over the place. People have no boundaries here, they will reach over you to grab something on the shelf next to you vs waiting one G.D second.

Clean and some what organized. Some stuff is broken and one desk has mouse turds in it and black mold.
