When I entered the store it was about 13 minutes to the store closing. All the employees seem to be stocking when I asked a question one girl took off in a different direction I asked another co-worker a question they told me they didnt know what I was talking about and they didnt know where the product was and walked away I think its quite sad that no one wants to work if everyone was to start feeling like this everything will be shut down we need to start being more understanding more positive and patient this world is going down

It was so sad to go in there and see at least twenty people waiting to use the self check out and only one cashier.Thank goodness for the pharmacy that is very efficient

One of the better Walmarts around. The store is located in a nice location and has plenty of parking. Almost everything and anything you want is available here.The prices are always the best here and beats out all competitors in that category. There are always amazing deals on clothes, shoes, electronics etc.The Bakery has some of the best selection of desserts which is highly underated.All the social distancing measures are being taken into consideration. Its our go to place for shopping.

I am here often at the Shaver location to grab necessities for restaurant and home use while over in Portage because the store is so much more pleasant and well-stocked than the horrifying one on 9th street much closer to my home. Despite issues created by crummy shoppers stealing stuff (boo) throwing items wherever they feel like and the poor, overworked staff working at 2000% to try to clean up after people that act like savages, this store/location is still my go-to.I commend them for trying very hard to get and keep this store from looking like it has been looted post-apocalypse.a plea to consumers out there: please act like the adults you *should* be and, at the very least, put items you dont wish to buy back where they belong and dont take anything you have no intention of paying for. Your actions affect so many more people than you realize.Okay, off of my soapbox. Thanks, kids.

Walmarts good for a quick grab of household items or to cash a check.

Shopping at Walmart is always good. You find the things you need but then as an added bonus you also, find things you dont need but really want. Great place

Vacationing from Florida to Indiana travelled up to Michigan ended up at this Walmart in our travels. Some items were out of stock some items are continuously going up in price. Overall store personnel was helpful and the cash out was it painless experience

This is the worst I have seen any Walmart The store is trashed.....! The( manager) must have ran it thrift shop before this place Ive never seen anything like this in a Box store, Instead it looks like B&G outlet down in 3 rivers and for a moment thats where I thought I was.( Wow! ) Cant believe (management ) would allow a store to get like this! Will not be going back to Walmart ever again! MEIJERs here i come. With a store being this unsanitary I feel that it is actually a danger for public health with covid-19 issues everywhere.

I was looking for a floor fan. Google listing indicated in stock.I called number for pick ups and it rang several times.I called back and chose option to speak with associate. After several rings the call was answered. I ask associate about floor fan, inquiring if in store to pick up.She put me on hold.. after 3 minutes I hung up. Purchased such at different store.

This Walmart was neat and organized. Very easy to find things you needed and very helpful staff. An employee went out of his, way to see if I needed anything and thanked me for shopping there. You dont get service like that where I live! Keep it up kzoo!

Fight Club aka Walmart seriously needs to do better all around. This place is a joke and I seriously try to avoid this place at all cost. Since moving to Michigan I stopped shopping at Fight Club because there are better options and less of the hassle you get with the employees who seriously dont care.

99% of the time their pharmacy area carries more things than other store pharmacy areas. Which is crucial for my husband. He has certain items that he can only buy here. We also like the selection of food, automotive and school supplies. Went in for pharmacy and automotive this last visit and found Chemical Guys products. I have had to order most of the products over the last two years but now I can just pick up at Walmart!

Pretty good store. Self scan is the best way to get in and out quickly. Most associates are really friendly and helpful.

Everything youd expect from a store that encourages grown bearded men to shop while wearing SpongeBob pajamas. Camping/sporting goods area needs to stock tent/tarp stakes and this here review hits 5 stars.

My favorite store. Sometimes the water isle is completely wiped out, though. But, I just feel comfortable and I love their selections.

We ordered a pickup for 6pm. Arrived at 6, waited until about 7 to be told hey they lost your order, so we can either cancel it or we can repick it after all the 7pm pick ups keep in mind this happened with the charge Already pending on our account. Never coming back to shaver Rd again.

Everything was a mess, no employees around. Literally heaping piles of clothes everywhere. The other sections of the store werent any better. We left and spent our money elsewhere.

A few times I found what I was looking for on a completely different isle, great idea for those of us who forgot👍

Need more checkouts. Self checkout line was backed up down the aisle with one cashier to manage all the scanners that were very glitchy. Only one checkout lane open. I ended up helping customers who had never used self checkout before the wait was too long for checkout lane. The water dispenser is located at the front of store instead of in grocery? I had to ask 3 differant employees where it was and the first one said she didnt know she wasnt punched in yet. As you can see the dispenser was dirty with nothing but trash on the shelves. I only went to this Walmart because it was on my way home from Kalamazoo. Was really missing my Three Rivers Walmart today!

The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. I rarely ever shop here, but if youre looking for Nintendo Switch games, this is the place to get them. Theyre anywhere from $5-10 cheaper here than Meijer/GameStop or really any other retail store.

Looking for a childs life jacket.In Portage, there was alot to choose from.About 3/4 of them were on the floor.Parts of the store were in good order. Other parts were not. Overall, a good experience.

Store is pretty clean for the most part. Not enough stock on lots of items for a Supercenter.Could use more self-checkouts since the lanes are always empty of employees. There were four employees talking while both self-checkouts were backed up. I didnt bother to wait and Im glad i dont shop here often.

Good bakery thats really clean and the employees are clean and they wear PPE. The marketside / Walmart Guaranteed Fresh products are rotated frequently and theres always stuff in reduced. Nobody cares about the rest, its a Walmart lol the customers run it.

All of their checkouts went down so i had a full cart with 5 kids to checkout with in self checkout. Needless to say, i spent $400 in the store and qas not serviced with any type of courtesy help whatsoever even as my child was having a meltdown. I love walmart generally but last night was a terrible experience.

The drive up pickup for groceries is never ready. Always have to wait 1 to 2 hours after the appointment time. Not at all happy.

They had no cashier to check us out, I went to service desk to request one she said thats all we have . I had to get a extra cart and use it to go threw a20 item or less check out. I wont be going back until they get the service issues straightened out. God supply was good

Shelves are not stocked, employees are difficult to find, and when you do find one they are not prepared to assist you. Long line in checkouts, but hey the floors are clean right.

Absolutely no carts at the main end, I mean none. People working there are not always polite , it seems like youre always out of things that are common buys (even before pandemic). The lady working at the check out was very nice and on the ball.

Wal-Mart bottle return is never maintained.The machine readers are rarely if ever cleaned so they are inefficient at receiving returnables it waste a a lot of time having to present the same container 5 or 6 times...Very disappointing and frustrating...Maintain your equipment!.its a simple business procedure.

The store needs to pay its employees better.

It sucked. Shelves all torn apart. 15 lanes only 2 lanes open. Stood in line for 1/2 hr or more. Cashier was only pleasant thing about the visit.

Meat section smells horrible. Produce section has alot of rotten food.

As long as you go to self check out everything is ok.. employees are not always available to check you out. Some of employees are rude best to go early

I really want to thank the bearded gentleman working in the Sporting Goods department Saturday, who went to the trouble to go to the stockroom and pull a boxed bike from the back. The shelves were totally cleared for adult bikes, and I didnt have any hope that the online stock listed was correct. He found the bike I was looking for and brought it around front in a box for me on a handcart. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Very busy because of the holiday. The checkouts moved along nicely though.

Was better when it was not a Super Center. Some items are now locked up. There are some gates that prevent you from leaving. The return counter often is under staffed. Double or triple IDing for alcohol or cough medicine. (Meaning, whomever is near me at checkout.) There are some pros but this place is avoided at all costs for me. Only go if I have to.

Overall happy. I try to go on none busy days in the week. Weekends or friday can be a zoo. More lanes should be open and thats where they ate lacking. Typically clean bathrooms. Clean facility with stocked items as they are able to. Always check your prices. Items are not always where they need to be.

This place looks like a tornado hit it ! Rotten lettuce , empty shelves, looks like a thrift store that has seen better days . After seen most things I needed were out of stock I just left my cart and walked out. The health department will have to have a look.

Store is kept very clean. Smaller store, so some limitations on proucts/variety, but overall good selection.

They are rude! They refuse to listen, or check items - over charged for several items without checking the actual price on the shelf. And for Walmart pickup they are the worst - say items are not there when you walk in the store and they are on the shelves. They are the worst Walmart I have ever been to.

Employees were very helpful. It was a pleasant experience.

They talk about the Coronavirus but they heard everyone into two locations so everybody can meet if one has it everybody gets it.

Items rang up with prices higher than labeled on the shelf. Since there were no individual lashes, I wasted 15 minutes waiting for a manager to check into this to be told that I could but the items for the price that was coming up on the register ($8 higher than the label). Guess I will go back to Target where I havent had this issue before.

Absolutely nothing in the clothing section is organized. They literally only had some little kid bikes, and hadnt even ordered any for adults... I had a hard time finding things bcuz they were put in some wierd place.

They could literally care less to help you even when they’re not busy, had one employee just yesterday practically ignored new and play in their phone. Couldn’t even be bothered to direct me to the right place.

Had a few groceries I needed. But didnt have cup holders or long neck rear view mirrors I really need.

You can always find anything that you are looking for they also have a wonderful website that you can order online and have sent to whichever location you choose and they have a great selection of fruit and vegetables
