Natalie was AMAZING!! Professional, nice, and CAREFUL! She really searched hard to find the products to accommodate my needs and went above and beyond my expectations! I was able to get a a very well performed and INFORMED makeover by Natalie and I thank her so much for doing so! Most importantly I am very thankful for her expertise on my new skin care products for my dry skin! I struggle with dry skin but also acne and she helped me find wonderful products for my dry skin repair and coverage needs that make my skin look it’s best! She did my eyeshadow to show me application tips for using an Anastasia Palette I already have at home. My full look looked amazing when she was finished and I felt very informed on the products and benefits! I was able to purchase most of the products she introduced me to on my $100 budget and will definitely be coming back for the rest!! Thank you SO MUCH Natalie!!!!! This girl deserves some serious recognition!

Shayna has made me love Sephora even more than I already did! She is so knowledgeable and friendly, I have new products I LOVE, foundations that match perfectly and I won’t shop anywhere else.

Helpful and pleasant service

They have a lot of options for makeup but the space is so cramped that you can knock over displays very easily if youre not careful. also, no matter what brand I try, I find that everything is of the same quality that you can get from a generic store. the only difference is that the price is about 3x more than other places. the cheapest eyeliner is 8$, the cheapest lipstick I could find was 22$, and the skincare products can easily be over 35$ for one little bottle of something.

I bought a pallet for my friend for Christmas and found out she already had it. It was past the return date, So I just asked if I could return it for store credit. She said there was nothing they could do. Terrible experience overall
