They did a really great job on my alternator, and while doing the work also found my serpentine belt was about to break, so they replaced that as well. The service was quick, it was done in a few hours, and open on Saturday too, so i was able to get my car in without it interfering with my job. Very happy with this place- they really know what theyre doing.😎

I went in for an oil change and brake inspection. They told me my rear pads and rotors needed replacing, as well as full replacement of front struts. Brought the car back later for the repairs and they called me to tell me that they just noticed the front pads and rotors also needed replacing. All repairs done, I paid about $1800, and when I got the car back the alignment was off. This week I found two loose bolts sitting at the base of my windshield under the hood, left by one of the mechanics. Seems sketchy

BLATANT BAIT & SWITCH - AVOID!!!I scheduled an oil change appointment to take advantage of their $ 24.99 Road Ready offer. Walked in and NOPE! - No Conventional oil and I could get semi or full synthetic at $60 plus. They could have informed me of that when I made the appointment but I guess they prefer to viscously up-sell.AND NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY! I walked out and will never be frequenting a Midas location again.Update! Posted a review on their website and guess what - they dont post or acknowledge poor reviews - what a surprise!

Tried to have me have work done I didnt want to the tune of $1300 when what I was quoted was $400. After an unpleasant experience, Paul made it right and the work is fine. Not impressed with their dependence on customers being the ones responsible for communication within their own ranks. Or the fact that I felt pressured to do more work and pay more.

Took my wifes jeep to Midas to get the exhaust fixed. They only replaced the muffler for $359. What? I paid it. Now she has a exhaust leak and it sounds worse now than before. Long story short Ive taken it in there 2 times and it still isnt fixed. Im done with Ken and the Midas gang!

- Claims to only carry synthetic 5W-20- Claims a new tie rod is needed albeit there are absolutely no symptoms of a bad one at allBoth done when my wife brought her car in for an oil change. I imagine I would have been told differently if I had brought it in. Midas are notorious for taking advantage of women who are unfamiliar with mechanics. The low-tier mechanics even laughed when she said she would take care of it.

They are thorough and priced fair. My car is a bit gross after they work on it, but I suppose thats the tradeoff!

When my muffler came loose and I had to tie it up with the drawstring from my sweatshirt I was overly satisfied with the service from this Midas location. It was wet and sleeting and cold and they had me fixed up in 10 minutes back on the road. It cost way less than I thought and all the employees were pleasant and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do. You have set the bar high for all orher Midas locations and all other repair shops in general. Thank you!

Worst car repair place in Kalamazoo. There pretty much a combination of people who are trying to rip you off and also don’t know how to fix your car. My suggestion is go with with a family owned or small place rather then a big chain they just want money and the majority of people who take their car in to get repaired don’t know what the hell the repair place is talking about, so they just tell you whatever they want. It’s hard these days but avoid Midas and other big chains and try to find someone honest.

Fair prices and good business. The manager seems to take on a lot of responsibility which can lead to a slight feeling of coldness towards the customer. But overall great place to take your vehicle, they will work with you.

Made an appointment for an oil change. Got right in and they were done within 15/20 minutes. Great customer service. Will be going back for sure.

The shop figured it out quickly, offered a fair price, and gave me a call when everything was done. Great service, willing to walk me through what was needed and show me the issue to give confidence this was the right fix. Overall I was very satisfied.

Had a burned out headlight. Bought the bulb from auto zone. They told me that in order to change it the front bumper has to come off. They recommended that I go to Midas. Got to Midas and fortunately they took the time to figure it out. They were able to change it without taking off the front bumper which saved me a lot of time and money. Very professional and friendly staff. Brian Rowlson,the general manager was exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend Midas to everyone. I will definitely be going back as needed.

Visited the westnedge store to have my snow tires mounted.. And they refused my service, said the tire was too old.. There is nothing wrong with the tire! Then he offered to sell me one.. Obviously this place is more about making a buck, than customer service. The Good Year Across the street mounted it for me, and when I need a tire in the future, I will be going to Good Year! 20$ and 30 mins, done.. No hassles

I had some exhaust problems with my Jeep. I dealt with Ken, the shop manager who was very kind and professional.They fixed my problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. The shop is clean and the technicians are talented.I usually work on my own vehicles, but this involved welding which I cant do....very pleased with the results. They fixed exactly what I wanted them to do with no upselling.Very pleased with their quick and efficient service. I highly recommend them.Edit:. Took my vintage Trans Am there for an exhaust problem. They just welded a busted pipe back on. 68 bucks!! Great deal with no pressure or upselling. Fantastic job on the fix. Ken once again took care of me.

I Do not recommend going here...I called before hand to ask about prices and they sounded great. However, when I arrived, they “test drove” the car...? All I was trying to do was get my break pads changed. As a result they insisted that one of my headlights has gone out even though I JUST had it changed (AND checked both my headlights before I arrived.)! After they told me what needed to be done, they stood around and did nothing. Now, I’m not a mechanic but I don’t think there is much that is required that involves standing around and wasting more of the customers time and MONEY.I do Not recommend.

Awesome Service, Fixed the resonator on my Malibu Maxx with a part I had already bought and now it sounds Amazing. Found and Fixed a Rear Wheel Bearing on my Ford Explorer that had been a problem for months. The Wheel bearing was so bad it was about to fall off and countless of other auto shops missed it. Now the Explorer is driving like a champ again all Thanks to Midas! Love your Service and will refer everyone to you!

Just your run of the mill scamcanics. Needed a 27 dollar lower radiator hose installed on my girlfriends Ford taurus, I was at work 80 miles away and she was stranded. Charged 103 for an hour labor 90 dollar upcharge for the part and 70 dollars for coolant to a total of 260 dollars. Joke of a place

I bought a used Mazda Miata off of Craigslist last week, with an aftermarket midpipe and muffler which rattled. I looked under the car yesterday (not on jackstands), and could have sworn that one of the exhaust hangers was broken. Took it in to have it welded, it turned out that the previous owner who installed the exhaust just forgot to attach the one exhaust hanger. They slipped it back on, and didnt charge me a dime.While I typically do my own mechanical work (except for welding, I cannot weld), I would have no qualms about going back to them in the future for anything beyond my ability to do.

Brought car in to check ac....they stole my freon saying I didnt need it as my ac was broken and charged me 65 bucks to steal it. Then wanted to charge me over a thousand dollars to get it fixxed. Took it to another shop and it cost me half as much.
