Mike (the owner), and Ryan were amazing! We found an Explorer online and went in for a test drive. We ended up loving the car and making our purchase. We did take the car to a mechanic and found to very minor issues, so we brought it to Mikes attention and he offered for us to bring it in and figure out what they could do. Well we went to pick up the car and expected to pay something (labor or parts) but to our surprise the total was $0. They fixed it and the car is perfect. A small dealership who stands behinds their cars is EVERYTHING! There are high end cars, mid range and definitely some you can afford on a budget, so if youre looking definitely give them a chance!

I bought a 2015 S550 from premier and the owner and staff were extremely helpful. Made the process super easy and fast. Made me feel welcomed and like they weren’t trying to force anything on me. Where do I start? These guys were so accommodating and they genuinely care for their customers, take it from a guy who’s in the car business himself. Mark in finance is great and has so many relationships with the lenders that’s it unreal. I got a great rate from a credit union he recommended, which was better than my own credit union. They work fast too, extremely fast I was in and out in no time. Not once was I pressured to buy anything in the finance department. They have fair prices good people and quality vehicles. I worked with Mark for a loan & the car was a lemon. He refused to assist with fixing the car or helping me look for another car. Did not show any interest in supporting me as a customer. Ha, if you drive 40 minutes only to have the car you were gonna look at be broken down and needing service, then this is the place for you! I glanced over a few of the cars here, lots of scratches and paint scrapes. The piece de resistance that let me know that this is a place to avoid was a broken out fog lamp, like broken shards of glass lens dangling from the car and a broken bulb inside.

The service was very fast, the man who helped me his name was Ryan, he was very respectful, quick, knew what he was talking about concerning the car. The car was very clean, low miles, ran very smooth. You could tell they take very good care of all there cars. I will be coming back for all my cars.

I had a great experience in purchasing a used Mazda6 sedan, all thanks to Chris and his team. As a first time buyer, and an international student in United States, I faced no issues in communicating with Chris and I was given full freedom to get a good test drive along highways and local roads, and a pre-purchase inspection done. Their mechanic paid attention to some minor issues discovered and had the repairs done to address them. At no point was I pressurized in the purchase, and it was a pleasant experience.I would definitely recommend anyone to surely give them a visit if interested in buying a car; they are polite. upfront and very professional. I bought a 1998 Yukon from Premiere about 4 years ago, the truck was 18 years old at the time. They had 118 photos of it up online so I felt confident putting money down sight-unseen. The truck has been very good. It was in excellent shape for its age when I bought it. The price was less than rusty local versions were selling for. Its one of the nicest older vehicles on the road. These guys went above and beyond. Ive loved the truck and definitely enjoyed buying it from them. Highly recommend.

Via email, Ryan said that it was okay for us to take the 2016 red VW Jetta we were interested in for an inspection as long as it was local and he said he would be okay without knowing the name of the place we were taking it too. When we got there and were in the car ready to drive to the inspection place in Plainfield, Mike approached the car rudely and demanded to know the name of the inspection place. When we said we’d rather not tell because we didn’t want them to call and tell the inspection place to lie or put in a good word for them, Mike responded with “It’s my car and I have to know where it’s going.” He was extremely abrasive and we realized at that point that we didn’t want to do business with someone that rude. By the way, I had come to the dealership prepared to buy the car with my daughter who it would be for if the inspection went good. Premier Motorsports, you just lost over $9500.

I would definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle! I had an issue but it was resolved. 4 stars instead of 5 was given because of the way it was handled. I would also recommend ensuring the vehicle you choose to purchase has 2 keys or ask for the price to be dropped before signing any paperwork. Some keys can cost $300+ to replace.

Buyer Beware! Turns out the Cadillac I purchased was in a fairly major wreck or perhaps multiple wrecks. Found out by having the vehicle inspected (first $1400 repair to replace the front struts/one was leaking). Then later learned of more damage incl evidence of fire when I had what I thought was going to be a couple of dents fixed (so, another $4400 to fix the front end, incl replace headlight assembly as well as work on the front end & the drivers door among other things). Body shop says I may need to purchase a new bumper if this one cannot be remounted when they reassemble the vehicle. CarFax indicated no wreck but, was assured by Premiere that they do a rigorous inspection of their vehicles. The owner, Chris, nor the salesman, Mike, would return my calls. They have a young man fielding calls. I recommend that you purchase elseware.

I agree who ever runs the offer up messaging needs to work on their customer service. I don’t know if it’s because we can see the names rather than in person but there is no reason to be rude and sound like a smart a**.
