I wanted four new tires for my 2019 Forester. I made several calls (at least four) to parts and service over two days, plus an internet contact request. I was sent to voice mail on all the calls but one. I left detailed messages on what I wanted. The live person I was able to contact was in parts and transferred me to service, which was a voice message.I finally got a call back later the second day, after I had given up on Hawk caring about my business.I had already called Subaru Orland Park and got a live person first call who set up the purchase of the tires, then transferred me to service, a live person again. We set up the appointment. Everything was handled fast and smooth. Subaru Orland Park was slightly cheaper for the tires plus has free rotation of the tires for the life of the tires. Looks like I will be doing my Subaru service and new car purchasing in Orland Park from now on.

My wife and I both purchased 2021 CrossTreks from Hawk Subaru. I can say this was the smoothest and easiest car purchases I have ever made and I have been buying cars for 45 years. The experience was so good after purchasing my wifes car I went back and bought one from myself a few days later. Everyone at Hawk Subaru was warm, friendly and good at their jobs. There was no long wait for the car to be prepd and the financing and paperwork went quickly without issues or compilations. Comparative shopping is quite common in the car market, Im sorry you decided to refuse my business and try to make a point of it in the process. This dealership truly cares about their customers. My last oil change turned into a whole bunch more, due to a leaky seal. They did everything they could to make sure I was taken care of, including a loaner vehicle, for the time my car needed to stay there. This is my first brand new car, and Im very glad I bought it at Hawk!!!

Purchase was smooth we were happy with our trade in value however customer service after purchase was not even close to on par. The sales agent didn’t know how to set up drivers in the outback system so we were told to call in and make an appointment.our calls were not returned. Then we called parts to check on oil etc call was dropped, then we called service due to the drive assist function not working properly and ever 3 minutes or so it would say keep your eyes on the road , then never returned our call, the service manager was to call us with a day n time we could get a loaner, We never got a call we will not be going back to Hawk of any brand

This is the 4th Subaru I have owned but the 1st one I have gotten from Hawk Subaru and I have to say it will not be the last. They just do not fit the mold for car dealers. In my 50+ years of buying new cars they are without a doubt the best new car dealer I have ever dealt with. The first time we walked through the door we felt no pressure at all from Vince who was the salesmen that helped us choose a car. Ive never enjoyed car buying. So much so, even when I was in the market, I put it off. I went to other dealerships with the typical experience. It was so negative and the negotiations so exhausting, I really gave up. Previously, I had reached out to Subaru Hawk and Lindsay had reached out. She pinged me every so often. Finally, I figured, might as well see how this goes.Fast forward....I will never, ever go to another dealership. I have had my car for maybe 3 weeks and I must have told 20 people they must go here.I walked in and everyone was so friendly, in a way that you felt like you werent at a dealership. Josh Lewis (sales) is so down to earth, so attentive, so patient (with taking the time to explain every aspect of the car) . Chris (sales manager) made the car buying experience so easy and comfortable. There was no back and forth, undervaluing my car, just to see if I would pay more for the car, no gimmicks. Immediately gave me a fair value on my trade in, helped me with the add-ons, no pressure. It felt so comfortable. Chatting during the process, laughing, it just felt like you were with friends.One of the coolest things they offer is a follow up appointment where Brittany will walk through the car. Theres so much interesting technology and so much to learn, it was great to have someone who knows the Forester inside and out. Again, the experience was fun, comfortable and so very helpful.

I was watching the advertising for new SUV’s when my adult son mentioned that he had looked a the new Subaru’s and was impressed with their updated safety and technology features.So my son and I started looking around at new SUV’s and ended up at Hawk Subaru looking at the models in the new car lot. I spotted a Subaru Outback and ask Jessie, the sales advisor to take a look inside. After a careful review I asked if I could return the next day for a test drive. Making an appt. on line was easy. Frequent reminders helped make sure I didnt forget. When I got there I was taken care of immediately. The oil change was done and nothing else was pushed on me. It was a fairly new car with lower mileage so nothing else was needed. Car was delivered to me in a short time and was nice and clean. Every person I dealt with was friendly and courteous. I go out of my way to go to Hawk for purchase and service and they make it worth it.

Ive been buying cars for 50 years. I was a dedicated Pontiac owner until GM stopped making them, and I switched loyalties to the imports. Since then Honda and Hyundai have always been my go to choice when it came to buying a new car, and they have never disappointed in terms of quality and reliability.This year I was looking at a FWD Hyundai Palisade SE, and was so disappointed with the features, and value for the dollar, that I elected to stay with Honda. After looking at the 2021 Honda Accords--which was the same model I eventually traded in--I was equally disappointed with the interior styling and dollar value.On my way home, I decided just to stop in and see the Subaru models at the new dealership nearby. Previously, I had never even looked at or seen the inside of any Subaru model, and had no intention of making a purchase that day, or even that month.They may have seen me coming, but the I wound up purchasing a Legacy that same day. The styling, color coordination, and the drive was exceptional, and Im still marveling at the technology of this machine.As for the dealership, I was in and out in just over an hour. In all my years of buying cars, thats a record. There was no pressure to buy, and they provided pricing that I thought was reasonable, although I think they could have/should have done me a little better on my trade-in. Above all, their sales person, Elizabeth, was the best of my experience. She took nothing for granted, and provided a complete review of the vehicles operation before I drove away. And, what very few dealers do, she called me within the week of purchase to ask if I was happy with the car, and told me to call her if I needed anything else.I think it fair to say that this was the best experience Ive had buying a car in a very long time, and I would definitely recommend this dealership (and Elizabeth) if you are interested in the Subaru product.8/12/21Today I took my Legacy in for an evaluation because the media center was acting strangely on a variety of levels. At just short of six (6) months since purchase, it was determined that this first generation system had some quirks in it, and the tech was not surprised at the issues I described. The dealer will order and have to install a new (and hopefully better and more perfected) module. I was told that replacement modules had no further issues. We shall see.

Last night my horseshoe/exclamation light came on while driving back from work. I took it in to your facility to have my tires checked. Yes, there was a nail in a tire. Frankly I was very disappointed with Subaru of America. I found out I didnt purchased warranty for my tires. Ok, thats my mistake.However, my Legacy its a 2020 with about 30 thousand miles. I purchased the car in a different dealer. I thought I would have some kind of warranty/pro-rated or something. According to the service rep. I was told that since I didnt purchase the car with you guys, I didnt have any coverage. It was pretty upsetting for me. Does that mean that if I was to move out of state, Ill screwed?Very unhappy customer here.

Chad made the transaction swift, easy and without pressure. The sales manager finalized the purchase and I was excited about my new Legacy! This is my 7th Subbie and have always gotten Legacies. Just love the car! (Maybe my next one will be a Forest Sport!)Also, Britney was very helpful explaining the ins and outs of the electronic control panel. If you use a tablet, that’s what the display looks like (11.3” display). Very helpful when making the transition from knobs and dials to a touch screen display!I would definitely recommend this dealership to whoever is in the market for a new ride!

Gimme a break! I got an oil and filter change. The service was fine. However, they have asked for a review 5 times now. I ignored it the first 4 times because it seems pointless to review such a routine service unless it went badly. So, they get 5 stars for the oil change and 0 stars for aggravating me with review requests. Ask once and if I dont respond assume everything is ok and move on.

This dealership service department is by far the best Ive experienced. I typically avoid dealership service because most are overpriced and have poor customer service. This is not the case with this place. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They are quick in getting the job done and explain in detail what the car needs and when to do it to save money. One example of above and beyond customer service happened today when I forgot my credit card at the dealership. They called me right away and actually delivered it to my home! Unbelievable. I will be taking in my Subaru to them exclusively.

Went in to get some service done on my Outback, ended up leaving in a brand new Ascent - thats how good these guys are. My experience with Chris, Michael, and Shaun could not have been any better. I was in and out in two hours and Im extremely happy with my purchase. FYI, I highly recommend the tire and wheel protection package. A few weeks ago I hit a road hazard and, as a result incurred some curb rash on the rear left wheel and some damage to the sidewall of the front drivers side tire. Naturally, since Ive the had the car for only two months, I was a bit bummed, and assumed that Id be paying around $500 out of pocket for a new tire and refinished wheel. I took it in to the service department at Hawk the next day. Two days later I got a new tire and refinished wheel for $0 thanks to the protection package. A big thank you to Justin and Jeff for hooking that up. For a great buying experience and top-notch service, I highly recommend Hawk Subaru.

While I did not purchase a new vehicle from Hawk Subaru they helped me with an oil consumption issue on my 2013 Impreza. They did a great job in helping me navigate the process outlined by a settlement reached 6 years ago for my specific car. The process had the whole short block of the engine replaced which only took them a week to complete. Overall, very friendly and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone buying a new Subaru or servicing an old. I will be going back if any other problems come up with the vehicle.

Great place to buy a car. They help you through the whole process and make you feel comfortable while doing it! From the sales person all the way to the finance department everyone was amazing. I didnt feel rushed or pushed at anytime. This place is an awesome place to purchase a car and I would definitely go back in the future.

Took my car in to be serviced. Got there early and was pleased that they could take it ahead of schedule. Not having much else to do for the morning I opted to stick around while they did their thing. A wonderful array of donuts quickly showed up, and the coffee was nice. Will certainly continue to have them take care of my car.

This dealership is obnoxious, unnecessary, and a gigantic eyesore in what used to be a beautiful area. Their commercials are annoying and only remind me of the beautiful landscape that used to exist before this unwanted business ruined it.

Service was expensive but fine. Only upset that I had to come back in another day because they did not reset my warning light. Had to wait about an hour just for them to reset it.
