I have been a loyal customer and my entire family for 29 years. I have always received excellent service until todayI went to get the flu shot and the pharmacy was empty 3 people working and had to wait 15 minutes while the staff inside was eating peanut and not wearing their mask. I as and the answer from the pharmacy manager was you have to wait mu dear. I spoke to the manager is like talking to the wall her yes sir you are right. HORRIBLE

If you are trying to place a prescription here I recommend you try somewhere else. I have been waiting for an hour and 40 min! Horrible.

WE ENTERED THE CVS 117TH PINECREST LOCATION TO A WARM HAPPY HOLIDAY WELCOME FROM THE STAFF...MICHELLE DELGADO ASSISTED US IN THE PHOTO DEPT. SHE WAS TRULY A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH IN GETTING THE PHOTOS WE WANTED..SHE IS A TRUE PRO AND A DEFINITE ASSET TO THE CVS TEAM.

This place needs a lot of help. Definitely not coming here in a very long while. Photo machine are down and the printers do not work.Everything in the store is disorganized. The manager, Karen, says its not her fault. If the manager cannot take responsibility then who can.

The young beautiful women in this CVS are perfect examples of professional quality customer care! This location can be very busy CVS they always have happy smiles and leave you with a postive word. Thank you so much for being the best part of CVSChelsea & Annette Blancaneaux

Good amount of inventory and knowledgeable staff

This place is a mess. One hour photo is more like 5 hour photo. Karen Borges has no clue on being a manager. On top of being clueless she is rude. This has been a horrible experience.

This CVS has an awesome asian pharmacist Dr Min Kuo who takes care of all my friends and family very well. Shes very professional and works with passion, dedication & caring. However.. one thing.. this location needs to renovate their bathrooms because its rather disgusting and very unsanitary!

Both pharmacist, Min and Rachel do an excellent job. Theyre very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant.

The dont accepts the CVS printable coupons, they dont follow the CVS coupon rules...

You couldnt ask for a better pharmacy. Pharmacists are more than pharmacists they are friends.they care.
