Nice people and nice place. I recently had them replace the spark plugs and check the valve clearance on my F800GS. They also cleaned the throttle bodies and tightened the chain. Ive put over 1200 miles on my bike since, runs great.

I just recently used MotoGhost, and what a WOW!! Ive had my K1600 GTL at TWO different dealers and they were useless. One dealer screwed up the install of several lights that I had them install. NO pride of workmanship at the FIRST dealer. The SECOND dealer just didnt care and had NO time to troubleshoot my bike.I had Jeremy at MOTOGHOST look at my bike and he was able to fix and organize the sloppy wiring that the first dealer did. The FIRST dealer wanted to charge me close to $1000 do fix their mistake. Jeremy did it for much less and once it was done, the wiring was neat and organized perfectly.I highly recommend MOTOGHOST to anyone who rides a BMW.

Omar did the heads on my R90/6 and my R75/5. New valves, springs, guides and valve seats. Outstanding!!!! 5 years later and everything is still great. I noticed the increased performance immediately. Omar knows his stuff. I wish I could give him more stars, but Im only allowed 5.

Been bringing my bikes to MotoGhost for their needed servicing for years. Always an excellent and thorough job done on my bikes. Staff have a wealth of knowledge and will discuss options and recommendations for accessories, customization, etc. that you might be interested in.They are not a trendy full on motorcycle clothier but do have good options for jackets, gloves, etc. but remember their main business is wrenching.

BEST MOTO SHOP EVER! Seriously. Jeremy has done a bunch of work on both my GS 1200 and my wifes GS 650. He gives great personal service, the work is done right and his pricing is fair. He and his staff always go above and beyond. The service is incredible. The other day his staff member let my wife pick up her bike after hours and saved us a major hassle. Weve all dealt with some shops that dont seem to care, but MotoGhost is different. If you need work done on your bike in the Phoenix area, dont go anywhere but Motoghost.

I am a very picky person and critical. I heard about Motoghost and went in there for the first time 6/11/16. WOW! These guys are fantastic. Geoff took care of my bike for an emergent issue and did a fantastic job. He answered all my questions despite being super busy, was very professional and courteous.Cant rate these guys high enough. Omar is the man. Had a valve stem failure on a weekend while passing through the area, and Omar trailered my bike, replaced necessary components, and got me back on the road to maintain my schedule. Amazing service for someone who is unlikely to ever return since Im not from AZ. I can only imagine how well he treats his regular customers. Seemed very knowledgeable about BMWs as its a BMW centric shop, and he has the experience to back it up (15+ years I believe).

Ive owned twelve BMWs over a 42 year span and have generally good experiences with numerous dealerships. MotoGhost as an independent BMW only facility ranks at the top for customer service, competent repairs and fair prices. They can obtain OEM and aftermarket items and do so quickly.
