When I dont have my own bike with me, I rent. I have rented Harleys from a few places but the very BEST service, is from Buddy Stubs Harley Davidson. Even brought some friends this time. I dont ride a Harley, but I was helping a guy with a flat tire and we showed up a few minutes before they were closing, they had no mechanic there and still went out of their way to get a new tire mounted on his bike. The showroom was packed with bikes, something you dont see much of there days. If the service we got from them last night is an indication of how these guys do business, and if youre looking for a HD, I would recommend stopping here for sure.

New to the Harley scene but been riding a long time. Went to several Harley shops and they all dismissed me because I’m only 32 years old and I’m “just some punk”. But the guys at this shop not only helped me get my bike running right and safe for my family, but they also gave me a ton of pointers for how to truly enjoy the bike. I would recommend this to anyone, weather your a new rider or a seasoned vet. Mike over in the serviceShop called me almost every day to update me on my bike, then he beat his own deadline by over aWeek getting my bike back to me. Could not be more impressed with a business here.

This has to be the best HD dealer in America. The staff is fantastic - they are riders who want to give their customers the same riding experience that they would want. What more could you ask for? Dwight and Kris in rentals are phenomenal. If you have the time, go into the museum with Dwight and be prepared to learn a lot. I have rented bikes from dozens of different places and Buddy Stubbs is by far the best experience I have had.

Love the bike and the salesman was great. The financial part was very fast and easy. Found a few loose bolts on the bike but was no big deal. I felt very comfortable with every department and they all went out of there way to help me with anything I needed.

I purchased a 2009 FLSTF Fat Boy on May 26th and had a couple of minor mechanical problems with the bike and I have to say that Jeff in parts and service did an excellent job helping me with these issues right away. This is a before photo and 2 after photos when I painted the bike and put on lots of chrome goodies..... For anyone purchasing I recommend Buddystubbs Anthem Harley for sure!

Extended warranty is a joke.. got a new 2021 street bob with 1700 miles having transmission issues, and these guys cant even take the responsibility to come pick it up hahaha they rather me ride the bike to there store which is an over an hour away, which can easily cause more damage to my bike or possibly cause and accident, obviously this company is more about their money instead of the safety of their customers. Go somewhere else... to someone who actually cares

I did most of the buying of my Road Glide at home from my armchair. I told them what I wanted and pretty much got it. Mr. Brown and Mr. Parrish were excellent to deal with. The service department is really good as well. I did feel a little left out as I was the only one without any tats.

Went into the shop at the beginning of June interested in taking a look at a few bikes, was offered to try the Jumpstart by the salesman, Rick, to get a feel for one and was enrolled in classes. Everyone was so nice and more than supportive of a small woman like me interested in riding for the first time. A month later and the same salesman sold me my first bike! The class for the motorocycle endorsement was a great experience and wouldnt have wanted it to have gone any other way. The coach was excellent and everyone in the shop was really great and helpful the entire time from bike sales to financing to apparel and so on. Very appreciative! Much love, thank you!

Girlfriend and Im rented a 2019 Ultra Limited for about a 1000 mile road trip to Southeast Arizona and really enjoyed the bike. Stock except for some slip ons. No issues with it at all and the trip was great. In and out of the dealership was quick and painless and bike was ready to roll when we got there. Highly suggest renting from them.

He would text on his phone, & even called people while I was in mid conversion with him, so I went to Arrowhead & bought a $30k bike. Overall the store was great, minus the wet napkin dude in bike sales

I was in the market for a bike and saw an online add for a 2012 flstc at Buddy Stubbs H-D. Filled out the online form for more information and was contacted by Rick shortly after. We set a time to look at the bike and everything fell into place. Everybody I dealt with were all straight up with me, no pressure tactics, they were more like old friends. Decided to put a deposit on the bike and met with chad regarding financing. Went back a couple days later with the rest of my deposit and to do the paperwork. Definitely not like buying a car at a dealership, they had me in and out in no time. Gave me a deal on the rider safety course and a new helmet as well. Ride the bike home that day. Everybody I interacted with were friendly and very helpful, not like other dealers you might go into. No attitudes and no bs. I wont hesitate to do business there again.

Kris in Rentals is awesome! Best Harley rentals in the Phoenix area by far! Ive rented from EagleRider and theyre crooks Model Guarantee is a $80 rip off and the other guy(who I like) has a 300 mile day limit on his bikes. Put over 300 miles on the Road Glide in one day(unlimited miles).

Worst experience ever. Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. Drove over 50 miles to get there. Was told the computer was down so maybe they could replace my tire in a week. Completely unacceptable. How about cash and a crescent wrench? Nobody even called to let me know. I will never go back. Not for maintenance, not for parts and certainly not for a new bike. Scottsdale HD got me right in, no problems!
