We just had 16 tons of rock delivered from Pioneer and I was extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. At the landscape center, I interacted with two employees who were both very helpful and patient. Additionally, I had two deliveries for different types of rocks and both truck drivers went out of their way to provide strong communication, accommodate my needs, and be generally pleasant!Great prices on the rocks, great price on delivery, and excellent service all around. Would absolutely recommend and use again!

Worse service experience I rather shop at the home depot eve if they are not knowledgeable about their products just a rid staff and can never get an answer as to product availability and the front counter.needs more training in customer service

I am giving a two because the counter person did provide me with a brochure listing what they had.I am giving a two because I have never gone into a store and received such non-helpful service. I went in and asked about decorative gravel and if their was a salesperson who could help me with some questions.I was told the types of gravel they have are over there in that display case.When I asked what other types are available in Arizona (because their website shows Colorado and Arizona, but you cant filter by state) I was told I could go to Pinnacle store and they have all the types.So I called Pinnacle after going outside and asked if a salesperson could help...they told me the same thing. 1 ton equals 100 square feet, how much do you need?Well I need probably around 20000 sq feet worth of rocks... Thanks but no thanks! I didnt tell them that because I did not feel like they cared about me as a customer

What a waste of time! After going back and forth via email I was sent to this location to choose from what I was told were multiple color choices of flagstone. The young lady behind the counter informed me that they had one pallet of one color of flagstone. She couldnt have been more indifferent as well letting me walk out without telling me what location does have multiple choices to choose from and where I might place my order.

I go here to scavenge for rocks to make jewelry with and the staff is always accommodating. I never feel like the 30 minutes it takes me to pick out 25 small river rocks is an imposition to them and they only charge a dollar or so. The perimeter on this one is a rock I got from here.
