Last week we visited The Synthetic Grass Store located in North Phoenix - we were looking for the right turf to replace our old turf - we were greeted by Junior - as soon as we walked in - he answered all our questions, and within 20 minutes, we were having our truck loaded with everything we needed for our landscaping project - and at a GREAT PRICE. Everyone at this location were so helpful - from the time we set foot in the door till we were loading the truck - they secured it on our truck and we were good to go - We had gone to a couple other stores and since our project was a small one, no one wanted to really work with us - The Synthetic Grass Store was just the opposite. I will refer everyone I can to this company/store - this should be the first place they go, and I guarantee you, they will be taken care of

Small DIY project planned and this place has exactly what I needed. Paul was super helpful with install questions and got me a great deal on an end of roll cut. Definitely better if you can pick up at the store as shipping can get pricey for a small order.

I got a great price on some pet grass, end of roll as I only needed a small amount. It was ready for me to pick up earlier than I even planned on picking it up, but unfortunately the guys would not roll it on the 9-foot side as requested on my invoice, instead they bent it in half and stuck it in the truck. Claire was wonderful inside the office, and she helped me immensely. They would have gotten 5 stars if the guys in the back would have rolled it on the 9-foot side instead of the 15-foot side as requested when I bought it and highlighted on the order form. We dont have any synthetic grass stores here in Prescott Valley and every price I had was two to three times what their end of roll price was.

This place is awesome if youre ever in the market for synthetic grass this is the place to go they have everything you need from the synthetic grass to the nails to the stuff to help wait it all down the only thing they dont carry is that decomposed Granite that youre supposed to put under it its amazing the employees that assisted us were amazing the help us every step of the way because we had no idea what were doing the office is very nice very well put together and I thought it was pretty awesome that they had every kind of grass at every different style that you can do in front of their showroom we were actually walking around it in our socks feeling which one we like the best but they have every kind you ever need from tall to short somewhere in between if youre actually building a golf course style in your backyard or if youre building artificial football field no matter how large they even had basketball court stuff set up its pretty awesome if you ever get the chance you should check it out

Why would anyone want real grass? I no longer have to water, cut, plant, churn soil etc. Maintenance free and looks and feels real with a 10 year warranty. I mean for sports I like real grass but for home its a no brainer. Helps the golf game as well. Great investment.

If I could give it zero srars I would at this point. They did a no-show 2 days in a row for a quote, after being passed around to 3 different women 1 finally made it on Wednesday. She said she would have my quote by no later than Friday. Well its Monday and I got nothing. Whos to say how the rest would turn out. Just a warning to others, Turf Masters is a complete waste of your time!

The customer services when you go and buy the grass they are very good , but the people who work at the warrantee They are cheep and they take for ever To do there jop , and the Director of Operations he so cheap and is hard headed to make deals with , he don’t care if the customer comes back for more grass to buy the only think he care about the money I will not send anyone to this company at all .
