Spoke with Calvin over the phone regarding my ac hose on my Kia. He seems very knowledgeable and spoke clearly and was straight to the point. He was upfront and told me that there was a good chance he didnt have the size fitting I needed and referred to a place likely to have it. Went in today to get a custom hose transmission cooler line made. Kelvin looked at what I brought in and just put one together for me. It was awesome.

They made we wait over three days for a store transfer. Everyday I came in asking if they had my parts and was told tomorrow. After three days I drive across town to get them and they were out of 1/3 of the parts I needed. Very disappointed and they have no sense of urgency.
