Had Charlie out here on Sunday to fix our garage door that quit that day. He explained what was going on in great detail and a great prices and even helped us out with a new remote so I didn’t have to buy online and wait for it to show up. Really poor experience with one of their technicians. Came out to give me a quote on spring replacement. Said I should do both doors in spite of the fact the only spring broken was on the double door. So far not a problem. Quoted me $800 per door. Told him there was no way. He asked what would be a fair price. Put him on hold and called the person that did the last job on one of my rentals. He said normal rate would be $250 per door. When I told him I would pay $250 he said no way but since I am a veteran he would discount 20%. Told him no way. Not interested in doing business with him. Found out this company recently bought out a company that has done work for me before. Before he left he told my wife there was not a dishonest bone in his body and then went on to tell her about all the side business he did behind his former employers back which ultimately led to his dismissal. Before he left he told her he would do the job for $400 per door. When I called to talk to his supervisor he told me $400 was still a bit high but that his service record said he quoted us $800 for both doors. In the end that was true but not before he figured out that we would not fall prey to his schemes. Overall I would rate this as deceptive at best and somewhat predatory. Supervisor defended him all the way and denied everything I told him. Let the boss and supervisor beaware.

They came out the same day and fixed everything. Charlie was excellent. He is very knowledgeable and explained what the issue was.

This company is Shady!!!! they also operate under Anytime garage doors. I had them come out in November of 2019 to replace a motor and springs. One of my springs snapped last week and when i called them to check on my warranty, they proceeded to tell me they dont have any invoices/records that go back past a year!! He also asked what i was being charged and when i told him my price he said we can do it for cheaper, (he didnt even hear what i was getting done), trying to get business any way possible. What business does not keep records past a year, maybe the IRS would like to hear about this. Dont trust this business one bit as I do not recommend there service.

I had a problem with my garage door not wanting to close. Called Sun City Garage Doors and they sent over Andrew. He did a great job explaining everything, even suggesting getting a new motor, as well as, the rollers which had gone bad. I settled on getting it all done in one shot and Andrew was equipped and able to complete the job in what seemed like record time. I am really happy with the service I received and the knowledge and expertise that Andrew brought to the table. The whole set up with the outdoor keypad works great thanks to Andrew! The best service I’ve had in a while we had a very nice man named Charlie and he was the sweetest man. He came and helped us with no trouble, giving us really good advice. He did his work effectively and with no trouble. The icing on the cake was that I call and they came within the hour. This company is amazing and I would most definitely work with them again. My experience with Sun City Garage and Charlie was awesome! Right off the back, Charlie was able to propose a diagnoses when I explained the problem right away. Then once he did more investigations, he was able to prove the diagnoses and confirm the issue spot on.. Andrew is amazing. This is the second time we have had him out. First time in Jan 2019 he replaced our motor for our 2 car door at a fair price, in about 90 mins, and educated us on everything completed and where we might have future issues. Second time was today for our 1 car door. The spring broke last night. Said he would be over between 9-12 the next day. Arrived on time as usual. The old spring was an old internal type that wasn’t made anymore, but Andrew had a replacement ready to go. Completed all the work in about an hour, again at a fair price, and again educated us on everything performed. I would highly recommend Andrew from Sun City for any garage repair need you might have.

At around 1:00 this afternoon we tried to get out of our garage and the door wouldn’t open. We called Sun City Garage Doors and they said they could be here between 3-6. Promptly arrived during scheduled window at 4:00. It’s now 5:00 and Charlie just finished up replacing 2 springs and a bearing and we are back in business with a 10-year warranty on our fixed garage door. Happy with the service! Thank you!

From the moment I called at noon there was no wait time, they immediately scheduled a service technician Charles to be out the same day between 2-5pm and he arrived promptly at 2pm. Charles inspected the door that wasnt closing and he thoroughly explained what he was going to do to try to repair the door, what the base price was and what my options where if that didnt fix the issue. He did everything to get my door repaired without having to replace it, if it wasnt necessary. By 3pm I had a fully functional garage door once again and paid exactly what he initially quoted me, nothing extra. I appreciate their hard work, honesty and efficient work ethic. I called the company and they dispatched someone out and let me tell you I am a older man I can repair it myself but my age won’t let me. The repair man who came out sold me a motor EXTREMELY over retail price. Our garage door wouldn’t open last night when we returned from our sons COVID19-graduation ceremony. I called the sticker that was on the door at 9:30pm and on the first ring a very pleasant lady assisted me and said that a technician could come out first thing in the morning on Memorial weekend for a FREE estimate. I had to double check with her and make sure I heard her correctly hen she said FREE. I received a text message at 7:3am the next morning and Charlie was at our house with in two hours. Charlie did not give us the run around and showed us every little detail and walked us through exactly what he was going to fix and why it needed to be fixed. Very nice and polite gentleman he was. We are very satisfied with our new and improved lasting garage door with a 10year warranty service. Thank you Charlie and Sun City Garage Doors!

Don’t even know where to start. We called this company for a quote, someone came out I believe his name was Charlie and not only would he not leave when my husband told him (over the phone as he was at work) I will call you to let you know if your $699.00 work to change two springs (Initially it was one, then he said the other one looks in poor condition) and a hinge is going to work for us, he would not leave! He was on the phone stating “well if I come back it’s a charge of $55.00 so tell you what I’ll give you a $50.00 discount“ my husband still thought it was a lot for two springs so he said I’ll let you know but he just would not get off the phone saying I have all the tools/material ready to go right now, so he said fine get it down, tech said several times the final price yet after he did some work came back said “oh now you need a bar to go across, the door it will be an additional $149.00” he was just adding figures and so scary since he was in our house and my husband was not home, finally my husband was upset said just get it done for the promised price and leave.It was fixed, but 0 professionalism and so, so pushy Instead of doing things right to maintain returning customer relationship and referrals. No one should feel uncomfortable by having a tech in their house for a quote.

DO NOT CALL THEM THEY ARE CON ARTISTS. I had a repair done and I got quoted by another company and their price was 3x lower

Spring broke at 6am this morning, made a phone call to Sun City Garage Doors. They came out the same day and made the repairs in less than a hour. Thanks to the awesome technician Charlie for taking care of us!!!

I do not recommend this company! 3 years ago, I had my garage door serviced by Charlie from Sun City Garage Doors. He told us that we needed new springs and rollers and a few other items. I paid well over 1200 for the work, to include $700 for two springs. I thought it was a little much but did not argue as I knew that I had not really serviced the door in the 7 years I had lived in this house. A year later, I hired this company again to do preventive maintenance work again, and was charged 175 for routine lube work. Again, I thought it was a bit much but I paid it.This time, I called the company again to get yearly preventive service (nothing wrong with the door). The tech this time was Andrew. He told us we needed new springs again, which I flipped out. He told us new springs would cost $650, but that he would lower our price to $550. I was upset, because I found it hard to believe that a perfectly working door that I serviced now needed new springs just 3 years later. We probably open our door door less than 5 times a week. My BS signal went off the charts, and I told Andrew thanks but no thanks. I called another company and quickly realized that the going price for new springs was $100 for each one ( I have two), plus $95 for labor. I used this new companys service and confirmed what I had suspected, that I did NOT even need to change my springs, they just needed to be tightened. Which means both technicians from Sun City Garage had no problem overcharging there customers and recommend phantom repairs. STAY AWAY!!!!!
