Called for tuneup. Arrived before estimated time. No mask ! Said companys policy would not allow adjustment of spring and that it had the wrong spring. Suggested replacing with two springs for 400 plus 85 to install. Said springs cost cost more due to covid-19. Suggested I call company that replaced spring 3 years ago. Charged for service call cause no part replaced. No paper work! No name!

Whoever the woman is that answers the phones at this establishment needs further customer service training. Love this company. My garage door opener stopped working so I called. The lady that answered the phone tried to troubleshoot my issue over the phone for free. Who does that? When it was determined that I was not gonna fix it myself she sent a technician the same day. Josh arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Less than an hour later he replaced the unit with a new one and showed me how to use it. I highly recommend this company based on their performance, professionalism, and fair pricing.

This is a great garage door repair company, first off they answered my call at 11pm and scheduled a service call for the very next day between 8am-10am. Josh arrived at 8:10am and got to work right away. By 8:30am josh was finished and my garage door is opening and closing again. He also let me know of things that may need replacing soon and was super honest about it all didn’t try to upsell me and left it to my discretion what I want done. I shopped around and most places wanted 50% down to order garage doors and it would take 6-8 weeks. Quick Response gave me a quote on Friday for better quality doors than I had and installed them Monday for slightly more than the others quoted. Getting two doors replaced this quickly may not always be the case but in my situation Im happy I passed on choosing the cheapest price.

Shortly after I finished my chat and scheduled my appointment I received a call from Michelle (one of the owners) about my problem and appointment. Today Bryan came today and we discovered that the issue wasn’t what we thought, but rather something a bit more serious. I wish I can give this business a 0 start rating. I do not know how it is possible for their ranking to be so high, they must know someone who works at Google. Scott, the guy who gave me an estimate sold me a dream, and everything after that was a nightmare. Scott said they could install within 2 weeks. It took closer to 4. The guy put down the wrong base color and trashed my front yard. I was told, we clean up after the last day. He asked if I liked the base color - it looked grey to me, and in the estimate picture, it was brown. I told him that, he did not respond. The next day, I was told that the picture on the estimate is not the picture of the floor; I was told it was an internal problem that they would fix. We settled on something different. Then, when the job was supposed to be over, epoxy was all over my baseboards. They had to come back and fix that. When it was time for my separate payment, I expressed my frustration as when something goes wrong, your response should be something along the lines of, Im sorry. Cassandra told me that I needed to confirm my cabinet appointment for next week. When I said no, I will choose a different company, she said she needed to know now if I wanted it or she would fill my slot. I again said, I do not trust your business, I dont want you in my home again. She then said, Im sorry about that. Sorry no more money from me, but not sorry about the poor work performed. GO ELSEWHERE!

Fantastic service! Called at 5:06pm, arrived by 5:58pm, door was repaired by 6:28pm!!! Can not recommend enough. Our installer, Ryan, was really great. Two days ago, I backed into my closed garage door and called several other companies but none could send someone out to even help me close the door. While banging away on it with a hammer to try to straighten it out so it would close, Ryan pulled up in the company van to do a job for a new neighbor across the street. I walked over and asked if he could give me a hand and once he finished with my neighbor, he came over and we were able to get the door closed. Thats when I asked for an estimate to replace it and today Ryan came back and did the job in about 2 hours. He did GREAT work, was a good guy and we love the new garage door. 5 stars for sure!

The tech was good but customer service from receptionist and manager was pretty terrible. Had to come out three separate occasions and problem was finally fixed. Charged me for wall mount and would not refund the $100 electronic because it was used (broken) for 3 months and in my possession. Finally showed tech video of problem and it was the problem I originally wanted to fix. Here we are $700 later, wouldve used another company for better experience.
